The customer services is dreadful and very rude. If you have any kind of problems with them you are unlikely to get it solved. Avoid at all costs
Not a bad selection of games and the delivery times are second to none - When they say buy today - Play tomorrow they really mean it. The site is really crap in my opinion and unless your PC has all the latest specs (like the one at hone NOT the one I have at work) then you will be fine, otherwise the site is frustraitingly slow, which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
If you like codes that dont work or damaged special editions this is the shop for you!

Ordered for release day, hasnt arrived hard to contact anyone, eventually got help and got told was my own fault I proved it was not and posted to there page to be blocked, im not only person today complaining and there response was terrible, I felt like I was wrong for complaining about something thay were at fault for
They advertised an item at a price, i called them to purchase the item, they said they will call me back, that did not happen and in the mean time they changed the price by £50!
I called them back but they will not honour the price that i called the about int he first place, no management would talk to me and the customer service was aggressive... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I talked to shopto about an issue and when they refused to help, I had to open a case with paypal. Shopto emailed me after that asking me to close the case and resolve things with them. They said in the email that I could re-open the case if I couldn't resolve it with them. YOU CANNOT RE-OPEN CASES. What an unbelievable scam. I was eventually able to work it out but if I hadn't been able to they would have been able to say 'too bad, we have your money' and I wouldn't have been able to do anything. Not to mention they took 3 days to respond the first time, and 5 the second, despite claiming to try get back to people within 24 hours.
I purchased a Smash bros GameCube controller and a GameCube adapter on the 28th of November, the day of release. Almost a week after purchasing said items, neither had been dispatched despite the seller contacting me to assure they would arrive in early December.
Eventually one of the items the adapter, was dispatched and arrived around 1 and a half weeks late, however the second item the controller, which i needed to use with the adapter was still not dispatched. I contacted the seller several times asking why the controller hadnt been dispatched despite the fact they were still selling them on their ebay shop. After waiting patiently for days i eventually phoned the helpline and after waiting around 30 minutes and listening to the same jingle repeated endlessly i finally got through to a person, who informed me that they did not have said item in stock anymore.
To clarify, i received no email or message informing me that the item i had already purchased was out of stock almost 2 weeks after purchase, which is appallingly bad customer service, i can only assume that they would have ignored me indefinably if i had not rang them.
I am still waiting for a refund, despite sending an email and contacting the customer service number again i have heard nothing whatsoever regarding my refund. This is an extremely bad seller, definitely the worst i have ever encountered on ebay, i would advise you avoid buying from them at all cost.
He is the rudest person I have ever spoke to. He wouldn't let me speak and then hung up on me. I think he is behind the social media too.
I do not recommend. I paid for the PS5. I have no money, no PS5. Shopto.net said the bank is holding my money
I orderd a nintendo switch + labo bundle for sons christmas pressent and only got the switch deliverd, when i contacted them i was told nintendo didnt send them enough and i wasnt going to get it. I just looked on there site and there are the labo in stock so that was a lie from them. I feel robed and theres nothing i can do about it and am going to have to pay extra now to get the labo elsewhere.
Ill never use these again and wouldnt recomend to anyone.
I ordered a game from ShopTo for Christmas. After a few weeks I realised I never got it and contact them through Facebook messenger. The agent on the other side was incredibly rude and basically told me I was lying and that they will not help in any way.
Read the messages I got below and compare them to any other company Please stick to proper retailers and not places like this. A few of the messages include
ShopTo: The item was shipped on the 17th of november
Me: The royal mail tracking says delivered but I definitely did not get it
ShopTo.Net: Ok, if the tracking says delivered, it has been
ShopTo.Net: Contact Royal Mail to review the delivery and GPS data if you disagree with their delivered status
Me: Yes but I did not get it. I don't know where it was delivered but it wasn't here
Me: So basically Shopto is not willing to help in any capacity?
ShopTo.Net: We have helped, we shipped your item, via the delivery carrier/method you requested, your delivery carrier has delivered your item
ShopTo.Net: If you contact RM and they review and tell you they delivered the item somewhere other than the delivery address, get a report from them and provide it to ourselves
Me: No you haven't helped. Every other company helps when mail gets lost or delivered to the wrong address the retailer helps and tries to find out where it went
Me: I will contact royal mail but I will also publish this chat online so people can see the tone and nature of shopto's customer service

FAILED TO DELIVER ITEM. Bought Arkham Knight 7 Days ago with 1-3 days delivery - Still waiting
So I purchased Batman: Arkham Knight on the 25/06/15 using the 1-3 day delivery option. Waited 7 days for the item to arrive before I decided to check if there was an issue with delivery. The Order page of the website only shows the status as: Completed. I have tried to track the order but it won't allow that to happen. I've called my local Royal mail sorting office they don't have the item. I try to raise it with Shopto their policy is that they have to wait 15 days before an item is "Lost". I have raised a ticket using their internal system 9 hours to ask for a full refund so I can purchase it at Tesco and get it delivered to a store next to me the NEXT day at no additional cost, sadly no one has been in touch all I have received is a "ticket" confirming I have contacted them. It's been a very poor experience indeed, I've used ShopTo in the past without issue however I've been using Tesco much more. Not sure why I went back to ShopTo, sure as hell won't be going back again. It's the same price at both retailers just one has a much better service. What I wouldn't pay for good service. 0 out of 5 stars.
Avoid like the plague and dont message them unless you want a failed comedian replying. Terrible...
