How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Shop HQ?

Customer Service may be reached by phone during regular business hours@ 800-676-5523. Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm CST and on Saturday from 9am-5pm CST. You may also email us at customerservice@shophq.com.

If you have 30 mins to waste, it's ok. However, upon finally speaking or chatting online with a "customer service rep?" you realize they do not care and will not assist you regardless.
