I had my first order ever delivered to me. It was a sweater by POL white with flowers with over 5 or more small snags. Spent $39- not a fortune, but still should come without damages. It is the principle above all no matter the price tag.
It should not have that if new. I went to return it and it said I have to pay the $6 shipping, unless I want to keep the credit for another purchase. #1. Why would I trust another purchase when my only experience is this with damage. #2. Why should I be responsible for paying anything if they send a damaged item. When you do call, at 10 am when opens, they say they have a longer than expected hold time. You can hold, but after a few minutes they tell you to go contact customer support. You are hung up on. There is no waiting for the next person available. To make it seem real, they let you sit on the phone wasting your time. I am thinking they will not make it in business for long with poor customer service. I have seen other review and did not heed the warning because I saw good ones too. I also don't trust that I would get my money back. So, I would be out not only $ but the sweater too. ** Please consider this warning** I am a reasonable person with a good head on my shoulders. Not a good idea to try this company.

It is absolutely prohibited to buy from this site in foreign countries unconditionally. Don't believe what they write about being responsible for customs duties.

After arrival, the customs duty comes out and sends me an inquiry, and I just spend useless time not knowing what to do. The only answer is to return. It took about a month or more to return, and I spent over $300 on shipping from the purchase amount. I think that it includes round trip shipping +@.

I would like to discourage people worldwide from buying from this site unconditionally. Please don't buy anything.

Took 10 days (FedEx) to get my shirt. Could not get tracking info. Website says "$6 Flat rate shipping", but charged me $8. I emailed customer service, which was overseas, and got no answer. They just told me it was on it way but never told me why the website has one price, but they charged me another. They also charge a $1.50 convenience fee. So basically $9.50 for shipping two states away. Shirt came rolled up in a ball. Wrinkles galore. I should have called around local boutiques to find this brand (and supported local) or done more research because Amazon sells this brand! I don't usually shop from sites I have never heard of but found a shirt in a small shop and when they didn't have my size, I took a screen shot of it and found it through Shoptiques. Should have googled a little more. Lesson learned. I am just now learning how they operate. I would have ordered directly from the boutique where it was shipped from if I would have found them earlier.

Terrible customer service for returns
March 9, 2023

No one is responding to my emails to assist with a return as their provided instructions do not work. Buyer beware that you might not be able to return your items if they don't fit. I am currently returning on my own, hoping they process it, and filing a grievance through PayPal to attempt to recover my money. Will not be using this company again!

Great shopping!

I have purchased multiple times from Shoptiques and found it to be a great experience. You can get the unique products anywhere else, and there are usually some amazing things for not that much money. Shipping is fast and convenient, no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Unethical site harming small businesses

Site is awful. Middle man between a small business and consumer. Better going straight to the local business. No way to discuss issues or concerns. Verbally dismissive to shop owners and customers. If shops decide for any reason not to ship your items you're out of luck and dinged on your account and it's a large effort to get your money back if you get it back which I did not. It ends up being theft. I feel bad for the small businesses. Paying for items you don't receive. Stay away from the hassle and go shop locally without the middle man. In a world of online shopping as the main way to shop these days- you're better off shopping directly on the boutiques website and NOT through this app.

My accessory store used Shoptiques POS. Small problems here and there... over the years the problems got so bad with such limited staff that i decided to leave and use Shopify. In 3 months my business has literally doubled month to month. I need to say that that the people who work there are sweet, but its a sinking ship I do not recommend using this platform

When I emailed CS about tracking info, a specific person (Caroline) not only emailed me back within 8 minutes (!) with full tracking info, but she included the aprox date of delivery in her email and asked if she can help with anything else. I mean, a response in less than 10 minutes! Every company could learn from Shoptiques CS!

Can't believe I have to give 1 star. I ordered some items back in June, finally got it Sept 30, I tried clothes on and contacted them to be returned. Clothes are shoddily made, not anything like what I ordered and the sizes are way off, my wife and I both went up 1 size when we ordered and probably should have gone up 2 sizes and they probably still wouldn't have fit. Haven't been able to get an address to return these too yet, they offer me a 5 dollar gift card and refuse to give me the address to return the crap to because they say the shipping will be too high. The return policy was contact them within 15 days for a full refund, pay the shipping back and they will credit that back to you. Well here it is 3 weeks later and I still can't get the address and they upped the offer today to 6 dollars... lets see the clothes cost 138... don't think I will accept 6 dollars.

I'm a frequent online shopper and this first experience with Shoptiques is insulting.
The item, advertised as a new Tory Burch bag, is a showroom sample at the best and a 2nd hand mediumly-used item on average. It has clear discoloration on the body and wears on all four bottom corners. Interestingly, on the price tag inside the item, the price I paid in full was crossed out with a bright sharpie for "40%-off". Tried to call the customer service line for two days, it always "has extremely high call volume" and the call was cut off at 7 minutes 15 seconds. One associate did call back, bless her heart, and tried to find a solution with the "boutique" after reviewing the photo evidence- she disappeared ever since too.
I have no confidence in this company and regret to trust it.

Shoptique is a wonderful one stop shop for all your fashion needs. The items you find there are unique and very stylish. It's nice that you don't have to get on a plane to shop for basic fashion items.

The customer service team are super helpful and very friendly, especially when I had a few mix ups with my orders. They were ready to help and answer any questions I might have.

I have sent multiple emails to return items that don't fit. No response to to request to return or exchange and they don no answer their phone. I am stuck with items that don not fit and no refund. I will be trying to get a refund through PayPal. I was a customer for 6 years and I will no longer be a customer. Go directly to the boutique and buy.

Succesful selling

We have been very successful selling product on shoptiques.com and are consistently blown away by the improvements they continuously make to there platform.

We have been selling on shoptiques for 2.5 years and have seen some major growth during that period. Anytime we have any issues that are not being addressed the CEO and Managers are always quick to resolve them for us with a fair resolution.

I believe many of the complaints are from store owners who do not understand how much hard work actually goes into growing an online business whether it be on shoptiques.com or on your own.we continue to see shoptiques.com as a long term solution for our ecommerce needs.

Shoptiques has enabled me to become a multi-channel retailer. Prior to joining the Shoptiques team, I was solely a brick and mortar store attracting a more local customer base. Not only did Shoptiques help create my website and enable me to have an online presence, but being part of their sales and marketing platform allowed my business to grow and be seen by a much broader audience, including customers throughout the United States and in other countries! I am so glad that we joined the Shoptiques team as our online sales now contribute to a substantial part of our business. Shoptiques is also ideal for consumers... they do an amazing job giving consumers access to small Boutiques from around the world offering unique items and apparel that are not typically found in the local Mall or online. It's a Win-Win situation both for Boutiques and Shoppers!

We love Shoptiques. Shoptiques is not only growing our online presence, it also allowing us to ship globally through DHL. We have expanded our team of suppliers and social media marketers which in essence is Shoptiques assisting us in creating jobs not just within the US but internationally as well. Anytime we have to order new merchandise from the markets in Africa or Asia, we empower men and women in Small Business globally. As a first generation American, this makes me feel so proud. I have been working with Shoptiques for the last 5 years and will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future. They always improve there offerings over time which is great! They make it really easy to sell online, they worry about the marketing and shipping. We just need to list products and we get orders.

I signed up for this company after they told me some of my favorite boutiques were also doing it. Turns out this was a complete lie. Those stores had not signed up and had definitely not paid any money to Shoptiques. Their systems are not easy to use and it takes a ton of work to upload product. We have seen 2 sales in 6 months and when I asked who was selling our product category well they told me a boutique in the south was. I called that boutique, who described this company as ScamTiques. Very accurate.

They went through this lengthy "interview" to see if we were a good match, then "invited us"" to join and accepted our $1k. Then rejected all of our products, apologized, said that we weren't a good fit and offered, i an email, to refund our $1k... over 3 months ago. Now we are emailing into a black hole. Buyer beware.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The sales pitch sounded fantastic and once they have your money you have only "email" support and every listing you try to upload - vendor photos included - are constantly disapproved, which means they're not live on their site, and then it's very inconsistent as to what gets approved, and when. I couldn't even change my store header image without going through an email support person and several emails later about this one small thing it's still not changed. They're supposedly going to announce you as a "store partner" as well, and of course that never happened. So many things are terrible about this company. I joined so I would have an online boutique without having to invest a lot of money in my own. Being a small business this concept made sense to be part of but proves very dis satisfactory and makes your business 0 profit after you spend $1000 US. Do not join this platform; invest in your own e-commerce. Shoptiques will only leave you frustrated and out time and money you will never get back. Unless you want to flush $1000 down the toilet, plus the value of your time.
