Don't fret, your package will still be on route when you're done serving your time. Going to be out of town soon? Again, have no fear shoprunner has probably forgotten you even placed an order to begin with! THEIR RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. I didn't have any issues with delivery, but the returns are a nightmare. Their return label is issued for 2 lbs regardless of what you bought. The UPS would not accept a package with their label if it's anything over 2 lbs. I had to contact the company at least five times over the phone. Every time I call they have no clue what am I talking about. Even after exchanging multiple emails with their customer service, they keep sending me a generic shipping label for 2lbs that's just useless, and pretending like they don't understand what the problem is. My package has been here for weeks and I can't ship it unless I pay the return shipping fee out of pocket. It's a total scam and I highly recommend to STAY AWAY!

They are the worst company ever! The company you order thru them will stop sending return labels for shoprunner expects you to print them out. Really? Been with NY and Co for 8 years and they don't send me return, labels anymore. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED UP FOR SHOPRUNNER BUT THEY SAY I HAVE. Customer service had an attitude and never sent the return labels I asked for. Took 2 phone calls. She said and I quote... do you know there is Technology now? Really? To receive a return label? What am I suppose to send the items thru my computer. I immediately canceled but who knows if she even did that. Also... shame on NY and Co for not sending the labels anymore. BEWARE. Not worth so called 2 day shipping. Join Amazon...

I don't normally write reviews but had to for this one!

I ordered from Vera Bradley on 9/5/18 and selected shoprunner (thinking it was part of Vera Bradley). Half a day later, I checked my email and saw shoprunner membership welcome letter. I checked out what this shoprunner is all about. Oh no! It's a PAID membership with very bad reviews about the shipping times. I called Vera Bradley Customer Service to cancel my order explaining about the shoprunner reviews and that I needed the items for grandparents day gift but couldn't cancel because order has been processed! I cancelled shoprunner right away and proceeded to create another order from Vera Bradley with the same items I ordered earlier in the day. I wasn't expecting my Vera Bradley items shipped via shoprunner to arrive until next week based on bad reviews about this company! Yesterday morning (9/7), I received a UPS delivery email update saying my package is scheduled for delivery on 9/10 - so that's 5 days in transit! When I got home from work in the evening (9/7), my package was waiting by my door! It was my Vera Bradley shipped via shoprunner free 2-day shipping! I suggest you don't just rely on other people's reviews. Now, I am stuck with 2 orders coz I relied on the reviews from here!

This is my last time trusting them. My 2 day delivery is actually 6 days. What a waste of time and energy

I purchased clothes from Juicy Couture and they had an option to be eligible for shop runner if you spend a minimum of $150. The two day delivery was showing that my package would arrive on Friday. I made the purchase on Monday and it shipped on Tuesday, which should have been enough time to arrive by Friday night as the estimate showed - that's two days. I checked the tracking and it said it would arrive on the following Monday. Being that Thursday was a holiday, JC claimed the package would be delayed and would not arrive at their warehouse until Friday (today) and would therefore be delivered on Monday. I intentionally spent more money so that I could get the package by Friday because it was a gift that I was buying for someone's birthday and I'm not even going to be home when it arrives because I'm catching a flight at 6am on Saturday. To even have an ad on their website pop up saying I will get the delivery by Friday if I spend a certain amount is false advertisement. They said they were sorry, that's it. So now I don't have a gift to give to someone that I bought for them and they'll have to wait 5 days to get their gift because the package won't be at my house until Monday and I'll be out of town until Wednesday.

I read a lot of critical reviews of shoprunner, but they delivered my order from pureformulas.com in less than 2 days! I'm impressed

I was given a membership through American Express, so I didn't pay anything for it and I still would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The one good thing about Shoprunner is that they have delivered all of my packages in two days. The bad thing is that they are VERY DECEPTIVE. They advertise free returns. However, they fail to tell you before you make the purchase that there might be exclusions. For instance, if you purchase an item through Neiman Marcus Last Call, you will only be given free returns if you accept a store credit. If you request a refund to your original form of payment, you will be charged $9.95. Therefore, you are not really given free returns. You are given free returns "with conditions." There is nothing wrong with that policy. However, Shoprunner should make that clear BEFORE you make the purchase. Unfortunately, they don't. So basically, Shoprunner's marketing is a "bait and switch." They misrepresent their service so that you purchase items and then tell you about the exclusions. I don't know if it's illegal but it sure as heck is unethical. If I could rate this company zero stars I would. If you get the membership for free, please beware. Shoprunner is not upfront with their policies. If you want two day shipping, you are better off paying for Amazon Prime, getting a Target card, or using the minimum shipping through Walmart or Jet. DO NOT PAY FOR SHOPRUNNER. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I wish i had read these teviews begore i got swindled snd topped off bu thrse eotld class $#*! liars. Ehen something serms too good to be true guess what IT IS! I got greedy and stupid. Believed the BS story about free 2 day shipping. Now my sttliff shipped out ups ground and of course it is lost. When i tried to cancel my subscription my e mail account eas locked out. Customers service is another joke. They insisted that my e mail log in credentials were still ok but drspite numerous attempts I am now unable to log in and cancel my subscription. Do yourself a favor tead these reviews before you sign up for this scam. This many 1 star reviews indicates big problems. Dont be the next victim

IF U MAKE MANY FREE RETURNS U WILL GET BLOCKED FROM BUYING (valid ones, with receipts, within specified period, in same condition)
Due to being confident I could use shop runner to buy items and return if I didn't find them satisfactory I bought a lot of items. Kept many and returned many. This confidence has been a BIG mistake. Recently I was blocked from purchasing items from some stores which are shop runner partners by a third party company which processes credit cards for them. The retailer I spoke with said they didn't know why I was being blocked as they didn't see ANY red flags on my account on their side. They also were not given a reason by this mysterious third party credit card processing company. The only reason I assume is I am returning many items using shop runner. Mind you items were returned in exact same condition with tags attached, with receipt, within specified time period. The retailer I spoke with at Lord and Taylor was also very confused cause she too didn't see ANY strange activity on my a/c which should have caused this. She asked me if I had ever filed a dispute. I NEVER have! Seems like this mysterious third party company is not looking at the large volume of items that are being kept by me, but are only zeroing in on the returns! I regret using shop runner! STAY AWAY!

Shoprunner said I'd get my order in 2 days; it's been 5 days and I'm still waiting and good luck getting customer service!
