They refuse to answer my emails about their FRAUDULENT products and now have blocked all messages on their website and deactivated their email address and their Facebook account. So mad that I ever ordered.
I ordered "UGG" boots for my daughter at Christmas. Not only did they come 2 weeks after Christmas they have already ripped. (in less than a month). I tried to reach out to the company and their e-mail is now disconnected and no phone number to call. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! How deceiving! This is totally illegal and something needs to be done about it! Maybe a class action law suit will do the trick!
I ordered two pairs of uggs and i got them 2 weeks later when thy said it would take 5-7 work days and when i got them they were FAKE UGGS DONT GET THEM!
I ordered boots from this site thinking it was a legitimate uggs website because it looked real. When I got the bill they charged me a different amount. There is no way to reach this company and they will not respond to emails. I wish I had read these reviews first. Please DO NOT order from snowbootshut you will be scammed. By the way I never received my uggs!

Not a genuine site tried to order a pair of boots last night and entered my card details they tried to take out two payments for different amounts under different names thankfully my bank didn't authorise the payments and sent me a message. STAY AWAY NOT GENUINE
I have yet to receive merchandise and wish I had read these reviews first, I cannot get in touch with the company to cancel my order. The website is down and realize it was a big scam... AVOID!
I ordered 2 boats from this site in Febuary
I didn't get an email of my transaction till 2 days after
I found that to be strange
No tracking number or nothing.

This company is a SCAM! Pleaseeeeeeeee do not order from snowbootshut. I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a woman's size 10, and when they arrived, they looked like they could fit my 6 year old godchild. Besides that, they were the worst knock-offs I have ever seen. They send the wrong size on purpose just so you can send them back. And then when you ask for a refund, you never get it. This company has a real scam going. Please, please, PLEASE listen to me (and all the other posts). This is not a game. DO NOT ORDER! Pay the extra money and get a quality product. I had to learn the hard way.
So i reiceved this awful boots two months after i ordered them, lets start with that! Second- they are not the ones i wanted and they have different smell, but last and important- THEY ARE FAKE!
I e-mailed the web-page tons of e-mails, but i have reiceved none of answers! I even e-mailed the director or i dont know how to call him "cheater boss", also - no answer!
We have to do something, becouse as i see, a lot of people are fooled like us, and the money we spend is not small! So i suggest to do something about it!
Im thinking about discussing this with my countrys "safe internet" team, and based on laws fight for closing this web-page!
I order my shoes at the end of December 2016. And I was waiting until February 2017. I wrote them to ask there is my order. They asked me to wait for few days. I waited... and... Nothing... They sent me false information about my order position and again asked to wait. I insisted to receive my money back, but they don't respond anymore! And they are still not giving back the money and its almost MARCH! I am just furious
Not only did it take 6 weeks to receive my order (they're shipped from China via slow boat), but they are the worst knockoffs I've ever seen! They're lined with weird faux fur and make a crunchy noise when when you touch them. They charge you more than what is shown at checkout, an over-seas transaction fee. Oh, and they sent size 13 when I ordered a 10! Demanded a refund, but nothing yet. Bad lesson learned!
They send fake synthetic boots and then they don't replay anymore overcharged my card! Do not buy, hole in the hiel, size to small no leather or wool Promised to pay me back, now they don't apply to me anymore! Thiefs!
Forget this shabby business! Fake boots and they also sent me the wrong boots! Stay away! This is a rip off and cheating!
DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY unless you are wanting to pay a lower price for what may appear to be Authentic UGG boots! They are FAKE FAKE FAKE! And then if you attempt to return them... They say they want all original tags attached! THERE ARE NO TAGS! Boots come in UGG box and UGG plastic but there are no tags! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! China made KNOCK-OFF'S! You know the authentic UGG tag on the back of their boots? Well, this company puts a metal plate tag on the back of the boot and the prongs that hold it on stick you in your heel! AND the inside is not SHEEP SKIN! It is a cheap soft look a like!
Sent the wrong boots and they are FAKE FAKE FAKE. They have the right looking labels and card stock information claiming to be the real thing. But thing cheap synthetic sheep's wool is so NOT real. And you'd never guess that it came from china by looking at their very legitimate looking web site. Although I must say... went out and bought the wife a REAL pair of ugg boots and lo and behold...
"made in china" though I'm going to presume that they used Australian materials. Real sheepskin for sure. Run from this site!
Were are you located and where is my order coming from? Also my receipt says 161.00 totally price. Is this going to be the correct price and when will I get my order? Just placed the order. Thank you. I notice you don't have good reviews here. Hope these people are wrong... I sent you about 4 e-mails and you never got back with me. I just placed an order an hour ago and looked at my CC transaction history which shows the charge being $15 more that what they stated it would on my CC.
They send you an email stating "According to the foreign exchange rate of the bank, the amount showing on your statement will be a bit difference from the price on seller's website."
Never heard of this and will never agree to such practices. Order cancelled and transaction disputed.
Their price on the webpage and the order is not the same as what they charge to the credit card. They claim that it is due to foreign bank transaction fees at the time of the order.

Product is shipped out of China and could be counterfeit product.
They sent me different boots from my order and also the boots were counterfeit. Then I sent them email about refund but they are still hesitating to give me refund. They even said like just keep the boots! They are crazy
