I purchased from them on 1/18/22- the package never made it to me and was returned to the sender- they received the package back to their warehouse in Sheppardsville, KY on 1/31- I contacted the customer service to inform them of this and that i expect to have my refund applied to my original form of payment- they said they never received the package back- and the proof of delivery from DHL is uploaded on their system.
Skincare is a very competitive market today and there are alot of vendors to choose from like DERMSTORE, LOVELY SKIN, or the professional brands themselves. I am blown away by the terrible customer service this vendor has provided. Too many other choices today to have to deal with this nightmare company.
I ordered couples bracelets from them. What i got was something you find in a gumball machine! COMPLETE GARBAGE! I paid $55.00 for for their CHEAP CHINA GARBAGE! And now they won't respond back to me! BUYER BEWARE!
Beware beware beware when ordering from Skin Store. They will certainly take your money, They will not Refund your money. They will however send 10 bogus emails telling you how sorry they are and requesting you sent the same photos you have sent in over and over explaining the situation over and over. Then they'll email the final "I'm sorry"
They offer you NOTHING BUT AN APPOLOGY.
You can find most of these products on Amazon and if there's a problem all you have to do is put it in an envelope and send it back and your refund at 100%.
I am a long-time user of Perricone MD Face Finishing & Firming Tinted Moisturizer SPF30. Although I usually buy straight from Perricone or a department store (e.g., Macys, Neiman Marcus), I was sucked into an after-Christmas sale at Skin Store to stock up on skin care basics. Big mistake. The Skin Store Perricone moisturizer is an *obvious fake* (despite realistic packaging). Buyer beware.
They make it impossible to make a return. They keep your money and keep asking for more postage information. Not reputable. So many good places to buy from. I figured I would give a new website a chance. Scam! Stick with reputable companies. Not this one.
I bought 2 shampoo/conditioner sets where the shampoo was just a sample and the conditioner was the main item. They only sent the shampoo and when I contacted them they didn't even read the message before responding. I have been going back and forth over a week and first they asked to fill out a form then they offered 50% refund even though the expensive item was not sent. I said that was not acceptable and they only offered the 50% again. Ive had to write back at least 5 times and it is still not resolved. I may have to get with the credit card company to dispute the charge. I will NEVER use this company again it's not worth the hassle, the customer service seems like it's just a bot responding.
I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could! Customer service team is useless. Feels like they have a robot, writing replies. My parcel was shipped back for some reason and even after admitting there was a mistake made from their side by one agent, other agents answered to the same mail thread claiming that the order is on the way. "If you do not get your order in 30 days, then let us know and we might do something" - they say, ridiculous!
Title says it all. When I contacted them to find out why my order was not on time after paying for two day shipping they did not answer any of my questions that I asked in my email. They just gave me a generic response that it could take 30 days to get a product and to contact them after 30 days if it didn't show up. I will never shop with them again.
I purchased a Mason Pearson hairbrush from the SkinStore during a Black Friday sale. There were significant delays according to the company. They finally canceled my order Christmas week. I have now missed the Black Friday sales from other companies for this product. It is the week of Christmas; now I have to find another source for this Christmas gift? SkinStore ruined Christmas.
I would rate a zero star If there is an option for that. The return process was terrible and I felt like I had done something wrong. The customer service returned my messages but there was no action at all until I called and called multiple times to get a hold of someone. Nightmare!
Save your money and order elsewhere. They have terrible customer service. They will either ignore you, deflect, or somehow make their error your fault. They simply have no concern for the consumer. They will not even try to help.
My package was stolen about 2 months ago before it arrived. I contacted my customer service and they always says wait for 24-72 hours for an update answer but I never gotten an answer or hear back. Horrible horrible experience. Will not buy from this company again.
Their customer service is despicable and ridiculous. I have never received an order and they didn't communicate effectively and asked me to sign a NON- RECEIPT OF GOODS DISCLAIMER FORM and threatened 'prosecution' in that disclaimer. I was just lucky that I didn't have an issue with my past orders. I shouldn't have trusted them!

It has all products of beauty and well being. Website is easy to use and is at reasonable price. It has good skin products.
It has been over a month since I placed an order and never received it. The tracking link was not valid and the customer service was very unhelpful (making me fill forms without follow up and stopped responding) I am very disappointed with the service and cannot recommend Skin Store!
This company has the worst customer service. Will charge your credit card for your purchase and indicate item is shipped even when the it never left the warehouse to begin with. Try telling them that you just want a refund and they won't do it. No accounts of all the conversations that had transpired regarding the problem because each rep that you talked to would just tell you the same thing - wait a few days for the refund. Be prepared to hold for at least 40 minutes to get somebody to get to you. They just hope you get tired of waiting and hang up.
Terrible customer service, no phone number or people to talk to. They do not accept returns. Run! Do not walk away from their website.

43 days after placing my order I am still waiting for some of the items and I am now being lied to and fobbed off by this joke of a company. They have repeatedly refused to dispatch in stock items for so long that they are probably now out of stock. They do claim to have dispatched them but I have received no dispatch email and they have repeatedly ignored my requests for a tracking number. My requests to have the issue escalated are also ignored. I have never dealt with such an incompetent and frustrating company.
