Shop HQ send a package via FED EX that was received "Damaged in Memphis" in transport to me. It is still there 5 months later and I am still having to pay for this. Fed Ex states they cannot be responsible for the Vendor "improperly packaging merchandise". WOW. This was a 1800$ lesson. Ive closed my Shop HQ account and trying to educate you all to NOT SHOP WITH SHOP HQ! THIEVES!
Company had some really cute pants I wanted for fall. Took me 45 minutes trying to order them because their site refuses to load. It's ridiculous. It's 2023, people, there shouldn't be that level of lagging on a consumer site. Everyone else has it together, there's no excuse. I ended up ordering from another site and paying more but the ordering time was 5 minutes. If you want to make money, you need to get it together.
Tried calling customer service was to receive a phone call back that never took place. Spoke to someone else had a very rough time understanding I wanted to get the OK to mail the cosmetics back, and I would have to pay the shipping. This is so wrong. I had to make a dermatologist appointment on an emergency as my face is all red. The unfortunate thing is I have a wedding on Thursday HQ couldn't care less I will never purchase another item from this company again I know most of these shopping networks are all connected. I'm mailing back there cosmetics today on my own.
I placed ans order with hq. They started withdrawing but never sent product. I calked about this matter and now I'm told it's going to take a while before my money is refunded. The people you talk to are hard to understand and they are not friendly when you are asking for your refund. I will not order from this company again.
Ive been a customer since it was Evine. Since it switched to Shop HQ, it has been a nightmare with its credit card account accessibility. Always changing and never accessible. Cant wait to pay off my balance and be done with them.
Shophq offers subscriptions...but...can't count on delivery. Also can't count on being notified

I've never shopped here. I only even heard about them because I suddenly started getting spammed with emails every single day. They don't honour their unsubscribe button, because I unsubscribed weeks ago and I'm still getting them. I've set them to spam, but still. I don't know how they got my email, but this is pretty scummy stuff.
Do not order from shophq. Customer service is useless. Online chat is a waste of time. No support for customers with issues will be offered. Remove your credit cards if you have an account. Charges are a pain to reverse. Quality is not their policy (nor customer service). Beware of shophq. I cannot upload proof of purchase as they have not shipped my order and I have not been provided anything on my account to display, therefore no info but they have charged my card! Ridiculous!
I have a very good credit rating and I saw a recliner that I wanted to order. If you opened their credit card, there would be a substantial reduction in the cost of the recliner. I called to open a credit card and was declined. This would have been impossible so I figure that they want you to pay full price for the item you want to order. I do believe that this reduction if you open their credit card is a scam. I have ordered from them before, but have always used another card, but Shop HQ has been taken off my radar. Just can't deal with a company with such bad business tactics.
Using my own personal credit card and they will not take. Never treated so badly. My personal credit card and they refused to talk to me. As a white woman I find that offensive. My money is as good as anyone else's.
I have purchased many items from Shophq.com. I have never had to return anything, the quality of my items of the items were good. Only problem,I had was when ordering

I order a J.W. Hulme Piper Leather Should bag from SHOP HQ and when i recevied it, it was damaged it had black dots, returned it recevied a new that one was worse and the box was wet and ripped open the Ups guy is very nice he said this how it was given to him. I spoke with customer service NO HELP did not care that i had the same problem a Damaged bag.I will never order from ShopHq again and will never recommend. Rip off
Had to return defected item. 6 weeks and 7 calls (5 in one day due to being hung up on) still haven't gotten through. Terrible customer service. Not pleased with quality of products, The Medic Therapeutics pillows smelled of formaldehyde through the cardboard packaging. Even the UPS driver complained.
The only difference between armed robbery and Shop HQ is armed robbers use guns, Shop HQ use's horrible products and crappy customer service, value payments and China based products to steal from its costumers. They stand behind nothing and with a 30 return policy from the date of purchase not the day you received the item the true return policy is 10/15 days. But the time you have trouble you are beyond service. I have about 11K in watches with Nubeo who will not service products with two year warranty and Shop HQ doesn't care. Amazon seems to be the most reputable company for on line purchases. Shop HQ wants your money not your loyalty and return business.
This is a great site that goes along with the corresponding shop-at-home channel. They have the most interesting jewelry etc. over the other couple of competing channels.
I marked them down one though, because their prices are so high it is really kind of ridiculous.
After watching and asking ever question I could think of it still failed. When it arrived the box was seriously damaged, it was supposed to come with two chargers...there WASNT ANY CHARGERS...NO INSTRUCTION AND THE LEG WRSPS ARE DIRTY! Called customer service who informed me.my money may not be returned to me because UNKNOWN to me it is being considered a as is purchase...with no instructions no chargers. Never will I trust. I purchased a Lot of "Ready Wear " cosmetics and when I opened it -- The foundation was broken into 30 pieces and the gel eye liners were dried out and do NOTHING. These products are NOT cheap -- Avoid at all cost! What a disappointment -- must have be a 'lose out of damaged goods' - Cust Service NO help!

For the entire month of sept.or Oct or Nov...This company rips off people...Also, when trying to call wait time is so long.they ask if I want to get call back.no one ever called me back...I've had to call as many as 10 times for an item purchased.and got no where...
Give your management the tools they need to do their jobs! As Toni the night shift sales manager stated she cant help company policy! If this is not the way it is review the conversation and retrain her!
I purchased a foot massager to which I never opened it was not at all like I though it was on T.V no wonder it was so cheap. After speaking to 5 different people who all give you nothing but the run around, and when you ask to speak to a manager they do not have one. This company hides behind its customer service staff, and has lousy customer care. I returned to foot massager and was told it was not approved for a refund due to not being returned in time. No invoice was included on the outer part of the box which is where QVC pits it along with the return label. The invoice which I had to have emailed to me states no return by date nor is it included in the return comments area it is blank.
Bad customer service, bad communication, just a scam artist company. They have the product still that I returned and is holding it hostage until I pay $9.99 to have it returned back to me. QVC AND HSN never would have done this. They would have come to something reasonable to solve this issue, like a credit towards a future purchase, I am unwilling to do any business with this company and will let the higher powers of the lord take care of this issue.
