Dishonest

I placed an order with ShopHq and used the value pay option. On the second month they charged my card twice for the same item/order. That was very disturbing because if I never took the time to look at my statement I would have never known (No telling how many others don't know). After contacting them to dispute this issue I was told that a claim was submitted and someone would get back with me. No one ever contacted me but 6 weeks later I received an email stating the issue was resolved 10 days prior to the email. Once again, if I don't check my card account I wont know that this is a lie. I had to call again to try to rectify this matter. They assured me that the double charge will be refunded in 5 business days... So, I placed another order using my existing ShopHQ credit card. A few hours later I get an email from the credit bureau stating that a hard inquiry was made by ShopHQ. Why! If I already have a card with this company? I gave no one permission to hit my credit!
I even had an issue some years ago where they were charging me for some type of payment protection that I never signed up or asked for. It added up to be almost $2000 and I was wondering why my bill was barely decreasing after my payments. The did remove the charges but fact that they did that without my permission should have warned me then!
For any one wanting to shop with ShopHQ, pay close attention to them. They will get you if they can.

3 pairs of earrings

Bought 3 pairs earrings and returned them due to being too heavy for my ear lobes. So due to issue supposedly not being a product issue, I do not get my FULL refund back. Also they charged me $25 to ship to me but only cost me $7.95 to return them. I received them the same way I returned them. POTENTIAL BUYERS BE CAREFUL.

Again, Sitejabber, a zero or minus zero would be a more accurate rating of this company. I have been trying to get a refund from them for SIX MONTHS - yes, 6 months! I ordered 195.00 worth of clothes. I sent back EVERYTHING except for a 15.00 item. I still have a 173.00 balance on my Paypal account from them. Each time I talk with them, they say they are escalating the problem - i. E. - no one wants to address my issue! They say they refund 103.00 dollars and it is clear they have not when viewing my Paypal account. I have sent them screen shots of the account proving I have a balance from them. Each time I get a contact from them, they "apologize" and start with the same song and dance. No one can read at this company nor do they hear. I have received emails from several individuals, because of course, no one wants to write from an email that has a name attached. When I called, they said they would get a supervisor, and then I was hung up on. I am turning them into the BBB as well. I seriously don't think they can add or subtract... If you DO buy something, don't try to return it. You will still be charged for the items. If you kept them, at least you could get some money back if you sold items on Ebay.

I purchased a mattress over 4 weeks ago. I got a call 2 1/2 weeks ago to have it delivered and I notified them that I would be moving to a new address and would like it shipped there. I didn't think that was going to be such a problem... it's turned into a nightmare. They told me to contact EvineLive so that they can send a notification to the shipper of the new address. So I called EvineLive and notified them of the new address... simple enough... not! I have since then placed over 10 phone calls to both EvineLive and the shipping company because I am not getting any calls to schedule the deliver. EvineLive tells me they submitted the change to the shipper... shipper tells me they are still waiting for approval from EvineLive. They have me going in circles. EvineLive customer service is TERRIBLE every person I speak to tells me the same thing and they refuse to call the shipper to straighten it out. Then they tell me they will research and call me back and no one ever calls me back. Now if I cancel the order I have to wait 30 days to get my money back even though the items has not been delivered. Stay away from these people. I truly should have known better than to buy something online or from a TV commercial. First time buying with them and the last!

Worst experience ever
December 23, 2015

This was my first time shopping with Evine. I placed an order, which was guaranteed delivery by Christmas, using my mother's phone as mine was damaged and I was there with her. I then placed another order a little while later. The 2nd order arrived in time with an invoice with my name and information. The other order never arrived and customer service was not very helpful at all. My work schedule did not seem to make it possible to correspond with them by phone. I did find out, when using my mother's phone, that obviously read her number, that the order associated with the number had been cancelled. Then I learned that the credit dept had cancelled it and I was referred to them. This was not due to declined credit. The man in the credit department was also very rude and unhelpful stating he could not talk to me as it was not MY account. I assured him it was MY account, my name and my credit card. He refused to give me information. My mother called and was told the same thing. We received no information. My order was cancelled with no communication whatsoever and not delivered by Christmas as guaranteed. They later stated it was due to an order placed more than a year ago that had not been paid for, and we did not know anything about this not being applied to the account--we were not aware of any problems. My cards all work fine.

BAD RETURN POLICY

FIRST THEY DID NOT TEST THEIR PRODUCT. MY WAS A JUST A BIGGGGG JOKE. WHEN CALL TO MAKE A RETURN (HAIR THERPEURDIC). SPENT 37 MINUTES ON THE PHONE. EACH TIME I MAKE A SELECTION, THEY TRY TO LURE YOU IN TO BUY MORE PRODUCTS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Broken merchandise

Evne Live = I was surprised when I saw Paula Deen on TV selling some of her products and promptly ordered her Set of Five Natural Specialty Mustards & Relishes on 7/18/15. These items were delivered on 7/30/15 very poorly packed and with one broken relish and one other one seeping from the container. They had bubble wrap, but were packed in a large box so they were rolling all over hitting each other. They were shipped UPS and then via USPS "surepost" so you don't know who mistreated the box or if happened at their warehouse even before mailing. I immediately contacted them and they said they would send replacements for those two at no cost to me if they were available. I then received another email saying the order was being processed and I would be receiving an email when shipped and I should receive them by 8/7/15. I never received an email saying this order was cancelled. On 8/8/15 I pulled up my account and it said the order had been cancelled on 7/31/15, the day after I called. I never received that cancellation order notification and my account shows it was cancelled on that same date. I did get a % of my money back, but will not do business with the TV program again. Please pull up complaints and reviews on Evine Live as they have it looks like hundreds of complaints. I just wish I had done this as I would not have ordered from them in the first place.

WORST RIP OFF VIP CLUB! I had purchased one item on Shop HQ-AND WITHOUT my knowledge, I was enrolled into the VIP club! I had NOT noticed the charge of 16.95-EACH MONTH-due to going thru some major health issues. I finally noticed that they were erroneously charging me when I was able to check my credit card statements and immediately cancelled it! Shop HQ did credit me(One Month ONLY) and tell me to submit whatever receipts I had during that time span while the club membership was active. Because I was still suffering medical issues, I did not have opportunity until Dec 2022 to submit the receipts-which I did.
I just called today to follow up- ShopHQ NEVER bother previously to mention that it had a 90 day policy of submission! I MISSED THE 90 DAYS BY 3 DAYS! I Explained my situation but the rep on the phone said there was nothing that they could do-WOW and OMG what a TOTAL SCAM! WILL NEVER SHOP WITH COMPANY AGAIN-Plus will make sure that the employees at my hospital ALL know about what happened!

Dallas Prince & Victoria Wieck

I've ordered several items from ShopHQ and the experiences have been disappointing. I was a fan of Victoria Wieck and Dallas Prince from when they used to offer karat gold and nice grades of gemstones. Now their quality —- all that's available is featherweight sterling silver for mountings —- has hit rock bottom.

ShopHQ base shipping is outrageously high, though occasionally there's a promo if you can catch it.

If you do not pay still more for express shipping, you will have no tracking and an infinite wait. I learned this the hard way when my first order was lost and took six weeks to arrive after shipping.

Calling customer service was unhelpful and I was told I'd have to wait a minimum of 30 days after shipping for them to help me with a refund or replacement. Eventually the order arrived and the quality of the item, a Wieck pendant, was very low.

I decided to try a Dallas Prince ring for a milestone birthday gift. Paid for express shipping. When it arrived the stone quality was inferior and the design substandard.

There were reports of warehouse issues at this time, with customers reporting ShopHQ said they'd returned an empty box, etc. It seems very risky to attempt returns.

Following this, ShopHQ, which has never had a very clear branding of what they're about, seemed to become the all-Dr Dubrow channel with unneeded medical offerings capitalizing on the fear of the pandemic. Now they're the all-Invicta watch channel. Someone needs to get this company to focus!

Whatever happens, I'm unlikely to return for more as the qualit has been disappointing and the value low. Admittedly I've only ordered from the jewelry category. Maybe other departments are less problematic.
