You can't. They won't answer an email. No other option.

It slyly says shipped from USA. Made in China.
It took 2 weeks to get. Not 1-5 days.

Can not get in contact with them. No phone number. They only have an email and the response are not good

Sistalook responds within 48-72 hours after you initially reach out to them regarding an issue. When they find you want to return merch for a refund they will respond within 24 hours. Their email address is sistalook@outlook.com and also listed as sistalook@yeah.net on PayPal.
