I've never done an online review before, but I wanted to warn others. I ordered three framed prints (for a total of $140) from society6 on September 15th. My bank account was charged the $140 that same day. Their website states that all items are shipped within 3-5 business days, and "if there are any local post office delays, routing issues, or bad weather, it may take up to 20 days."
I have still not received the product (I am posting this on October 30th). I went to the "contact us" page on the society6 website, and sent them a message. No response for 2 weeks. Then, I went on and sent them another message, including the transaction details I screenshotted from my bank statement. Still no response. This online contact form is the ONLY way to contact this wretched company - nowhere is there a phone number listed, or even an email address!
Additionally, the "order status" feature on the website does not work. When I enter my shipping email address and zip, I am told that there are "no orders found" and I am directed to contact them via the online message form. I am confident that I entered my email address correctly because I use an auto-fill function for forms on my computer.
Despite the beautifully designed website, this is the worst customer service I have ever received from an online company (which I had been told was legitimate). I urge you to think twice before ordering from them! Changing for the product, never delivering the product, and ignoring the customer's messages? This is by definition a retail fraud.
I've contacted my bank and they are currently in the process of creating a claim. I hope this horrid website has to face the consequences of their terrible service.
Update February 1st 2016 - all of the things I ordered from this company have now arrived - many weeks after they were promised - i had to pay customs on all but one of them - The British Post Office charges an £8 handling fee even if the tax is 5p so the eventual cost for these items was WAY over what they cost originally... Society6 refunded the first of these... but will only do one. The quality of some of the items was VERY POOR - sweatshirts were poor - a so called tapestry was printed on such thin material that it was see through - some things were better quality such as the laptop bags and leggings.
Overall - CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE!
Do not use these people - I posted this review after waiting over two weeks for stuff they said would take 4 to 5 days - it is now over three weeks and some stuff has been at their DHL depots for more than 2 weeks - other stuff has been in the UK for more than a week - it is untrackable - it is completely useless - I am beyound speechless - my children have flown around the world and back for Xmas since i ordered this stuff - this company is a JOKE!

I am contacting you about the professionalism of three Society6 employees whose names are Tiffany, Macky and Tristan. They are dedicated employees who work meticulously for Society6 by responding expeditiously to customer email and website inquiries. Each of these three notable employees deserves a letter of commendation because their work ethic, professional demeanor and customer service focus are so exemplary. They simply cannot help customers enough during their inquiries about any website product. I had questions about two of my purchases (Dripping Drake and Starry Nights) to which they satisfactorily responded in a timely fashion. During my email contact with Tiffany, Macky and Tristan, they were also particularly polite and courteous.
I have interacted with many customer care employees throughout the years, Tiffany, Macky and Tristan easily rank among the very best of them. Although I have not actually met them, I can confidently speculate that each of them possesses the personality, intelligence and temperament to continue to very successful with Society6 in the many years ahead. They have gone above and beyond the normal employee requirements to ensure customer satisfaction with a commendable amount of eagerness. Such employees who are committed to providing optimal customer service, are assuredly and demonstrably very valuable team Society6 team members.
I am respectfully requesting that this commendation about Tiffany, Macky and Tristan be shared not only with their immediate supervisors but also with upper level Society6 Corporate Management because it is employees like them, who contribute to Society6's outstanding reputation and mantra of excellence, amid so many competitors within the customer service industry. The final reason that I would also like this commendation about Tiffany, Macky and Tristan to be shared with upper level management is because Society is absolutely fortunate to have such truly unique, outstanding employees. I had a minor issue with a tshirt order. Customer service took care of the issue by sending a credit coupon within an hour.
I had a little, tiny issue with my tshirt. It was very quickly resolved. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.
I ordered a package for my daughter and was told it would arrive before christmas, never did and I sent a complaint, a representative sent a reply and said it would be here christmas day their delivery company will deliver it. I knew that was a lie, it was christmas day nobody delivers on christmas day. Then I complained again, and a representative said they were going to issue me a refund since it missed my delivery window and the item would still be delivered. So I called DHL delivery and asked to see if they had a package for me still being delivered, gave them my tracking number and was told the package never left Society6 facility. They did not have a package for me and never did. So Sociey6 charged my credit card with no intentions to send me the goods I ordered. To me this is fraud and I have reported this to Better Business Bureau and to my local authorities for fraudulent credit card charges. I have also reported this to the DHL delivery service supervisor for fraud and I was told by the DHL supervisor that they are reporting this to the shipping services division that handles fraud accounts. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order paying with paypal for the first time I wanted to buy a pillow case of my own artwork to see how their quality was. The site did not ask me for an address when I checked out through paypal and it defaulted to an address that wasn't even mine. It said I would be able to review my order before I had to purchase it but it didn't pull up that page and the transaction went through without letting me review the info. It sent me an email and that's when I found out the address it had defaulted to wasn't even mine or one that was ever stored in my paypal account. I emailed them waited 3 days no response so I went through paypal and opened a dispute and was immediately refunded initially I contacted them to correct the address but they never responded so I thought filing a dispute would make them respond faster since they obviously didn't reply to the email yet. After I was refunded I replaced the order and it was declined and automatically refunded I was sent a generic response stating they couldn't offer a reason why for security purposes and to replace my order but there was no guarntee it'd go through. I replaced it again using another debit card and was sent the same message. Their site is poorly designed and there customer service is terrible. Its basically like their support responses are copy and pasted and sent to you and you're transaction isn't even being reviewed by an actual person. I'm very displeased and will probably remove my artwork from the account and find another place to use I'm sure there has to be other sites for this type of stuff. You can't decline peoples chargers and not even give a reason or a fix its a waste of everyone's time and frankly that alone makes me not even want to use their site again.

I ordered 2 Frog Totes and the quality was excellent. Printed to perfection on quality canvas, one for me and one for a gift.
I had lost my invoice for a print that I had ordered and after emailing Society6 about it, they promptly forwarded me what I needed.
I had an issue with my order not arriving and Sodiety6 did not hesitate to follow trough and replace my order.
This will be the third product Ive bought for Socitey6. Love their designs and being able to support artists. Phenomenal customer service as well.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
