I have question. Where is my money? I don't receive my shoes more than 2 months and you don't replay to me! or you will tell me to wait one more time????

hi sorry for my inglish i come to France, me too i pay 92 usd for a ugg ; and after receive it omg soo fake ridiculus ; soo i e mail the guy and he say me send back the shoes and i going to be refound, i never receive a refound; this a cheater company can believe it....what we can doo?
