Solutions Reach works wonderfully for our busy practice. It says our staff an enormous amount of time and our patients love it as well. It allows us to communicate with our patients so much easier and more efficiently.
Also, SR is constantly trying to help our practice grow and thrive with hosted webinars, articles, etc. We are not sure how we functioned without SR!
I started with them on 05/25/2016. After three months I contact them and asked them to discontinue their service. They threatened me that I had a contract with them for 12 months and I can not come out of it. I did not sign that contract. After complains they gave me 6 months with lower charge but instead of terminating the contract after 12 months they extended it to 18 moths. I am extremely frustrated with their fraudulent behavior. They have not performed as they have promised. I very much disappointed. Unfortunately they have given me such a bad taste about trusting similar companies. I do not recommend them to anyone.
EVERY TIME I need to reach customer support it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour or more! To get through on hold. That is after the recording says the wait time is 10 minutes. I've left my number for a call back - next in line and never received a call back. Going through chat is just as frustrating in order to get through to a person you have to answer multiple questions through their "Ask Sara". POOR customer suppport.

I love Solution reach for our 2 offices! It helps us do our day to day job duties and still give all of our patients our undivided attention! Our patients love receiving personalized text messages from us, and we've had a reduced no show rate! I'd recommend Solution Reach to everyone!

I have been extremely impressed with how responsive the staff is with any questions we have regarding our account. We recently transitioned to solutionreach from one of their competitors because the pricing was more reasonable, their services were much more professional, and their customer service was better.

Our biggest issues has been that this is a US company and we're in Canada. So we have different carriers. What works in the US doesn't necessarily work for us. We appreciate that we don't have to make so many phone calls and the texting capability.

The only time you will receive good service, response back and a smiley face is when you get their rep trying to sell you the service. Be aware they will lock you down to a 24 month contract and will pretend you pay for it, even if their software have glitches and you have to stop using it. Somehow they got a manager to sign for what she thought was an free-trial agreement and want me to be responsible for it! They will not let you out!

We weren't fully sure what to expect when we signed on with Solutionreach. We had no idea how much it would help our day to day task. Our patients love text confirmations and recall reminders. I love being able to spend more time on other task.

I signed up with them knowing it was a 2 year contract(which is already really long), but I was told I had 60 days to try it out first. Although I was told I had 60 days I had to give 30 days notice to not be locked in. Now I am in a contract that they will not let you of, and it also auto renews for 12 months after the first 2 years.
I noticed that there are several really bad reviews on this site about Solutionreach. What is funny is that Demandforce (a competitor) has had awful reviews until 7/24 - 7/25 when all of a sudden it received awesome reviews! Check the dates... the poor reviews about Solutionreach are the same dates as Demandforces good reviews. Coincidence? Hmmm, you decide
Our office started using Solution Reach in 2013 after using two other products that were advertised to do what SR does. One did not last the trial period and the next we did sign up with; however, we were able to get out of our contract due to the fact they were unable to deliver on all of the promised services. Since we have been with SR it has made a HUGE impact on the efficiency and time management in our office, not to mention cut costs for us when it comes to purchasing post cards, stamps, and employee time to process each recall or notification needed.

WOW! I did ONE demo with them, told them Dr is not interested. THEY STILL CALL! Everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. I noted in our caller ID " don't answer" so now, I don't have to talk to them anymore. BUT one sales lady Diane, called our fellow Dr office next door to ask for me! She said that she hasn't been able to get in touch with me and asked our neighbor to give me the message. I can NOT believe these people. I tell everyone I know to stay away from Solution Reach!

The product Solutioreach offers is great and easy for our patients to use! It's oftentimes extremely difficult to reach customer service and I've experienced long hold times. The product doesn't communicate with our software 100% of the time and they haven't figured out why but it saves me HOURS of call time to have a way for patients to text confirmations/questions.

Our clinic loves SR! It has saved us so much time and helped us to increase our revenue! Communicating with patients and making appointments is so easy with SR and it helps our clinic run much more efficiently. Customer service is also wonderful!

Its hard to remember a time before our office was using Solution Reach, and I honestly I do not want to remember it! Solution Reach makes my job more enjoyable and easier... it works seamlessly with our office software (dentrix) and customer service is always top notch. Highly recommended

We have been using Solutionreach for about a year now. There have been a few bumps along the road but overall, they have been great for our business. It is a little costly in my opinion, but the value they bring to our company is tremendous. We are a small doctors office consisting of 4 full time employees and 1 doctor. Our patient database is almost 10,000. We get busy and Solutionreach is a total timesaver for our office.

I wish we could give this company zero stars this is HORRIBLE. Bad service, Bad software, Bad management, and not worth the price you pay for. It took them over one month for them to call us back about a technical issues. By the time they had called us back we already found a better company. They had our contract on auto renew. I asked them to ONLY take the auto renew off for the date it ended and they cancelled our whole service before it was even up... Then guess what its been phone tag all day. Laughing at us. HORRIBLE. It sends texts for appointments that do not even exist and then they have no idea where they come from... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

We cancelled our service with Solutionreach after our 1 year commitment. I called several times to speak to our rep, but not luck. I always went into his voice mail. I finally asked to speak with his supervisor, but he was in a meeting. I was told he would call me back. He didn't. We have tried everything to get this company to stop calling our office and asking for a payment they are not owed.
It they spent more time improving what they have, and less time scamming, harassing, and threatening our employees to keep our business, they may have time to build a business worth offering to others.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS YOU CAN!
They are like an octopus--once they get their tentacles on you they use every unethical move they can to keep you. And believe me, you will waste so much precious time to get the H---L loose!
Trust me--any positive reviews written, are written by one of their employees. Good luck with that. Truth always wins.
Very disappointed in Solution Reach. Literally the WORST customer service. The employees are straight RUDE. Go with Weave, they do everything this lame company does and they have way better customer service.

Answer: Jenni, Solutionreach does not share our customer data or our customer's patients' data. It would be illegal for us to do anything with patient information. We have many levels of secutiry and ecryption to protect patient data in addition to our company policies that ensure we are in compliance with the law.
