While their customer sevice is ok but to show unavailable stocks on their website as available to purchase, is misleading and very unprofessional! Any solid company would understand the importance of a well organized inventory.
I have placed an order of a pair of Persol sunglasses only to found out later that not only is not available but they claimed that their supplier have no disclose date on when it will be restock, not only that, pushed me to select mens style sunglasses that clearly would not fit me well as I am a woman and then recommended me to buy higher priced
Sunglasses instead and only provide a measly 5% discount!
When I have clearly stated TWICE how disappointed on this and would like an immediate refund, they never complie on my request and now, sent me a payment invoice request via Paypal!
How dare you guys do business like this?!
As of now, I am still waiting for my full refund.

Even if they reply you and promise you issue an refund, they are all excuses and full of BS, all they do is stall the refund. Until the refund amount posted back on my card, any words or replies from them are pure BS nothing more.

I placed an order of a pair of brown sunglasses mid March and now it is end of May. I was sent three incorrect sunglasses. First time I was sent a red pair, second time it was again the incorrect red pair and third time they sent me a blue pair of sunglasses. After the second wrong pair arrived I double checked with them if they actually sold the one shown on their website. They confirmed that it was in stock but each time there was a delay. I also reminded them multiple times to double check with the distribution center to send me the correct brown colored sunglasses. Instead of telling me honestly that they ran out of stock, they just randomly send me sunglasses in hope that I keep them. Each time I have to go to the post office to ship the sunglasses back to Hong Kong. It is such an inconvenience. I have never experienced such terrible online shopping before. This website and customer service are ineffective and inefficient!

They take your money, make you wait weeks then request you pick an alternative from their stock list. Pure deception. All your email questions are answered robotically. The only plus is after months of fobbing you off with lies and keeping your money, is that, they do refund you.My advice is if you want sunglasses for a 2017 holiday buy somewhere else

I was very happy with the service and the glasses I received. The same glasses elsewhere would have cost me hundreds more.
The glasses I bought were very well priced and have turned out great. I'm pleased with the product and would buy from smart buy glasses again, with one caveat: the delivery time was quite slow, apparently due to a hold up at customs. Hopefully smart buy glasses will streamline this process in the future a little bit.

Sir... as I stated in my email... there were 3 orders I received with no Lens kit that you valued a $25 each!
"if you are not interested in a partial refund compensation" I was interested in a partial refund... but the 5% you offered was not acceptable... especially after missing 3 kits and the fact that you offer 20% on a daily basis on your web site!
"For your concern of our charity program" Sir... when someone receives 3 orders of glasses over a 3 month period... and your answer was "Unfortunately our warehouse informed me they ran out of lens kits". The problem is you sent me 3 orders missing the (C$20) kits without even mentioning that they were missing! This was either bad business or someone trying to get away with something... I had to take time to write a complaint... and this is why I question your charity program...
And I am still waiting for an acceptable compensation offer.
