Smartfares sold me a ticket at a high price, they said that I will get confirmation that the airline accepted the schedule and the price within 24 to 72 hours. When the confirmation came, of course I was told that if I wanted the same ticket and itinerary it would cost me $300.00 more. That is an irresponsible market technique and immoral also since we all need to travel for the Holidays. The worst thing is that because they take a long time to refund my money (10 days or more) I cannot purchase another flight somewhere else and when I finally get the money, it will be too late to purchase a decent flight thanks to Smartfares. I guess my friends and followers on Facebook will like to know about my experience buying a flight with Smartfares and of course, Google reviews.

It was definitely a good deal compared to other booking platforms. But the customer service tried to sell me baggage for 150 dollars and said that my ticket doesn't even include hand luggage. But when I received my booking and checked on the airline website, I actually had even 23kg included.

I call this Numbers many time to request a refund about the charge of seating fee. They did not help me. They just hang up with out any reason.

When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
