These people need to be shut down! Period with the T at the end, it took a moth almost to get the outfits. I wear a 3X order a 5X this mess wouldn't fit a 1x nor size 18. I could see this stuff by hand for price. Poor, cheap and misrepresented! Do not buy from these people they are BOOTLEG!

I did not receive my order and they refuse to credit my account. I am out $80 now and I'm livid! I've tried resolving this matter with Sistalook but they refuse to do anything about it. They even blocked me from their Facebook page.

They finally arrived, they are horrible, no stretch and the color is off. Don't waste your money

Never ever ever buy from this company! First of all, it took my dress a long time to get to me, and when it did, not only was it the wrong color, it was coming apart at the seams. When I reached out to them, I got a decent response, apologies for the mistake with promises to make it right. They just wanted pictures which I sent. That was last week... still haven't heard from them. I'm so glad I only ordered 1 outfit. I was planning on ordering more. They won't get a red coin from me again!

I ordered on June 13,2022. Still haven't received anything yet. I contacted them by email the first time and they told me they would have to contact their deliver. That was about 2 weeks ago. Sent them two more emails and I haven't heard a response. If I had known about these bad reviews, I would have never ordered. They need to send me my $79.00 back.

Not even sure what material this is. It's horrid. It's stiff and shiny and oh god, it's so awful.
The stiching and seams are disturbing.

I ordered 3 dresses different color. After about a month I complained because I hadn't received my order. After I complained they did a two day shipping and sent 1 dress. I disputed the transaction on paypal. After that seller of me partial refund on an $80.97 order. The one dress they did send looked nothing like the pic it was see through and it was too small with no tag for the size. I feel they are a scam

Please do not buy from these people. The items are not what it looks like they are cheap and not the right sizes. And to return is a hassle they don't even send you the right address some funky address that UPS doesn't even recognize they are getting -5 stars in my book

I ordered with hopes of supporting a small local business, was I wrong!
I placed the order May 8th, still waiting for a tracking number it's May 26th.
My inquiries response was in Mandarin, why would the Warehouse assume I can speak a foreign. Language?
I'll take the blame for the lack of due diligence prior to ordering.

The clothes are marketed to women of color but designed for petite Asian women. They are no where close to American sizes even though you are inside the measurements. Dress that I ordered was not A lined like the picture. Although shipped in the US, they want you to return to Shanghai, China. Are you kidding me? Please never order from them. I am disputing the charges with my credit card. Please spread the word.

The Denim jumper they advertise on Facebook constantly, i ordered it omg what a joke, its shinny slippery material no denim anywhere, its a halloween outfit, Never been so disappointed in a online order in my life, and to constantly send me coupons is making it worst, I need a refund and for them to not contact me ever again. Please. Very Very Very Dissatisfied X Customer... I wish i knew how to add the photo I can Put it on facebook if anyone interested I would love to show you this nightmare.

This company is a scam! Their clothes do not fit true to size. They do not refund your money or accept returns.

Don't order from this site I ordered 1 outfit on may 5th still haven't received it I emailed them over 5 times asking for a refund an they just keep telling me my package is on its way... after reading these reviews I'm sick to my stomach because I knew after 3 weeks that it was a scam an that they took my money an didn't send a package now I gotta call my bank an see if it's to late to dispute this transaction

Do not buy anything from this company. They also go by "SistaDress". I ordered clothing and NEVER received my package. To make a very long story short. The final response from this merchant was that they could only provide me 20% discount off my next purchase. Why would I order from this business again after the hell I just endured and furthermore I STILL have yet to receive my package.

I ordered an extra large. The outfits were cotton and they sent polyester hideous 4x outfit to me.

Here is a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Alarm bells went off when my PayPal charge came through in Chinese characters. I should have known better, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The item I received looks nothing like the photos. A different dress was likely used in the photos and/or Photoshop. The dress is an awful Polyester fabric similar to a cheap Halloween costume and feels like a plastic garbage bag. There are not even any brand name labels inside the dress. The fit runs small and is extremely unflattering. When I asked for a refund, I was basically told I was SOL. They stated I can return the item to their warehouse in China at exorbitant shipping costs. When I declined, they offered me a 15% refund and a coupon. 15% is insulting and I don't want more of their cheap crap. I seriously would not even donate this dress.

They sent me the wrong size dresses and wanted me to paid to send back to China. Who does that and only want to give me 10% back. You must be crazy. This was a MISTAKES by seller BIG RISK HERE IF YOU ORDER.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The ITEMS ARE NOT LIKE THEY ARE PICTURED. CHEAP! HORRIBLE QUALITY! PICTURES of models on their sites are stolen from other sites that sale top quality Clothing! See pictures... Yellow is their item. Pink is from the real site! Zoom in on both to see the differences in the collar, pearls on the sleeves and material! TRASH!

Stay away from this site. I order 3 pieces of items rush delivery got it a month later. The material on all the items are trashy. I'm never going to wear it. The jumper I order was missing the belt. Its not even worth it to send it back. I'm just going to donate it to the thrift shop. Worst place to buy from. STAY AWAY. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING THEM MY MONEY...

This supposed to be coat is trash very cheap polyester material never gonna wear it and it's not worth sending back. In the Good will bag it goes

I ordered a coat from this company and money was taken out of my account on 10/3. As of today I have no item only a bogus tracking number that was sent to me on 10/25 after I emailed about my order. As of today the tracking number has no information and USPS have no package for me! I plan on disputing charges because these ppl are Frauds! Why give me a useless tracking number with no intentions on sending my order and had I not emailed demanding an update they may have never reached out to me.

I ordered something a month ago and never received anything but a fake tracking number. It is ridiculous. I would never try to order from them again. All I want is my refund back now I have to dispute everything with my bank. I wish I could give a negative 10 for stars. Horrible company and not sure if it's fardulent or not. But my suggestion is do not order anything from them.

Not United States based and the clothes they send look nothing like the product in the photos. It's sad that they are taking advantage of people like this
