Never received my order and they don't respond to emails. I sent 6 emails over a month period and no response. They don't provide a phone number. Complete scam.
I was very happy with the selection of sneakers and the fact that they offer even more than just sneakers. The sneakers arrived on time and in good condition.
Ordered size 11US shoes and received 11UK. Sneakerhead were not willing to aknowledge a mistake on their end and supply a return shipping label. As an international customer it would cost me the price of the shoes just to send them back. Will not be buying from them again and i do not recommend them to anyone as they lack the ability to distinguish between US and UK sizes.
All customer service emails are generic copy and pasted replies saying how sorry they are but without doing anything to resolve the issue.
I purchased a pair of Mali clarks over a month n half which I paid for two 2 delivery still waiting n tired of d run around and d lie I need my money back n i will take to d end every day is something story somebody is lying
Service is $#*!ing horrible I was trying to call the company to see what the hell was going on and why my shoes weren't shipped after like three days and the automated $#*! on the phone kept saying noone was availabe. $#*! is terrible yo all that good is pointless man I'll just continue shopping at my local sneaker stores and you guys should do the same.
Placed an order 9/12/16. Called today, 9/16/16, because I hadn't received any shipping information. I was told that the merchandise was damaged, and they were waiting for a replacement, which they found out today, was not available. I called at 3pm. I guess I would still be waiting if I hadn't called. I should've been notified when they discovered that the original item was damaged, and there would be a delay. First time customer, will never be a customer again. The reverse of charges will take anywhere from 48 hrs to a week.
Received a pair of shoes for friend, received shoes with gum on the bottom and clear discoloring of sole. Received partial refund but no apology.
Gave to friend who then compared them to pair another friend had bought from a AUTHORIZED RETAILER and the coloring, treatments, and over all construction did not match the authentic pair AT ALL.
Sent back for refund even though it was past time and actually received refund which furthered my suspicions because I was told I couldn't after the partial refund. But when I brought up that they were fake they immediately had no issue giving me one.
Long story short, if they have a pair (make that multiple pairs and sizes) that is literally sold out everywhere, I would be VERY cautious.
Also noting they never apologized for the shoes being worn with gum or that they were fake but my money back is good enough.
Ordered from this website for the first time and was concern after reading some negative reviews but I tried it anyway. Shoes came in original box, new shoes. I would recommend. Delivered on time
Ordered my vans from Sneakerhead. They were in good shape and quality. Going to order from here very soon.
They refused to refund my full amount for an item that didn't fit. They charged me 15% restocking fee and shipping fee to receive and RETURN my item despite the fact that I purchased my item off of Amazon with my prime status. I was out $32 for an item that didn't fit and was out of stock. Unf#$%ing believable. Please beware of their HIDDEN FEES

Company sold me the wrong size and then refused to enchange. When I tried to return for a return, they claimed there was a piece of tape on the box and sent them back to be - a second time.
STAY AWAY. THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY MONEY AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE.
I just bought a pair of converse from sneakerhead and and it's really amazing really good quality and they shipped it really fast.
