Our biggest issues has been that this is a US company and we're in Canada. So we have different carriers. What works in the US doesn't necessarily work for us. We appreciate that we don't have to make so many phone calls and the texting capability.
SR offers everything you need to be completely 21st century with patient communications. You will save many hours of calling to schedule and reschedule patients with this technology.

We have been using Solutionreach for about a year now. There have been a few bumps along the road but overall, they have been great for our business. It is a little costly in my opinion, but the value they bring to our company is tremendous. We are a small doctors office consisting of 4 full time employees and 1 doctor. Our patient database is almost 10,000. We get busy and Solutionreach is a total timesaver for our office.

We have been working with Solution Reach for a few years, and I wish we had started sooner! We have saved around 4 hours per day on reminders alone. There is so much you can do with this platform, and they are always working on ways to improve. Would highly reccomend.

Since using SR pts are less likely to NS for apts, they offer electronic check ins which most patients LOVE. They give us the ability to reach out to ALL of our patients at one time.

We have been using SolutionReach since January 2012, and while it hasn't been perfect, it's been as close to perfect as perfect can get. We have saved endless hours with their automated messaging and recalls. We were able to have patient come back and see us who hadn't come in in over a decade. We had added their new features as they have become available. We use SR Communications with great success. Our patients love that they can text us to ask questions/schedule appointments. In this day and age, if you can't text to communicate with your patients, you're behind the ball. We haven't used their SR Schedule (because we use one directly from our PMS) but we have heard good things. I see that others have had issues with their customer support, and I can say that over the last six years we haven't had significant issues like that. There have been times when they have called us to let us know SR is not syncing and to have a look. All problems have been able to be resolved within a day. SR is constantly issuing Webinars and posting to their engagement platform to make sure we know any and all updates and features available. We have more than 400 positive reviews published thanks to them. We look forward to many more years of success with SR.

There are a lot of cool aspects to SR. Patients love the birthday cards. Most patients love getting appointment reminders and the texting is so convenient for everyone. Over all SR is a very useful tool in our office and it has made day to day operations much easier.,

Before Solution Reach, I had to find time for the tasks that aren't pressing, but are important, such as patient reminders, and reaching out to those who should be coming in for an appointment. SolutionReach has saved me SO much time! They also send out Happy Birthday texts and/or em-mails to our patients, which is a nice touch! I have been very pleased with the results we have gotten from SolutionReach. I recommend them!

Our office is coming up on our one year anniversary with signing on to Solutionreach and we haven't looked back since! We have had multiple companies contact us with similar platforms and we can so easily turn them down because we are in LOVE with this company! Our clinic loves SR! It has saved us so much time and helped us to increase our revenue! Communicating with patients and making appointments is so easy with SR and it helps our clinic run much more efficiently. Customer service is also wonderful!

I honestly have no words to say. Give them a try. They are amazing. The software is CONSTANTLY improving, the customer service is just amazing. Ask for a trail, give them a go. I promise you that you will stay with them! We have had them for about 3 or 4 years.

We weren't fully sure what to expect when we signed on with Solutionreach. We had no idea how much it would help our day to day task. Our patients love text confirmations and recall reminders. I love being able to spend more time on other task.

I have been working with Solutionreach for several years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say. I would probably max out the character limit if I even tried. The customer service is like no other. This product has changed everything about the way we communicate with our patients! We have literally lost 3 employees over the time since we have implemented this product and we did not need to hire anyone to replace them due to having this amazing tool!

This program is not as user friendly as many other options that are available. The worst part about them is that they automatically renew your "subscription" for 1 year on your renewal date. The renewal date is 18months after your effective date. They only tell you that in very small print of the bottom of the "contract" that they tell you isn't a contract.
So, I took over as office manager on 1/1/18 that was in contract with Solution Reach, have not used them in the past. I was immediately unhappy with the service. The previous reviews are right, you cannot EVER speak to anyone on the phone when you need help. The chat for help takes FOREVER, and they are NOT helpful. I have asked a representative to help me design a flyer for a whitening special, he removed into my desktop, and proceeded to sit there and watch me struggle for over an hour designing it and did not help at all. I found out that we were being charged extra per month for 9 months for a chat capability with our patients, that we were never trained on, and never used. I immediately cancelled that feature, only to open an invoice last week, and there was the charge again! I requested a copy of our contract to be sent over, and inquired as to when our contract would be up. I was told our contract was up 7/16/18 and they emailed over a copy of the contract. I chose another company immediately and gave 2 weeks written notice to them that we would not be renewing our contract. I received an email from them stating that an additional contract had been found committing us to them for another year! The email also stated that if we did not honor this additional contract we would be charged 80% of $3887. 00. He did say that he would accept $1200 due to the fact that the additional contract was not sent over with the original. The addendum to the contract he sent over has an electronic signature on it, Dr did NOT sign it and had no knowledge of it!
The whole situation is very shady, I would definitively NOT recommend this company to anyone
We cancelled our service with Solutionreach after our 1 year commitment. I called several times to speak to our rep, but not luck. I always went into his voice mail. I finally asked to speak with his supervisor, but he was in a meeting. I was told he would call me back. He didn't. We have tried everything to get this company to stop calling our office and asking for a payment they are not owed.
It they spent more time improving what they have, and less time scamming, harassing, and threatening our employees to keep our business, they may have time to build a business worth offering to others.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS YOU CAN!
They are like an octopus--once they get their tentacles on you they use every unethical move they can to keep you. And believe me, you will waste so much precious time to get the H---L loose!
Trust me--any positive reviews written, are written by one of their employees. Good luck with that. Truth always wins.
I was completely dissatisfied with the service of SolutionReach. The software did not work without multiple error messages everyday. I asked to get out of the contract which was very difficult to do, being that the service wasn't working, should have been easier. They continued to bill my credit card after the agreed cancellation date. Do not use this company
Answer: Jenni, Solutionreach does not share our customer data or our customer's patients' data. It would be illegal for us to do anything with patient information. We have many levels of secutiry and ecryption to protect patient data in addition to our company policies that ensure we are in compliance with the law.
