Good booking interface. Some small interface errors are present: the screen is twitching when clicking on the option, thus making the bad chance to select the wrong option.

A bit messy. At a point I called the assistance number tl ask about the luggage conditions of the ticket I was about to purchase, but the operator never answered my question and insisted on closing the deal over the phone with a rate that was literally US 100 more expensive from the deal I was getting on the site. It was quite frustrating.
Easy to navigate and overall good experience especially since I am not good on the computer.
The final price i paid for economy flight is 10% higher than the price i was booking. They made me wait for 9 hours after getting my credit card details and finally at the end of the day booked tickets for higher rate. Then again informed me there is no carry on and no checked in baggage allowed at the price. Again i paid 5% extra and purchased luggage.
They are not less and economic. They are just hiding all charges.
QUITE SIMPLE AND NICE, however, the fares quoted online were different to the actual fares and I had to call to secure the online booking since there was a delay in applying the charges to my card.
Travel agencies are always a bit tricky to communicate with but my experience with SmartFares went well enough.

It would have been a 5 until 30 minutes after I got my booking confirmation, could see my information on Finnair and I get a sketchy call from someone stating that I bought mine too cheap and they had to charge me more!
This made me very uncomfortable! You claim to offer real time pricing but then I was told that they didn't accept the price. If that is the case, you should compensate. I followed my part and was unpleasantly surprised by this sketchy encounter.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight.
