I received a email my flight is confirm the next day it's not confirm then today it's confirm.

Flight was cancelled. Called the call center. They said one of the team would call be back in my evening (almost 9 hours later) No information, no further assistance. Now 4 days (2 working days) later, I still haven't received a call back. I have booked my flight somewhere else and will not use Smart Fares again

Horrible because I discovered you overcharge me and charge me for baggage for a flight thru spirit airlines and the cancellation fee was double the price. You guys are a fraudulent company.

In short, they are using a sneaky trick to earn extra money.
After filling up all all the my details, it was just one click and the booking went through. Within few minutes they and the first email to say they seen my booking and they will send the second email as as soon as the transaction gets to them. In 5 time I received the 2nd email confirmation my booking.
I can't wait to travel.
It is a major problem that the credit card is not verified immediately and that the amount is not debited off the credit card account immediately. This aspect of putting a small amount through and then requesting a confirmation of a screenshot is extremely suspicious and dangerous.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
