I had some questions about this order and was frustrated since the phone number listed did not work. This made me nervous about the order, but I did get follow up emails and even a call back from a customer support person. My glasses shipped and arrived faster than expected. They are excellent.

I got charged $15 for duty by Fedex and upon notifying SmartBuyGlasses, within 24 hours they responded to me and refunded me the money - no questions asked. They are SO fantastic when dealing with clients - they take their customer service so seriously. Thank you so much!

Purchased Maui Jim Kahuna Polarized-162-02 - size 59 sunglasses this year (2015) and they arrived right away. They were in the original factory box and in perfect condition. The price I payed was better than other prices I saw on line. I love the sunglasses and use them every day. I will use Smartbuy again.

In the past 6 months I bought two glasses at SmartBuyGlasses. The first one was a special offer for a Lacoste. A little bit more then € 100,- with thinner glass, delivered in 4 or 5 days, complete and ready to put on and walk away.
After this one I wanted to try one of the glasses from the Smartbuy collection. Only € 40,- because I didn't change the glass for thinner ones. Again same delivery and despite the price the glasses are of good quality.
You will understand I will continue buying my glasses at SmartBuyGlasses and I can't understand people who keep on paying around 4 times the price you have to pay over here.
I was looking for specific sunglasses as a present. I found these cheaper than in any store. When I ordered I found out that time was running out for me. So they checked upon delivery date etc. to make sure it was delivered on time.

I bought a Ck prescription glasses from this company and it was a great experience. The only thing though is that the product came from China. But it was still a nice one.

After I made my order, they were more then helpful with the questions I had by email. My glasses came but did have to be fitted local at an extra cost.
