Bought a dress which didn't fit so emailed the company asking for a refund as per instructions on website. At first they wouldn't offer me a refund, just an exchange of item. It took 3 back and forths with 3 people before they finally agreed i could send it back for a full refund. 4 weeks later they've said they can't find my item and issue a refund without s tracking number.
They are a complete scam, only issuing refunds if you can prove that your item arrived (I.e via tracking) and otherwise accepting returned items AND keeping the money that was paid for them. I have submitted a complaint to Onbudsman and Resolver. Please don't use this company!
The refulnd policy on their website says "We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice." HOWEVER, they refuse to give the refund or accept returns. AVOID.
I ordered on Monday for 3-5 business day shipping. I see on the DHL website that I won't receive the order until NEXT Monday. I paid extra for the shipping, but ended up getting regular shipping. I should have looked at this website before I ordered - I could have gotten something I needed on-time.
Purchased Men's silk Pyjammas from SilkSilky & wished I had never dealt with this business.
When the Pyjammas arrived I tried them on for fit. Fit was correct. Washed Pyjammas as instructions & dried them in the shade. Wore 3 times for only a couple of hours each time: approx. 6 hours wear time, when I found the seams in the pyjamma pants had torn.
I notified SilkSilky immediately showing pictures of the tears & asked what could be done.
Over more than a month of exchanging emails, in which I was given the opportunity to have a 10% refund to a 20% refund plus numerous discounts on future purchases or pay for the postage of a new pair of pyjamma pants.
I finally agreed begrudingly to a 30% refund after I had asked for my full purchase cost to be refunded.
Never, never deal with this Business. They should not be in business. For customer satisfaction, I should have either had the Pyjammas replaced at no cost to me or had a full refund. This is how you do business. Otherwise you get bad reviews like this that put off potential customers & you do not get a repeat customer. Bad Business practice & your business should be ashamed of yourselves. What a Disgrace.
UPDATE: 27/03/24: I have had SilkSilky email me to offer me a Discount & then a Refund of between 20-30% if I would delete this Review.
I explained I should be refunded the full amount.
This company is the absolute worst. Been waiting since MARCH for over $200 credit for returned merchandise. Multiple emails back and forth. Was asked for the tracking number which was fine. Then a photo of the returned items (luckily I took one). Dozens of excuses for the delay in poor English, One reason for the return - sizes are at least two sizes smaller than expected US sizes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered three shirts with the expectation that I would keep two. I have kept all three, they are so nice! Good delivery, which was faster than I expected. Will be shopping here again.
Overpriced products from China. Quality of items is below average. Awful/no customer service- impossible to return items or get refunds. Definitely not ordering again.
Sent wrong merchandise to start with. Their sizes vary radically as well. See pics of two XS pajama sets. Completely different sizes and both XS. The fabric quality and color is not what they advertise. And you will NEVER be able to return merchandise or get a refund. Fake addresses if you can even get an address from them. These people are LIARS and COMPLETELY UNETHICAL in every area of business. AVOID SILKSILKY AT ALL COSTS. They are a nightmare company. I am disputing my purchase through PayPal because I have a 0% chance of refund going directly through SilkSilky. If you purchase without protection your money is gone forever!
They won't send all your items and then will make you go crazy trying to get anything resolved. Missing an item from the order and spent nearly a mont before deciding to file a dispute.
Avoid to buy anything from them, dodgy company. Don't do refund, worst customer service. I lost 80£ and I can't even wear my dress. If you wanna exchange you need to spend another 45£ for the refund.
Bought a camisole set since it's so hot this summer. I was surprised with the silky touch, it cool me down at night and now i think i can't sleep without it!
Whether the quality is good or not means nothing if the product doesn't fit your body shape. This company does not allow refunds as they say they do. Be careful
I purchased several items and received nightgowns that were too small and we're not actual silk the silk that you get from here is polysatin also I canceled three orders on February 3rd and as of February 10th I still have not received a refund from orders that have never even been sent I also returned items which they received on February 5th and they are not answering my emails and not providing any refunds and I have checked with other sites in addition to this one and this is a very common complaint do not buy from this company if you have any issues you will have to go through your bank to get your money back as they will not provide a refund so it was nice to have her back home
So sad to receive this product, the items is fake with 100% silk label. It does not have any nature silking feeling, too smooth like artificial materials. Don't buy it because of cheap.

I made $200+ order. I received no order confirmation and no receipt. I contacted them to get a tax invoice and they straight up refused to give it after playing silly mind games with me.
Fits perfectly and it's very comfortable. Pink color looks great and feels like it's good for winter and summer
Quality is poor, workmaship is of an H&M level. Seams are puckering all over.
Customer servise is just as bad. 6 emails to get an approval to return the item.
Then another 5 emails chasing a refund

Till 24 January heard nothing.
Opened charge back through my bank.
Suddenly, received an email from silksilky: WE ARE SORRY IT WAS CHINESS NEW YEAR HOLIDAY!
ASKING ME TO REMOVE MY REQUEST TO CHARGE BACK.
IN SHORT WORD: AVOID IT.
Answer: I won't know until my expenditure is finally refunded.
Answer: The online looked good. The product didn't much resemble what was advertised.
Answer: There appears to be a warehouse address in southern California adjacent a DHL center.
