Pyjamas more polyester feel than silk, terrible fit, nothing like the size advertised and at £100 awful value. Asked to return but they gave me an address is the USA. Had to email numerous times to finally get a UK address to return to. They also said they would refund my return postage as their sizing was so bad but they haven't. Same looking pyjamas (also claiming to be silk) available on Amazon for £9.99! The order number is UK*******

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT!
GOING ON 4 OR 5 MONTHS THIS ISSUE! THEY SUCK YOU IN BY BEING NICE.
THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THEIVES!
SIZES ARE 2-3 SIZES SMALLER.
SHIPPED FROM ASIA BUT HAVE TO RETURN TO AMERICA OR CANDA AT MY COST SO COST IS GOING UP TO $450 AT MY EXPENSE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND AT ALL! THEY TRY TO SEND YOU SOMETHING ELSE THAT COSTS MORE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK!
WHEN RETURNING THEY LIE THAT IT CAME FROM A DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE SO YOU HAVE TO RETURN TO AMERICA OR CANADA SO YOU HAVE TO FILL IN A DECLARATIONS FORM AND PAY FOR THE POST TO THERE. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I SHOW THEM PROOF THAT IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE LISTED IT FOR REFUND. BUT STILL WONT GIVE THE MONEY BACK. SCAM - Never got my order ES99991702

IT'S A SCAM. Over a month ago I purchased an order on the Silksilky page for which I paid 38.99€. My order never reached me. I contacted them a month later to find out about my order which I never received nor was refunded and then tell me they have destroyed my order because they couldn't reach me. I was never contacted by them nor the delivery company. They don't refund me and I don't have my order. Don't buy from this shop.

What a horrible experience to receive the nasty service of this scum Chinese company….No Lucky Dragons will be flying around their staff for this year of Chinese Dragon…SillySilkySilky should be closed down for stealing from their customers by not honouring refunds.

Silk nightgowns

I was looking for comfortable and pretty nightgowns. Silk obviously costs more than other nightgowns but these are very smooth and comfortable for a good sleep. They are well-'made. Prompt service.

I got two pajamas from silk silk and one of them got ripped after one use. I contact them and they told I could not return so I returned just the one I never used. They started saying they could not refund me because I just returned one pajama. Are you kidding me? Now we are fighting with our card to get our money back. They said we need to stop fighting with cars and they would just return the money and that never happened and they sent a email saying they could not return our money.
Never buy from them. They are a scam and they clothes has zero quality

IT IS A SCAM!

Pure scam!
Spent £635 to purchase items. They arrived and the quality is absolutely chocking. I have been trying to rerun for weeks. Paid an additional £61 for DHL return. Problem with their address so held at customs. They failed to respond to German customs which I think is trying to track the seller. They never responded to them. They never responded to DHL and didn't act on my request to arrange collection of the package. Several weeks after, the package is returned back to me. It has been 2 months, costing me over £700 and I can't get my money back. Reported to Action Fraud to international investigation and the Police. It doesn't surprise me if they are already trying to shot them down. No telephone number to ring. It's chocking that a scam like this is allowed to operate for so long

I can't believe I can't even return this profit without " prior approval!" are you kidding me and if you are approved you have to pay for it the reason I'm returning is it didn't fit the sizing is not good so just so you know be sure you will like it and be sure it will fit before you decide to buy. They make so much money off of this. They don't really care. Wow what a rip off I received it as a gift and the sizing is whacked. I have had much better quality from other things from other silk companies just saying always look at their return policy I can't even get an address to return it because it has to be a prior approval …. I don't have the packing slip because it was a gift and that's what they require the number on the packing slip. I have the persons name and address that ordered for me but that's not what they want. So buyers beware

I purchased several items from this company and their items are very small even the XXL I returned at my own cost $50.17 items that I purchased valued at $1,500 I had tracking and I have been able to confirm that they receive the items on February 5th it is now February 20th and they are still scamming me and still wanting me for my refunds I have gone through the Better Business Bureau and a large to complaint I don't know if that will help I have also spoken with my bank and will be going through my bank to get my money back so yes this is a company that is not American this is a company that will not give you a refund they will do anything they can not to give you their money back I had to cancel orders that took me over a week to get my money back whereas when they were canceled it should have been given back that day but it took me a week and they finally gave me back those two refunds but the returns they are ignoring me and I'm just leaving more reviews to warn people being you know I got ripped off for $1,500 don't make the same mistake I did

Bad service & dishonest

When I received my order the sizing was off so I needed to return the items either for a refund or an exchange. Initially when I notified them the option they gave me was, basically, to keep the badly sized items for no refund and buy "replacements" in a bigger size "if you are willing to pay an affordable price." Or I could return the items for exchange and they would provide me with a return address (not included in their response).

I told them I wanted to return for a refund and was told they have a German and an American warehouse and asked which one I would like to return to. I asked for the German address and was sent an address somewhere in Brandenburg.

At the end of December 2023 I returned the item to the address I was given in Germany (for £10) and sent them the proof of posting. They then gave me the runaround and were just really unhelpful. Yesterday I received the parcel back marked as "Refused." Basically when it got to the address they gave me the recipient refused to accept it and send it back.

This is a Chinese company, posing as a UK company. The sizing is inconsistent and doesn't align with the sizing chart/comparisons they use.

DONT TRUST THEM

My order arrived in under 2 weeks. I ordered 2 different colors in M (I'm 5'2" and 135lb, 36"bust). They fit perfectly- I intend to use as a light weight modesty layer. These tanks seem well constructed and just as described. I will hand wash and line dry to avoid possible premature wear and tear. I would order from Silk Silkie again.

I purchased several items and received nightgowns that were too small and we're not actual silk the silk that you get from here is polysatin also I canceled three orders on February 3rd and as of February 10th I still have not received a refund from orders that have never even been sent I also returned items which they received on February 5th and they are not answering my emails and not providing any refunds and I have checked with other sites in addition to this one and this is a very common complaint do not buy from this company if you have any issues you will have to go through your bank to get your money back as they will not provide a refund so it was nice to have her back home

No accountability for saulty item

My husband purchased the Spaghetti Strap Pure Silk Camisole Set for me which cost over $100. I tried on the items and noticed the elastic waist of the pants had a manufacturing fault and there was pulling / a hole. All attempts to return the products have been stonewalled by this company and they have only offered a very small % discount without even possibility of a replacement (I actually want to return the item for a full refund as I have no faith in the quality of the product or customer service of the company). Complete waste of money

I bought a pair of their sil men's trousers, using the 10% off code, which still cost over £60. I was initally pleased with them, so removed the tags. They were comfy and seemed of ok quality. After wearing them 5 or 6 times over the next 10 days, I noticed a hole started to form in the front seam as the fabric frayed from the seam. It got larger over the next time of wearing them - see picture attached
On contacting Silk Silky, they immediately dismissed the issue, suggesting I bought the wrong size, wasn't wearing them correctly by stretching, have got them wet etc etc, in broken half-english responses. The size is if anything too lose. I bought medium and they are quite baggy (I have 32" waist)

They are clearly scammers, selling very poor quality products for a high price and then try to fob you off on complaining. They have the gaul to suggest I buy another pair using a 20% code they will provide.

Heed my advice, save your money and keep away from these scammers.

Purchased Men's silk Pyjammas from SilkSilky & wished I had never dealt with this business.
When the Pyjammas arrived I tried them on for fit. Fit was correct. Washed Pyjammas as instructions & dried them in the shade. Wore 3 times for only a couple of hours each time: approx. 6 hours wear time, when I found the seams in the pyjamma pants had torn.
I notified SilkSilky immediately showing pictures of the tears & asked what could be done.
Over more than a month of exchanging emails, in which I was given the opportunity to have a 10% refund to a 20% refund plus numerous discounts on future purchases or pay for the postage of a new pair of pyjamma pants.
I finally agreed begrudingly to a 30% refund after I had asked for my full purchase cost to be refunded.
Never, never deal with this Business. They should not be in business. For customer satisfaction, I should have either had the Pyjammas replaced at no cost to me or had a full refund. This is how you do business. Otherwise you get bad reviews like this that put off potential customers & you do not get a repeat customer. Bad Business practice & your business should be ashamed of yourselves. What a Disgrace.

UPDATE: 27/03/24: I have had SilkSilky email me to offer me a Discount & then a Refund of between 20-30% if I would delete this Review.
I explained I should be refunded the full amount.

I ordered a pair of silk pajamas in October for £89. I requested a refund shortly after receiving them as they did not look nice on.

I was told that Silksilky does not accept returns to a UK address and that I'd have to ship them to either the US or Germany. I spent £12 shipping to Germany. They didn't accept the return so it got sent back to me. Silksilky then told me to try sending it to their UK logistics provider, which I did for another £8, and according to the tracking, it was received.

That was 11 December. I have followed up multiple times since that date asking for my refund and each time they pretend that they don't know I am entitled to it - they ask me to send the tracking number again, or ask for my Paypal email etc. BUT NEVER PAY.

Don't waste your time and money ordering from these scammers

This scam company are extremely frustrating to deal with on refund policy, I bought an item based in their website sizing guide and it arrived three sizes too small and it definitely was not silk. There have been multiple emails from them asking for my paypal address for
Refund which I have confirmed and also notified them that the paypal account is how the order was placed. I have contacted paypal who have cautioned them and still they are harassing me with ignorant emails for paypal info.
Such a Saga. They do not understand English or how a company operates.
Do not buy from this scam Chinese could care less company.

I was very cautious ordering of SilkSilky as their site seemed to have been to good too be true with their pricing being fairly reasonable for silk.
I ordered the wrong sizing, which I had informed them via email and the responses where quick! Very impressed by the communication.
They gave me an estimate on how long it would take and communicated that my tracking number would be the same as the last shipping. I was a. It skeptical about that but they reassured me.
My exchange arrived within 3weeks and I am very pleased with my set. I feel great in it! My Fiance loves me in it, it's flattering.
I have been wanting to buy silk pyjamas for so long now and everywhere I look it just seems to be a little pricey.
This site seems to have good deals. I will definitely buy from here again.
