Money! When you call to ask for a supervisor then they say no one is available. DO NOT GET FOR IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS A SCAM! I am contacting the BBB for they stole 55.00 dollars from me. THE service just plays for a minute then goes round and round.
I am getting a lawyer to sue this trash piece of S__T company.

Tip for consumers:
The company still charged me even though i cancelled online. Then, I manager came on and said that they cannot get a supervisor on the phone and I asked 2 days and no manager returned my call. I was charged 55. dollars for the upcoming month in which I cancelled but no cancellation was given. I told them the service does not work on my tv and she said basically too bad that they would not give me my money back.
