I noticed that all of the bad reviews were written in poor English and I seriously doubt that all those doctors' offices employee illiterate employees. I have not tried Solution Reach yet, but these obviously fake reviews will not influence me.
I will say that the support help is very pleasant, and helpful. That being said I have had to reach out to them twice in the last week for the same problem. Let's see if it is truly fixed this time.
Once we started with SR, we reactivated a handful of patients that we haven't seen for years! I love the appointment requests when pt's schedule their own appt. They really go out their way to make things easier for offices. When I call in for customer support, they often have long hold times but it's pretty easy to navigate so no need to call often. The Solution Teach event was cool, I liked the set up of it and the ease of browsing through products, etc.

We have been working with Solution Reach for a few years, and I wish we had started sooner! We have saved around 4 hours per day on reminders alone. There is so much you can do with this platform, and they are always working on ways to improve. Would highly reccomend.

I honestly have no words to say. Give them a try. They are amazing. The software is CONSTANTLY improving, the customer service is just amazing. Ask for a trail, give them a go. I promise you that you will stay with them! We have had them for about 3 or 4 years.

I sat thru the entire webinar, It was informative to a degree. It had some good tips common sense ideas that we sometimes miss. For example the basic question for patients, How they prefer to be contacted. This is one of our chief complaints as we deal with a lot of elderly. They don't like to be have multiple calls, texts, etc. Best way to improve a practice's pulse is to send a review/survey to patients. Over all successful!

This software DOES NOT WORK. It would offer patients appointment that don't exist meaning I had to call them to reschedule. It made me look foolish to my patients.
It sends text reminder (TONS of them) for the wrong times.
I tried for 6 weeks to work with customer service which was horrible. Basically there is no customer service. Solution Reach has been detrimental to my business.

There are a lot of cool aspects to SR. Patients love the birthday cards. Most patients love getting appointment reminders and the texting is so convenient for everyone. Over all SR is a very useful tool in our office and it has made day to day operations much easier.,

I completed a 2 year contract agreement with them and was unhappy with my services and they won't let me out. They automatically renew your contract without any notification of when your contract is up and if you want to cancel it, their customer service isn't accessible! Do NOT sign a contract with them!
The other 1 star reviews have to be false. This company has the best technology out there as well as the best customer service. Have been with them for over 8 years! The product keeps getting better and the new features are incredible.
Finally got to talk to a customer service agent after 2 hours of waiting. He didn't cancel my service because they automaticaly renewed my service for 12 months without any notification. Save yourself some time and money and hire someone in your office to do their job and more...

Our practice has been using Solution Reach for about 2 months. So far, the patient reminders and patient reviews have been great! The ability to customize the amount of reminders sent as well as the verbiage used on the reminder is very useful. I'm also very happy with the customer service we have received thus far.

I have been trying to break my contract with no luck. If it's truly a great product why not have the confidence to have a month to month or let folks go if its not working for them.
They force you to sign an annual contract; and like any software service there are issues with how it interacts with your EMR. If you try to cancel, they simply refuse to call you back, unless your credit card is denied. Then they call every day asking to be paid.
We've been using SolutionReach in our practice for years. They are always adding new features that enhance our practice in ways I didn't even know I needed. Their services are invaluable to our practice. I will say, however, that they do not get a 5-star rating due to customer service call wait times. Their pre-recorded message says, "We are experiencing high call volume due to so many people inquiring about our new_____." I would prefer that they focus on their existing customers needs and have a separate department for new customer inquiries.

I have had continual issues with Solution reach since I started with them a couple of years ago. The system stops synching with my computer and is useless. This time it has been 5 days and I have spent over 5 hours in the last few days trying to get the issue resolved. It is impossible to get through to any one in technical support and they all say the same thing, "we are working on it, your ticket has been escalated" but nothing happens and no one ever calls back when they say they will. It results in very confused and frustrated patients who are not getting reminders or are getting the wrong reminders. Total lack of any support for customers.

I love Solurion Reach for our office. It makes patient communication easy with its automated appointment reminders and ability to easily text patients from the office computer. It saves our office a lot of time.

This company is entirely unethical and will attempt to trap you into a contract even though their service regularly goes down. They do not credit you for days they are down and they will scam you by trying to sneak added features you did not approve into your bill and account. Stay away. Any other company is a better option
It's all about their contract. Management claims that they will call you back to discuss your business contract however no one returns the call. I do not remommend this product. Other services do much more and respect your business.
We never got a hard copy or email of the contract until I got upset and demanded a copy. Customer service is very poor, they put you on hold for more than on hour at a tie. Also beware contract are AUTOMATICALLY renewed without previous notification.
System updating is no accurate according to the off schedule/cancellations/changes. It is only updated to their *******@24 hours. Too pricey for what they offer. Other companies like LocalMed are more reasonable for the better price, no hidden fees

I was completely dissatisfied with the service of SolutionReach. The software did not work without multiple error messages everyday. I asked to get out of the contract which was very difficult to do, being that the service wasn't working, should have been easier. They continued to bill my credit card after the agreed cancellation date. Do not use this company

We have many levels of secutiry and ecryption to protect patient data in addition to our company policies that ensure we are in compliance with the law.
