Easy, cheap and fast. I visited multiple airfare sites and even called ASAPTickets. SmartFares was $100 cheaper. Next time I will check SmartFares first.

The service was excellent except a certain lady who hanged on my call because i needed to know why am i not receiving my artinery confirmation.
I called and the lady was very comprehensive with me and she helped me even if it seem obvious that she was very busy.

It was not as I expected. I had to call 3 times to finally to change my flight. I was upset that I couldn't cancel for free in 24h because of overlapping hours. On the website it was clearly stated that I have 24h for cancellation. I had 1h more available to cancel it bit the operator refused to cancel. The third operator changed for no cost the ticket for another day cancelling the all extra option I had in first place. The thing is that after I changed the day the ticket appeared on the website with a great drop in price from 1000$ to 650$. This is sad and unprofessional to tell the client that it is impossible to cancel even if you have 24h and then change it for another day but take of all tue extra options including and price drop guarantee money back. And than the ticket apears with a great drop in price after 5 minutes!
