Very big problems with technical support. I have been using the services of the company for a very long time, but they still haven't done anything about it

We have had Solution reach for just over a year now. It's been extremely helpful and convenient. Our patients love the email/text options and our front desk loves the fact they dont need to call patients all day.

This company is horrible. They sent out hundred of texts to patients with incorrect appointment information. They are not able to even give us a report with all texts sent so we can attempt to do damage control on our own.
After a crisis event of this kind, it is shocking to me that there is such a careless cavalier attitude about giving us assistance

EVERY TIME I need to reach customer support it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour or more! To get through on hold. That is after the recording says the wait time is 10 minutes. I've left my number for a call back - next in line and never received a call back. Going through chat is just as frustrating in order to get through to a person you have to answer multiple questions through their "Ask Sara". POOR customer suppport.

For a communication company they haven't figured out how to master this. Once you sign up and get past the sales person everything goes down hill form there. Still waiting to hear from our success coach. We were told email was the best way to contact her, I have yet to receive a response. Had to call the sales rep. To get the install rescheduled and now waiting to hear when stage 2 of training will be. Ready to cancel service before we can even get it up and going. Horrible customer service and no communication.

I love how solutionreach works for patient reminders and boosting reviews on sites like Yelp, Google and Facebook. Having two offices made for some minor problems as we rolled it out, but solutionreach was there for me to resolve the little glitches that popped up. To be fair to solutionreach, most of the issues were with my database and with me still learning the system. So initially some patients were directed to the incorrect location. Solutionreach logged on to my server and corrected the issues my practice management software and its data. And wow, it is working great! They also take the time to educate you so you can eventually fix and set up features by yourself with confidence. I would recommend solutionreach to anyone looking for a reminder services company. Our office has had Solution Reach for less than 1 year and have had constant problems. We have waited 3 weeks for service to be fixed several different times. When you call them you can never speak with anyone because they are always busy and they never return calls or emails. Our representative Chris Peterson has yet to call me back and I have left at least 6 messages and 4 emails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I have been working with Solutionreach for several years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say. I would probably max out the character limit if I even tried. The customer service is like no other. This product has changed everything about the way we communicate with our patients! We have literally lost 3 employees over the time since we have implemented this product and we did not need to hire anyone to replace them due to having this amazing tool!

Solutionreach has been FANTASTIC in helping our office get organized. We don't have to worry about losing track of patients and mailing out a recall postcard. They will text/email them for you automatically. We love it!

Been with Solution Reach for many years now. Seems as if they are not doing a very good job at all with their technical support. Refuse to call back or assist with difficult issues. A simple sync to our appointment software should not take over a week with no resolution to your issue. Paying for not even using the software. No company should be this bad even in a pandemic.

The only customer service you can expect once they install the software, is their "chat" services. They are clearly understaffed. We started with their product a month ago and have yet to use it completely because it is not pulling from the correct database. NO ONE will call me back to fix it and the and the skill level of their chat personal is too limited to solve a data base problem. I have spent HOURS on chat to no avail.
I am sure it is a good product if they can actually pull the correct data. But paying for a service that it utilized to 50% has been very costly. I very unhappy with this service..

Their server is frequently shut down, Very slow update for patient confirmation, Sprint mobile is not supporting and automatic contract renew.
It is really doesn't matter how long you have been using this company. They will renew your contract automatically every year.
I have been trying to contact this company to find out why a training session was blown off by them. I have yet to receive a call back. I called them and waited for 30 minutes only to have them hang up on me. For a company specializing in handling your patient services it is a paradox just how they could be so lacking in their customer services

Solution Reach salesperson told us about a scheduling feature that doesn't exist, and that it would be compatible with our other medical software. Neither of these are true, and we have been in contract for one year. The first few months they said they could fix the issue, of course they did not. Now the contract 'auto-renewed' and they are telling us we 'can't do anything about it unless we want to buy out at 20% off'. Our new rep, the original person that sold us the software was gone about a month in, laughed at us on the phone when we said we wanted to cancel the service. When we asked Kris P. About the services that we were promised, he laughed and told us they don't even offer those services. Horrible customer service.
Before Solution Reach, I had to find time for the tasks that aren't pressing, but are important, such as patient reminders, and reaching out to those who should be coming in for an appointment. SolutionReach has saved me SO much time! They also send out Happy Birthday texts and/or em-mails to our patients, which is a nice touch! I have been very pleased with the results we have gotten from SolutionReach. I recommend them!

This has helped our office so much with appointment reminders, and notifications. We have mixed reviews about the confirmation from patients, a few saying they are getting a lot of messages to some saying they get none. Would recommened!

I attended a bunch of the training sessions at Solutiontech. We have been using the product for 2 years already. It was nice to find out about other stuff. We thought about signing up for more services, but we are having some issues with our reminders going to peoples spam blockers on their cell phone so we decided to wait until spring to see if the blocking issues get better. I have to say to actually talk to someone/support is horrible I had to hold on the line for 3 hours when our system went down a few weeks ago. We are family doctors and use the system basically for appointment reminders.

Called to cancel and was told to call back in 10 months when contract was up for renewal. Called back 10 months later- sorry, too late, stuck with us for another year! When i called our sales rep he tried to manipulate me into staying with SR at one point even telling me I was bad at my job for letting the Dr. cancel. Be wary of these folks...
