I purchased two sets of goggles for my 8 and 10 year olds to go skiing. They worked great, my kids never complained once!
I considered finding your site a blessing. It was the cheapest & I looked everywhere. And it was shipped amazingly fast; got it in 2 days. This is the best ski goggle I ever purchased, great in low light & any kind of light conditions. I definitely recommend this.
First purchase took very long to process. I had to threaten with canceling my order to get my order expedited. I will never know how long it would've taken without my complaint. Second order was processed in the time specified. But my right lense prescription was done incorrectly. I did not complain. Due to getting the frame at a good price and the time it would take to get th back again. But had to pay my local optometrist to redo the lenses. Another $115 (with insurance)

I went along with the online photo, when it arrived it wasn't the model I ordered. If I would had wanted to change the model I would had have to pay for the shipping back to SmartBuyGlasses. The other model I ordered took more than 2 months to arrive. Other than that it was an excellent place to buy glasses

I was notified of every step of the process making my prescription glasses. I got them in a timely manner, they were in impeccable condition and my order came with a free eyeglass cleaning kit -bonus. They even sent me the old non prescription lenses that came with the frame (don't know what I'd use them for but they were technically mine). I'm already looking to order more...
All of the above, was matter of days for my frames to be delivered. And i am in NY. The frames was exactly the ones that i wanted and came with everything that was suppose to have come with them, And when i called to Customer service about confirming the delivery time, they looked it up and explained where it was and a few days later after it arrived they continued with email making sure i did get it and was happy with it. And if i didnt i have 100 days to return it. In the US and not mail it back over seas.
Paid full money for a pair of gucci glasses, after receiving the glasses from the FAKE capital of the world 'HONG KONG' I started to think something isn't right, luckily living in London there's a few Gucci shop in town, I hate to check them out. The shop assistant giggled at me and said sorry these are not authentic! I felt sick that I paid over a £100 for a rubbish fake paid of glasses. Please don't get ripped off like me. I ordered glasses 2/4/15 glasses still have not arrived 3/12/15 I contact customer service DAILY they wait 24 hours to respond and have not been helpful in the least. Glasses shipped from HONG KONG via DHL with an original delivery date of 3/2/15 glasses never arrived contacted DHL and smartbuy. DHL said that there was a customs issue and glasses were being returned to HONG KONG as requested by customs. I immediately contacted smartbuy who told me to contact DHL?!?! I was expecting to hear we will investigate and get your glasses to you as soon as possible but they are in no hurry since they received my money way back in early February! Extremely frustrated will not buy from again I believe there are hundreds of similar reviews to mine online if you do a little digging!

We understood from our logistic department however that the parcel your order was shipped under was unfortunately held 6 days by customs before the release. This unfortunately as explained is something that may happen to a small percentage of parcels and is something that is out of our control. Of course we try to speed up the process as much as we can by following the instructions for release.
After the release we see that the parcel was redirected to you for delivery, but after a few failed attempts the parcel was rerouted back to us. Our customer service representative informed you to contact the courier in case of instructions were to be added for the delivery.

This was my first time ordering sunglasses online, and first time paying over 100$ for a pair so I was hesitant at first. BUT I had a great experience! I got the Ray Ban RB3025 Aviators, and they look amazing. I ordered them on Sunday and they came in (Ontario) on Wednesday! Will definitely purchase from SmartBuySunglasses again!

What we all come to expect for our online shopping experiences was fulfilled by Smartbuy glasses. Website, order processing & delivery all went very smooth. Product was bran new, never worn sunglasses with all of the incidentals that come with new sunglasses like cleaning kit and glasses case. The package I received came from Hong Kong which was to my surprise, but by no means a big deal for me.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
