Smart fares is SCAM. Watch out reviews on trustpilot well. Most of the reviews are fake... Don't use it.
They advertise cancellation is free within 24 hours, but charges $35 to cancel the reservation. Just book directly with t and e airline
The company hides the real info about the flight not even disclosing it after purchase. We bought the economy ticket for a mid range price from them, it turned out that we had to pay for the baggage separately and it was the cheapest basic economy class. Literally they made tons of money on us. Be careful. I checked the reviews about the company after purchasing the ticket which wasn't refundable with this company.
They suck run and run. I called to change a earlier reservations to earlier time for two passengers. And they wanted to charge. 200 each for time change plus fees of price change. I called the airlines directly and they can get me 75 each for change my flight. I paid 150 flat free for two. So never I again I will Porsche through smart fare they sucks. I give then a try and never again. And we travel a lot. As we are time share owners. Hope this help.
