I bought a gift card and tried to sign up for this service. Apparently, they refuse to provide the gift card option online to some customers. This happened to include me. I had to make multiple phone calls to get signed up. When I did, they charged my gift card for the full $100 rather than the monthly payment of $73. This led to a debit card that I did not even realize they still had on file from years ago being charged which caused more problems for me. I fully expected my gift card to pay part of the next months payment, but basically they stole it from me. I called back multiple times explaining that I never intended to pay for a second month. They do not even carry ABC CBS NBC who would've thought? Would never have paid for a second month. They refused to refund my money, multiple agents basically implied that they have no supervisors. Refused to let me speak to any supervisors. When I did finally get a supervisor, she apologized and said that since they could not issue a refund, she would give me a free month but cancel my payment immediately. When the time came for my free month, my service was immediately cut off. I expressed to multiple supervisors and multiple agents my extreme dissatisfaction with this service. They offered that I could sign up again with a $10 discount. They refused to provide any other recourse. This company basically stole from me, their customer service is intentionally annoying. They don't provide the basics of a TV service.
I switched from hulu to switch right back. There sports is crap. No local stations. No fox ABC NBC CBS. Price was initially 54 dollars.l, next payment 96. I so not recommend sling. I missed world series haven't watched my football team play. Haven't been able to keep up with my shows because they don't have the channels. We can deal with the lack of local TV except NBC. We can deal with not being able to see the devices that are signed into the account. We can even deal with the woeful customer service and worse application. What is hard to deal with is the failure to market honestly. We purchased the Orange plus Blue package plus a number of add-ons. The Orange package allows 1 streaming device. The Blue package allows 3 devices. Their marketing says you get everything on Orange in the Blue package and then some. It DOES NOT tell you that you have to know what channels are in the Orange package and what channels are in the Blue Package. It turns out that, even if you have the bundle, you can still only stream on 1 device those channels in the Orange Package. You do not get 3 for the complete bundle (or 4 if you were to take them at the "plus" language). This is very misleading and quite unfair. Customer Service told me "that's the way it is". We will be evaluating our needs and services provided.

Did not want service any longer, any card they have on their file they will use, not the one it should have came from. Refused to give a refund at all. They refuse to let you speak with a supervisor. Worst customer service, not us based at all, all overseas locations no matter where it tells you the corporate office is located. It is overseas. Run from this streaming service, better off with hulu, or any other streaming service rather than this screwed up service. Run like hell from this one.
I spent a lot of time on their site. I signed up to get locals as I am rural and antenna doesn't work well. After enrolling in service I find that I am required to buy an antenna to get local service. I had to go through a bunch of red tape to talk to a representative who informed me that I would have to get an airtv antenna for the local service. When I said I just signed up less than an hour ago and would like to cancel as I was basing my decision on local channels. I was told I would have to pay for the whole month regardless. I will be informing everyone of this so that others are not ripped off by a disreputable company.

We recently "cut the cord" and figured we could get by with having streaming services. Tried Sling in order to get live TV. What a mistake!
There seems to be nothing but old shows, and when you are watching a show, the commercials that come up are ridiculous! They go on forever, and one time even though each ad was relatively short, there were 14 of them one time!

In less than 24 hours after signing up for Sling TV I was unable to watch either The Kentucky Derby nor the Lacrosse Championship because, unknow to me, CBS network is not available in my area. These two events were my reason for signing and Sling won't refund my money……. I signed yesterday, May 4, and today is May 5 when I found that I couldn't watch lacrosse. Poor business practice. Sling TV is not worth the money.

Can NOT watch more that few seconds without being bombarded with zillions adds and it repeats over and over the actual show being watched, and we end up not getting the story nor the show. It is becoming impossible to use sling for watching, we have to resort to Youtube to get our shows. This is unacceptable and very discriminating, everyone I talked to, they have the same issue, I just recorded on my phone 6 minutes of cooking show where I was trying to watch a chef recipe, and out of the 6 minutes, I barely heard less than a minute total broken up with over 5 minutes of ads (and many duplicate of them) and could not get any thing. Rewind several times and the same thing happens, I would say I spent over an hour trying to get to watch and always get the broken by ads that runs over the show and you miss everything as if not watching anything, and the same thing happens on other sling channels. What are we paying for? I suppose for this mess, they should we be paying us to watch all of these ads because we don't get to watch any shows, only few broken words between many many ads which make it useless

Purchased sling tv to think I could watch march madness with the sports package and couldn't get CBS games or any local channels. I tried Sling tv and it was the worst I have ever seen. The resolution constantly switched from bad to worse. Unable to get any help, I decided to try Youtube TV and it was great. Then I realized that about the only streaming service that doesen't offer a free trial was Sling TV. Don't sign up for this service unless you can get a free trial. I found out the hard way! I added my dispute of the charge as proof of purchase.
So i have had overpriced sling for a while. My payment method changed i tried to log on to change my payment option and they just make it difficult. Edit payment is hard to find. When i went into the payment it says i signed up through Google however i didn't i use an email and password. Then it doesn't give you an option to put another form of payment. Just frustrating. I was paying $93 a,month for some years now. Now it all ends because they make updating the payment difficult. Plus the service is shaky everytime there's a big game or fight. I purchased 2 $25.00 SLING cards to pay my $40.00 bill. The cards only come in $25.00 amounts. It would not take them. I called and called and got different CS agents. The cards would not go through. I got all kinds of reasons the cards were not working. I finally dropped SLING and went back to Spectrum. Something I vowed to never do. The day I called SLING to tell them I no longer wanted their service, and to tell them why I was unhappy the CS agent told me that the cards only work on the bill due date. Blah blah blah. I dontt know what happened with SLING. The service was great for a long time. Then they went to those stupid cards that would not work.
