Had to return defected item. 6 weeks and 7 calls (5 in one day due to being hung up on) still haven't gotten through. Terrible customer service. Not pleased with quality of products, The Medic Therapeutics pillows smelled of formaldehyde through the cardboard packaging. Even the UPS driver complained.

After watching and asking ever question I could think of it still failed. When it arrived the box was seriously damaged, it was supposed to come with two chargers...there WASNT ANY CHARGERS...NO INSTRUCTION AND THE LEG WRSPS ARE DIRTY! Called customer service who informed me.my money may not be returned to me because UNKNOWN to me it is being considered a as is purchase...with no instructions no chargers. Never will I trust. HQ or anything that doctor sells ever again

Company had some really cute pants I wanted for fall. Took me 45 minutes trying to order them because their site refuses to load. It's ridiculous. It's 2023, people, there shouldn't be that level of lagging on a consumer site. Everyone else has it together, there's no excuse. I ended up ordering from another site and paying more but the ordering time was 5 minutes. If you want to make money, you need to get it together.

I order a J.W. Hulme Piper Leather Should bag from SHOP HQ and when i recevied it, it was damaged it had black dots, returned it recevied a new that one was worse and the box was wet and ripped open the Ups guy is very nice he said this how it was given to him. I spoke with customer service NO HELP did not care that i had the same problem a Damaged bag.I will never order from ShopHq again and will never recommend. Rip off

There are not helpful and you are nothing to them but money. Most companies with compensate you for all you go through they do not care, they just want to make a sell.

Do not order from shophq. Customer service is useless. Online chat is a waste of time. No support for customers with issues will be offered. Remove your credit cards if you have an account. Charges are a pain to reverse. Quality is not their policy (nor customer service). Beware of shophq. I cannot upload proof of purchase as they have not shipped my order and I have not been provided anything on my account to display, therefore no info but they have charged my card! Ridiculous!

products are not "quality". customer service is a joke. do not waste your time and money.

I purchased a foot massager to which I never opened it was not at all like I though it was on T.V no wonder it was so cheap. After speaking to 5 different people who all give you nothing but the run around, and when you ask to speak to a manager they do not have one. This company hides behind its customer service staff, and has lousy customer care. I returned to foot massager and was told it was not approved for a refund due to not being returned in time. No invoice was included on the outer part of the box which is where QVC pits it along with the return label. The invoice which I had to have emailed to me states no return by date nor is it included in the return comments area it is blank.
Bad customer service, bad communication, just a scam artist company. They have the product still that I returned and is holding it hostage until I pay $9.99 to have it returned back to me. QVC AND HSN never would have done this. They would have come to something reasonable to solve this issue, like a credit towards a future purchase, I am unwilling to do any business with this company and will let the higher powers of the lord take care of this issue.

Tip for consumers:
No date of return on the invoice that I have and box was never opened. They are holding my return until I pay $9.99. This is fraud like behavior.

Billed my credit card six times! Refused to fix the problem. Customer rep was ignorant, rude, unhelpful. We will never ever buy anything from them ever again! Nor should anyone else! Warning!

Advertised pendant came with chain but lied. Called customer service and they were rude and stupid. Put me on hold for over 30 minutes
2nd order delayed until October bought in August. Said I could not cancel. Afraid they won't give money back. Worst company ever. Don't buy from them

I purchased a Lot of "Ready Wear " cosmetics and when I opened it -- The foundation was broken into 30 pieces and the gel eye liners were dried out and do NOTHING. These products are NOT cheap -- Avoid at all cost! What a disappointment -- must have be a 'lose out of damaged goods' - Cust Service NO help!

Bought a treadmill as a gift, turned out to be a duplicate-began the forever process of returning an unopened box. End of a 3 month story is I finally got my refund BUT only because the bank I deal with stepped in and brought pressure to bear otherwise Shop HQ would have the merchandise and my money. RUN don't walk -find somewhere else to buy

I've never shopped here. I only even heard about them because I suddenly started getting spammed with emails every single day. They don't honour their unsubscribe button, because I unsubscribed weeks ago and I'm still getting them. I've set them to spam, but still. I don't know how they got my email, but this is pretty scummy stuff.

I ordered a product with promotion deal buy 4 and get 4 of the same. I only received 4 not the promotion of an extra 4. When I called customer service I was told that OOPS I was not given the promotion. When asked WHY the representative could not give me an answer I'll NEVER order from Shop HQ again and cancelled my account.

Don't believe when it seems to good to be true. Get it written in blood.

They advertised sample of their products for $7.76 once they get your credit card LOOK OUT! They charged over $200. And when I called they said too bad I signed up for their program! It was in the terms and conditions! Probably in tiny print no one can read it on their phone!

Tried calling customer service was to receive a phone call back that never took place. Spoke to someone else had a very rough time understanding I wanted to get the OK to mail the cosmetics back, and I would have to pay the shipping. This is so wrong. I had to make a dermatologist appointment on an emergency as my face is all red. The unfortunate thing is I have a wedding on Thursday HQ couldn't care less I will never purchase another item from this company again I know most of these shopping networks are all connected. I'm mailing back there cosmetics today on my own.

Any time the shipping fee exceeds the value pay...that is a problem! Also, what's up with Invicta watches appearing just about every night during prime shopping time?
I have bought a few things over the past few years (Marc Bower, Kate and Mallory, Jambu) but it just galls me on the shipping fees!

I placed ans order with hq. They started withdrawing but never sent product. I calked about this matter and now I'm told it's going to take a while before my money is refunded. The people you talk to are hard to understand and they are not friendly when you are asking for your refund. I will not order from this company again.

Tried to make a Watch purchase and found out my card had been canceled for lack of use. Tried to apply for new card, but got turned down as old card was never removed from system.
The whole problem with Customer Service is that they farmed it out, either to overseas company or some system that uses people on their home computers. There are no supervisors and they're limited as to what they can do. Couldn't get old card removed or reopened. Synchrony Bank cannot do anything to help.
So can't use or remove old card and can't open new one. 30 to 40 minutes wait to get live agent that can do nothing. This company has changed greatly and not for the better. Even sent me a $25. Coupon, which the agent said, wasn't in the system.
So one big circle jerk and waste of time. Now I'll never buy anything from Shop HQ ever. Their loss!

This store is a nightmare. It's easy to buy but for God's sake, you have to return or exchange it! They never gave me a refund for $190 for an item I returned, it's passed 4 months (!) already. Customer support is not helping, yelling by phone, and they continue to send me bills to pay my credit card without reflecting this amount. If there would be a negative 1 for customer support they would have it, they opened a claim that another customer support operator can't find, no chance to speak with a supervisor or anyone who can resolve the issue …. A true service nightmare.

I opened a dispute with my credit bank, never again I'll bring my money to that ShopHQ scam! There are so many better stores than this one!

Purchased a gold ring on value pay. Never received it. It went to the wrong address and USPS returned it to sender (ShopHQ) to which ShopHQ refunded me what I paid minus the shipping and handling fee of $8.99 for a ring I never received it in the first place. I tried ad nauseam to contact this company-- 4 emails, phone calls (including on hold for 50 minutes til I gave up). They don't reply to their inquiries and communication is non existent. Thinking back, I never even got a confirmation notification of the purchase I had made when I made it. If I can't interact with a company when I need to, then I don't need to be giving them my money either. I am upset that they pocketed $8.99 of my money for absolutely nothing in return but my lesson is letting you know to beware of their customer services policies, and for me to never do business with them ever again!. ShopHQ is a disgrace to the online shopping experience.

Tip for consumers:
Lack of communication is a red flag for me. Perhaps this company could have worked with me to resolve what I am here complaining about (not getting my shipping and handling fee with my refund). No customer services shows lack of professionalism nor care about making their customers happy and the desire to come to them. I won't be coming back.

I've ordered several items from ShopHQ and the experiences have been disappointing. I was a fan of Victoria Wieck and Dallas Prince from when they used to offer karat gold and nice grades of gemstones. Now their quality —- all that's available is featherweight sterling silver for mountings —- has hit rock bottom.

ShopHQ base shipping is outrageously high, though occasionally there's a promo if you can catch it.

If you do not pay still more for express shipping, you will have no tracking and an infinite wait. I learned this the hard way when my first order was lost and took six weeks to arrive after shipping.

Calling customer service was unhelpful and I was told I'd have to wait a minimum of 30 days after shipping for them to help me with a refund or replacement. Eventually the order arrived and the quality of the item, a Wieck pendant, was very low.

I decided to try a Dallas Prince ring for a milestone birthday gift. Paid for express shipping. When it arrived the stone quality was inferior and the design substandard.

There were reports of warehouse issues at this time, with customers reporting ShopHQ said they'd returned an empty box, etc. It seems very risky to attempt returns.

Following this, ShopHQ, which has never had a very clear branding of what they're about, seemed to become the all-Dr Dubrow channel with unneeded medical offerings capitalizing on the fear of the pandemic. Now they're the all-Invicta watch channel. Someone needs to get this company to focus!

Whatever happens, I'm unlikely to return for more as the qualit has been disappointing and the value low. Admittedly I've only ordered from the jewelry category. Maybe other departments are less problematic.

Tip for consumers:
Try to find free shipping if possible and of you need something fast, pay for express shipping.

I did a lot of shopping on HQ & when I've had to return something...There was always an excuse.
We didn't get it.or I'll credit your account and it doesn't happen.I've had to pay full Price for items not
Received or returned to the sum of hundreds and hundreds of $$$$...And when I call we received item
And will credit.No credit give...I ask to speak to manager or Supervisor.No manager no Supervisor
For the entire month of sept.or Oct or Nov...This company rips off people...Also, when trying to call wait time is so long.they ask if I want to get call back.no one ever called me back...I've had to call as many as 10 times for an item purchased.and got no where...

If you buy something ..it's very very difficult to get your money back if you have to return it

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not ever, ever purchase one single thing from these people, they are crooks. They will tell you they did not receive your return (no matter how you sent it), nor will they give your money back, ever, once you commit, they have your money forever whether you are happy or not. These people are pure poison.

Bought 3 pairs earrings and returned them due to being too heavy for my ear lobes. So due to issue supposedly not being a product issue, I do not get my FULL refund back. Also they charged me $25 to ship to me but only cost me $7.95 to return them. I received them the same way I returned them. POTENTIAL BUYERS BE CAREFUL.
