After a google search, I ended up on this website not knowing that it wasn't, indeed, UGG's website. Needless to say, I am beginning to suspect that I also won't receive my item that I paid over $100 for. Their website is now down for the past day or two, making me believe, too, that this is not a legitimate business. I did get a response from them with a tracking number showing that the parcel is "preparing shipment", but it has been this status for over a week making me think that this is somehow a decoy tracking number for a parcel that will never ship. I've reached out to them again with my concern but have heard nothing back. In the meantime, I've been looking into actions I could take. One is to contact the USPS and file a complaint:

Filing a complaint with your State's Attorney General could also be another route. For CA, this is the link:

And, of course, contact your credit card company to inform them that the charge is fraudulent.

OMG! Just received the Ugg boots that I ordered from Snowbootshut! They look real but I will be checking them out and let you know if they are real or not! Still won't do it again!
