1st they claimed their boxer briefs were 100% Silk. They turned out to be 60% Rayon and they fit terribly with minimal fabric, short seems, and a skinny waste band. These were more boy sized then Large Men's. Once I opened the box and realized they were not going to work I requested a refund. After a month of jumping through their hoops (via Email. You can't even call and talk to a real person) they either offered more of the same garbage with a "$75 nominal fee" or a $20 refund on a $108 purchase. What a waste of time and money...
I bought 2 nightgowns, one of which I returned on May 30th with German post; there is no AWB number on the receipt I received. I followed all the instructions given (to write "return" on the package). In the meantime, I talked to different employees, nice words like "thank you for your patience" and nothing happened: they didn't even identify the returned package! I asked for the line manager's contact and obviously I didn't receive it. 2 months have already passed!
Too large to be a small size. I was approved a refund very hardly and sent back 4 months ago but never got my money back

This blouse is beautiful. So luxurious and real mulberry silk - you won't get a better product at the price, and it comes with proper care instructions. This is a quality garment to be treasured and looked after.
I ordered some items and it's been 8 business days (11 days total) and the order is still "preparing for shipment". Email customer service to see whether it would ship and did not receive a response back. Does not matter how good the product is if it never ships.

What a horrible company to buy from.
I bought a present from my wife. When it arrived, it was too small. I measured the item to verify the sizing is correct per their website. The item they sent me was one size smaller. There was not tag on the item to say what size it was. I emailed the company showing them with a tape measure that the size was incorrect. There was a 3" difference in bust size between what I got and what the measurements on the website showed for the size I bought. The response I got was it was "in line with the size chart". How is a 3" difference in clothing size "in line"? They said I could return it and they would send me something else, but I would have to pay for Shipping it back and any extra fees. I didn't see anything else we wanted so I requested a return postage and my money back. Their website states that they don't pay for return shipping in MOST cases. They were telling me they never do. First lie on their website. This is not a wrong size problem; this is their quality control and false advertisement problem on their part. After two months of sending emails back and forth, which was one email a day that I received at 2 am in the morning each time, they agreed to pay for shipping. Their website says 24/7 replying to emails. That is the 2nd lie. They told me they would pay for my shipping cost and just send them my PayPal account and they will refund me. I took the bait and did it. Should have just disputed the charge with the credit card company and been done. After they received the package, I received an email that they don't refund shipping. 3rd lie. I continued to send emails with quotes from the previous people that emailed me noting that they were going to give me a refund. Note that every time I sent an email, it was responded by a different person. After another 2 months of emails, I finally got my return shipping money via PayPal. I bought the item November 17 and did not get my refund until March 2nd. Some other wired things about this company now that I have experience with them. My order when first shipped showed it in Chicago a full week before it left. When I shipped it back, I had to ship it to California which was received "at the back door" per USPS and took a couple times for them to get it delivered. All the emails had about the same AI response. I have left reviews on their site and they get erased.

Really disappointed. Bad quality, bad customer service, different from what is stated in their website, even if it's their mistake, you have to pay the shipping cost to another country of their warehouse……. Like everything can go wrong gone wrong!
Any company that uses spam brokers to get your phone number and then sends constant SMSs trying to sell you their tat is not legitimate - avoid at all costs.
Purchased a few items for an upcoming trip. They were supposed to be gifts. Received an order number and tracking number, but the tracking status says "pre-shipment, awaiting shipper." My order has been in this status for a week. Customer service does not respond to emails. I've asked for a refund, but that appeara to be unlikely judging from the other comments.
Shipping was exceedingly late. The product appears to be synthetic, like cheap nylon. I doubt this is silk. The fit was bizarre, even on my supermodel-ish wife: baggy in the shoulders and overall sac-like, just plain ugly. When I requested a return authorization and a refund by email, an agent tried to steer me into an exchange instead. When I declined that in another email, there was no quick response. When I asked for a refund again, another agent offered me a 30% discount coupon, good for another product. I declined that and finally received a return address to ship to, although I must pay return postage. And is there going to be a refund? Beware of working with this strange company. It's a failing business model.
I bought some products from the them (to Austria) and half year later I received an invoice with an additional 50% of the original price that I had to pay for the customs fee. If you are buying from them, expect that an additional 50% can be charged as the product comes from China.
As I've was told, these fees can be charged within 5 years of the purchase (due o customs inspections).
Their customer service is responsive, but provided no practical help.
I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon.
Have reported after 2 months of purchrase with photos, detailed description and offer to return the clothes that the trousers are unravelling (hand wash only, only worn in bed,.). The customer centre is either an AI or the people have a pool of English phrases they copy and paste, as the messages repeat word for word and contradict each other. No guarantee was given. After months of very frustrating discussions, a paltry 15% refund was offered (not yet received). No matter how cheap the offer, Silksilky is not worth the price (still far too expensive to only wear for 2 months). Organic silk trousers from another manufacturer, which are hardly more expensive, not only feel better but also last for several years.
A US 14 XL is 6" smaller than the US size chart provided.
I have to pay $12.00 to return for postage. And I am not trusting the return refund.
This experience has been horrible. AI automated email responses do not even relate to what the problem is.
Unless a US size zero. RUN!
We ordered the matching PJ set in May for our anniversary and we had to return all of it because the quality wasn't worth for what it costed. The straps on my night gown was twisted so bad that no way we can fix it. We sent pack the package with all the tags exact the same condition as it came. They received the package on July 1st and today is July 23th and we still did not see the refund in our account yet! What else do you guys waiting for? I wished that I took the pictures before I sent it back to you guys. A big mistake to deal with oversea company. Not big fan of Made in China either. My man just wanted to surprise me and we got all the frustrated instead. Don't waste your time and money!
I have received the wrong items and for now they insist the items are correct and can only offer me discount for the next order to compensate for incorrect labeling.
Details: I ordered 2 pillowcase set of 30 momme silk in dark gray color.
I received light-gray and one of the pillows marked as 19 momme. The other one is marked 30 momme, but it seems not true, because the pillowcases are identical and there's no light-gray color option for 30 momme on their website, so I guess they both are 19 momme. Which is 2 times cheaper than what I ordered.
They asked to send them more photos, which I did, and got the answer that the items are correct and "It was our staff who made a mistake when selecting the thickness".
What they offer is "we are willing to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so in order to compensate you, we specially apply for a 15% coupon for you, which is convenient for you to use when you order next time."
Obviously I'm not going to order there ever again, for such prices, if I risk getting the cheaper item in the wrong color. I'd better order at Aliexpress, there at least I can see real reviews and open a dispute to receive compensation if anything is wrong with the order.
SilkSilky sent me the wrong item. First they wanted to send me the correct item and then work with me on the return. Sounded fishy so I said no, I want to return it for full refund. Back and forth emails and I finally did get a return address.
I mailed it back today and asked for full refund plus postage plus return postage as this was their error.
They said they could not credit my credit card I used to purchase it and that they needed my PayPal account. I didn't have a PayPal account but they insisted. So I set one up just for this. I will delete it once this nonsense is over.
This is the last email I got from them, so we'll see how much refund I do get.
" We are sorry that there is no extra money left to refund the shipping fee after your order is refunded, so we need you to provide us with your PayPal account"
Answer: I won't know until my expenditure is finally refunded.
