My title says it all. Use these guys for contact lenses for the last year or so i think. Always the cheapest but just as importantly, delivery times are consistently reliable; in fact i think the time from order to having it landed has shorten since my first orders.
I bought contact lens from smartbuyglasses many times and here I found the authentic and low price products!

D sunglasses I oedered n got were original authentic new spotless wid proper case cloth warranty card instruction etc.
Prices are also on lower side.
Courier delivery was on time.

One of the few shops that carries Smith sunglasses in the EU, and prices are competitive. Shopping was easy and I was kept well informed about the progress of my order. Only negative point are the continuous reminders for a review :).

There were several trials/tribulations with different products being back ordered or not available. Communication was decent and refunds/payments were worked out easily and quickly. I'd order from them again, but not before checking on inventory/ availability first!
On the website it says express delivery. It wasn't until 4 weeks after my purchase I recieved my glasses. Sort it out!
I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses from Smart Buy Glasses. I want the glasses in brown and I couldn't bring up that pair on my order. I phoned the customer service number and they straightened it out without a problem. The glasses took some time to arrive but they are just as advertised. I would order from them again.
Finally, I have my new glasses. They are great and no doubt I saved a lot of money. The process however has caused much frustration. The website options were not up-to-date and I selected glasses that after many days was told they would not be available.
I had concerns with the choices only to discover that all of the local eye wear stores didn't have anything better that interested me. Many promises, not-so-good fulfillment. Eventually I did receive my glasses and love them. Improve the process and I'll be back.

I got everything I ordered quick and I got exactly what I ordered. I do recommend this site to anyone who is purchasing prescription glasses or sunglasses.
I am buyer from Malaysia and thought contact lens was in Malaysia port but when I received it it was couriered from Hong Kong by Aramex. According to customer service Richard - there is no difference just packaging.
Price is reasonable, and kindly bear with them as lead time is about 1 week, good customer service response, polite and professional.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from them one month ago, and they have yet to even ship them to me. After two weeks, I was told it would be another 5-9 days. After another week, I was told they finally made it to the lab, and would take another 5-9 days for the lenses to be put in. It's been 11 days since that message came, and they still haven't shipped. I also had to contact them 4 times before someone finally corrected a problem with my shipping address. We'll see if I ever receive these sunglasses...

I recently bought a glasses and the delivery was really fast, but there was a little inconvenient with clearance, thus I wrote to costumer service and they gave me a prompt solution, amazingly three 3 later I could wear my glasses. Very satisfied with the quality and costumer service.
Very happy with my purchase and experience with SmartBuyBlasses. Ordered a pair of Ray Ban's that were shipped from Italy to Arizona on a Thursday, and received the glasses on Monday. Not only fast but the shipping was free. In the past I have ordered items from other companies that took twice as long and were shipped from only a state away. Item was as advertised and received in great shape. They even included a lens cleaning kit (a bottle of lenses cleaner and a cleaning cloth) at no extra charge. A little thing but something that made my experience that much better. This is my first experience with this company but would recommend it to everyone.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
