Was a reg customer for a while then last thursday overcharged me. I didnt know toll i checked bank that they charged me twice. Restraunt called skip for me whete mad too i delred my account right away told them i wanted money on card put it on as credits i give up skip guy on phone was fude am done with skip lost my business i use uber eats now never again will i use them..
Terrible experience. The driver never showed up at my door, when I contacted them I was told the food was already delivered to the address. When I said it wasn't I was treated like a liar. I was told the driver confirmed he delivered the food and there's nothing else that can be done. And that's how I lost $28.26 ordering from skipthegoddamndishes. And that's not the first time I had a problem with them. But it is the last. Never ordering from them again.
I will NEVER again order from skip the dishes the delivery driver literally threw the food at the door an ran away. The whole $60 meal we ordered for 2 was all ran out bag is actually NOT reusable due to how much sauce ran out and i tipped 20% #absolutelydisgusted
Uber eats here we come!
I put in an order to a place that is very close to me, just across the highway from me. I waited an hour, no food. I messaged them asking what was going on snd they said my delivery driver was 10-12 minutes away. So I waited some more, another hour goes by, still no food and the app still says they're on their way with my food. I message them again, they tell me again, the driver is 10-12 minutes away. By that time I told them to cancel my food order and give me my refund. They were unable to give me back my refund and I still have no food. Their excuse for no refund was because the food had already been picked up. I placed my order at 1230pm, it is now almost 330pm and I still have no refund and no food.
Your commercials are terrible. You insult Canadians but want us to spend out money on you - There are many other companies that appreciate Canadian business and do not insult its customers... TERRIBLE PR
I ordered from KFC. Entered my credit card info, paid. The order was cancelled because the restaurant was unresponsive. Skip refunded me in Skip credit. No biggie, I just ordered from a different KFC & used the credits. Order came & it was wrong. So, I called rastaurant but no one answered. I contacted Skip to ask what the proper chain of complaint was. Skip refunded me, which was appreciated but not their responsibility. Here it gets dicey. The gave me Skip credits. I told tje gentleman that I am on vacation in Nova Scotia & I don't have Skip in my location of Ontario so Skip credits are useless. He refused to refund my credit card. That's a joke! There has to be a bette rsystem
I've had so many awful experiences with skip the dishes. They point blame of their actions to the restaurants and are ignorant to their customers. Worst food delivery company out there
Warning. If using their app always check your address... They predictively used qn address which i was at two days prior, which i never opened the app in the first place at, and i had placed an order. Realizing i quickly contacted their customer service to try and cancel the order. Spoke to someone named Jaya. They didnt reply to me until the driver had the order and took so long the order had been delivered to the wrong address. Ignored me and then left the chat. I finally got another rep and they wasted another 20 minutes of my time to tell me i could only recieve 50% of said order placed. Worst response time worst customer service. Il never use them again
I got scammed cause either I had things from my order missing or didn't get my order at all and then I get a noticed it was brought to me bull$#*! it did. Where like where the hell is it cause it's nowhere at outside my home;( they are liars and ps don't even bother trying to get ahold of them cause they will say you have to wait there ppl are in to help! It was 1:30pm wtf do you mean nobody is working at that moment where the hell are they seriously but yet someone did message back saying nobody can help me to wait $#*! and send me a email on getting my money back ya bull$#*! on that I haven't at all got no damn email which is telling me I won't be refunded back
I ordered a McDonald's breakfast and got the wrong order. And something was added to Coke (there are no such flavors in Mac Donalds), the courier added something and support refused to help. The money was not returned either for food or for moral damage! Terrible service! Awful! The courier is a disgusting person! And the service is terrible!
This is what would happen when you order dishes from them. They will attempt to reach you only once, and they will hang up the phone and leave the place if you don't answer the phone call within 5 seconds. FIVE SECONDS! If you complain about it, they will keep lying that they have called you twice, waited for 7 minutes outside and sent you a notification. They would even say that their agent have tried to contact you after failing the delivery. They will take your money and never return without delivering foods. The delivery guy will receive even tip from you. Besides you cannot explain your situation fully because their customer service team will rudely hang up the phone, saying that they are very exhausted because of your complaint. In result, YOU WOULD TRULY SKIP YOUR DISHES!
Driver couldn't find my address, didn't try contacting me, but said in the app your courier has dropped off food he didn't drop off, said he contacted me which he didn't. I spent hours chatting with what seems like bots before I finally got a full refund, but I was relentless. Had I given in I wouldn't have. And it was literally hours of time and I had either wasn't heard or wasn't believed. The building # was missing but he had my cell phone and I was waiting at the door and he never attempted to contact me and I've had successful deliveries here before
We placed and order and the app tracked our location incorrectly, we are now short $70 and customer service ignored my questions like "what can we do to get our food?" "can we contact the driver?" "how is the app tracking the location incorrectly our fault?" and all we got was a 50% refund in SKIP POINTS which we DIDNT receive either way.
I am so tired of placing orders and not getting what I ordered.
Customer service wo t do anything about it cause they say I complain to much. Well when I pay for items and don't get them I am expected to be able to complain and get refunded! Today I ordered tkm hortons gor my drinks but no donuts. Last 3 orders I didn't recieve what was ordered either. This has to be stopped and this company has to be held responsible.
My money is being taken and items not recieved. I feel violated and robbed. I work hard for my money and for this company to be allowed to take my money from me for items I ordered and don't recieve is illegal. It's stealing! How dare skip the dish. I want my money back.
Don't waste your time or money on this app... food never arrives because the drivers know at this point they can get away with whatever they want... they can literally eat your fckn food and say they delivered it and boom you lost out on money$$$ USE Uber eats... not much better but atleast they stick to there word/policy and give you a FULL REFUND if your food doesn't show up/ is messed up, where as SkipTheDishes will tell your to $#*! yourself or just never reply to your complaints... I give the app 2yrs before bankruptcy takes them out and I'm praying on it.
We ordered from EDO Japan Namao. The restaurant prepared the order. The skip driver canceled the order. Why-how-NO idea. The restaurant tried to get another driver from skip with no success. We paid 15% advance tip to a driver who never showed. We ended up picking up the order ourselves. Will never pay an advance tip again. How to get a refund for the SKIP fees and driver tip? No clue. The skip website has no leads. Feel absolutely cheated. Shame. Trying to support local and feel cheated.
This company will Refuse to refund you when they mix up your order.

My location was active on the app & skip the dishes sent my food that i payed for to the wrong adress & weren't at all polite. They denied resending the food to my correct adress or refunding me. I will never be ordering off of here again.
An hour for a totally cold order for 22.12 dollars it took 59 min to get garbage and they gave me 7 dollars back skip blames thier drivers and the restaurant while some prick gets rich for garbage
They sent my order to another address and I had to wait I my lobby because my order said 5 min away and then they ignored me
