I had a wonderful experience with this company. The shipping wasn't too long - I think it was about 2 weeks. Customer service (through email) helped me when I needed to make a change to my glasses. & price was low! I would def buy from them again

The super thin lenses I got cost a fraction of what it would have cost at my eye doctor's, even with my insurance. A warning however, be very careful about getting the right pupillary distance measurement!

1- The Lenses Quality is not bad, and i think it's a time to upgrade for latest new lenses from (essilor & zeiss).

Received replacements within a week in Canada. FedEx charges a fee directly for customs clearing which was the only surprise. Glasses are perfect with considerable savings from buying locally
The glasses arrived as ordered but unfortunately one of the scews had damaged threads. It seems like that the operater had tried to fit the screw which eventually was unsuccessful. But the glasses were still shipped with a damaged screw and a lose holder. Obviously no final inspection applie prior to shipping

If you want to be treated like a liar when your expensive glasses unexpectedly break with normal use, then use this company. They do not have the decency to refund an honest person who cannot explain why their glasses broke when their was no excessive force used. I opened the arm like usual and the metal of the hinge broke. Obviously, there must have been something getting weaker inside the glasses that wore out with normal usage long before it was supposed to. However, this company refuses to honor their warranty. Beware.
These glasses originally arrived with one hinge slightly tight. I didn't think much of it until they broke one day when I unfolded them as usual. Given the 2 months it took for the glasses (which were supposedly in stock) to arrive, I had been using these glasses for less than one year. When I contacted the company, they said they would send me a part, which they never did. Then, they refused to honor their warranty by either refunding or replacing the glasses. In my experience, they do not honor the 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects that they highlight all over their site.

11/05/2014 "I have just ordered the right arm for you and I am trying to expedite it. As soon as it is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email."
01/08/2015 "Thanks a lot for your waiting and I understand the inconveniences. Unfortunately we have not got any update from our supplier about the right arm although I am following up this case. It might be out of stock or unavailable anymore."
01/27/2015 (about the original glasses) "I realize that there is a metal inside of the arm from the hinge part to the end of the arm, considering the metal and the plastic covering on the metal should be very strong, that area can only be broke when an excessive force applies.
From the photo of 6762, it clearly shows even the metal is broke, we would consider it's caused by mishandling of excessive force."
It just boils my blood to think you are paying for a service, and then they call you a liar. I am sure this break could have resulted from excessive force, however in my case, no excessive force was used. However, smartbuyglasses.com refuses to believe me and they have not done anything to honor their 24 month warranty or fix the situation which I reported 2 months ago.
As you might tell from the lens thickness, I have been wearing glasses for a long time. In my 25 years of wearing glasses, I have never had a pair of frames break nearly so soon, and I am sorry that the one time it has happened, it was the pair I unfortunately purchased them from this deceitful company.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
