I ordered a set of his & hers PJ's with dog imprint in late Oct/Nov 2022 for my son & daugher in law. Their dog suddenly passed away at a local groomer before I received this Christmas gift. I followed the instructions & precisely returned requesting a refund. They acknowledged my return but STILL NO REFUND.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.

They sent the wrong color then asked me to pay for return shipping to get a refund. Bad company. They told me to return it to some guy in California. Seems bizarre.

As of the time im writing this im about 15 days into trying to get a refund, i stated in my first email that i didnt not want a replacement for a damaged, midsized and discolored product they respond after days telling me they would send a replacement...really
I tell them again i do no want a replacement and only want a refund and i will not be paying shipping for the item.
Days go by with no response so i send another email stating after another 2 days i would simply go though PayPal for my refund they...they finally respond to that telling me that its a holiday and someone will respond in the next 5 days...are you $#*!ing kidding?
My finale email to them simply stated they have a 100% return policy which they have ignored, they have a 24 hour response time listed on there website which they ignored and that they have totally ignored my requests for several weeks and to no long send me anything and respond only to the ticket on paypal

I feel bad for anyone that bought anything from them directly they are 100% a scam company ive seen better products at walmart

Got a message today offering me to return unwanted items for a 20% refund...an international shipping fee for a $25 refund...

Had to give it away after the first wash. Had to remove the white tag to wash it, and could not return it without the white tag attached. Smooth.

Do not buy this product! They do not honor 30 day east return! The sizing is irregular and the product is super cheap! They do not provide invoice in package.

I have been repeatedly very pleased with the quality and superb comfort of the garments and the execution of the order and delivery. High recommendation.

I love the feel of the silk and it is nicely detailed also. Fits me to a T!

I purchased several items from this company and their items are very small even the XXL I returned at my own cost $50.17 items that I purchased valued at $1,500 I had tracking and I have been able to confirm that they receive the items on February 5th it is now February 20th and they are still scamming me and still wanting me for my refunds I have gone through the Better Business Bureau and a large to complaint I don't know if that will help I have also spoken with my bank and will be going through my bank to get my money back so yes this is a company that is not American this is a company that will not give you a refund they will do anything they can not to give you their money back I had to cancel orders that took me over a week to get my money back whereas when they were canceled it should have been given back that day but it took me a week and they finally gave me back those two refunds but the returns they are ignoring me and I'm just leaving more reviews to warn people being you know I got ripped off for $1,500 don't make the same mistake I did

SHIPPED FROM ASIA BUT HAVE TO RETURN TO AMERICA OR CANDA AT MY COST SO COST IS GOING UP TO $450 AT MY EXPENSE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND AT ALL! THEY TRY TO SEND YOU SOMETHING ELSE THAT COSTS MORE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK!
WHEN RETURNING THEY LIE THAT IT CAME FROM A DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE SO YOU HAVE TO RETURN TO AMERICA OR CANADA SO YOU HAVE TO FILL IN A DECLARATIONS FORM AND PAY FOR THE POST TO THERE. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I SHOW THEM PROOF THAT IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE LISTED IT FOR REFUND. BUT STILL WONT GIVE THE MONEY BACK. TIMEWISE, I THINK I AM UP TO MONTH 4 OR 5! STILL NO REFUND. I WILL KEEP TELLING EVERYONE ON EVERY REVIEW PLATFORM- DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DEFINITELY ARE A VERY DISRUPTABLE COMPANY! AND I WILL NO BE GIVING UP TELLING EVERYONE THEY ARE THEIVES UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK!

I bought two PJ bottoms, they are very comfortable! They slide easily from my office chair! *Laughing* Good equality and light weight. Love them!

I tried to return two items and was offered an exchange. I just want a refund. Very poor service do not use.
