No. Not at all. I ordered a size small and was sent a size medium and I'm up to eight emails to try to correct it. Stay away.

No I don't know if it's someone working from their home or if it's a business but finding help or a person to help and care and have professional skills is non existent

Waiting for my order of NOBIS SHELBY PARKA - Paid 6 days ago from SCHWARTZ FINE FASHIONS
I'd ordered a very expensive coat from the brand Nobis Shelby parka 6 days ago and it is still not shipped nor do I get a tracking number. They say it's with their long time partner SCHWARTZ FINE FASHIONS, a Canadian store. After numerous emails I decided to call them and after some attempts I was promised they would contact SFF to see why it's not being shipped yet. And they would thereupon sent me the tracking number via email and which I used to contact them with numerous times.
I am still waiting for that email with tracking number.
I still have a little bit of hope but it's not a smooth online shopping experience and I shop a lot everywhere.
Let's see what happens and I will follow up with another post on how it ended and whether my expensive coat got delivered in due time or not at all.
