I received a email my flight is confirm the next day it's not confirm then today it's confirm.

Flight was cancelled. Called the call center. They said one of the team would call be back in my evening (almost 9 hours later) No information, no further assistance. Now 4 days (2 working days) later, I still haven't received a call back. I have booked my flight somewhere else and will not use Smart Fares again

I was a bit skeptical because it had no ratings but it was good, the confirmation email did take a little time to be email but got the confirmation and a email following up about my confirmation. Would use again

Easy booking. Able to book my flight and affordable. Got my confirmation right away.
Horrible because I discovered you overcharge me and charge me for baggage for a flight thru spirit airlines and the cancellation fee was double the price. You guys are a fraudulent company.

They charged an extra 35 Euros over the advertised price (right on the purchase execution page).
After finishing, I simulated the purchase again with the same initial erroneous result.
After I protested, the company claimed that it was due to currency exchange rate variations, but the USD/EUR exchange rate had not changed by 5% during the transaction.
In short, they are using a sneaky trick to earn extra money.
After filling up all all the my details, it was just one click and the booking went through. Within few minutes they and the first email to say they seen my booking and they will send the second email as as soon as the transaction gets to them. In 5 time I received the 2nd email confirmation my booking.
I can't wait to travel.
It is a major problem that the credit card is not verified immediately and that the amount is not debited off the credit card account immediately. This aspect of putting a small amount through and then requesting a confirmation of a screenshot is extremely suspicious and dangerous.
