They advertised sample of their products for $7.76 once they get your credit card LOOK OUT! They charged over $200. And when I called they said too bad I signed up for their program! It was in the terms and conditions! Probably in tiny print no one can read it on their phone!
Any time the shipping fee exceeds the value pay...that is a problem! Also, what's up with Invicta watches appearing just about every night during prime shopping time?

I ordered a product with promotion deal buy 4 and get 4 of the same. I only received 4 not the promotion of an extra 4. When I called customer service I was told that OOPS I was not given the promotion. When asked WHY the representative could not give me an answer I'll NEVER order from Shop HQ again and cancelled my account.
I placed an order with ShopHq and used the value pay option. On the second month they charged my card twice for the same item/order. That was very disturbing because if I never took the time to look at my statement I would have never known (No telling how many others don't know). After contacting them to dispute this issue I was told that a claim was submitted and someone would get back with me. No one ever contacted me but 6 weeks later I received an email stating the issue was resolved 10 days prior to the email. Once again, if I don't check my card account I wont know that this is a lie. I had to call again to try to rectify this matter. They assured me that the double charge will be refunded in 5 business days... So, I placed another order using my existing ShopHQ credit card. A few hours later I get an email from the credit bureau stating that a hard inquiry was made by ShopHQ. Why! If I already have a card with this company? I gave no one permission to hit my credit!
I even had an issue some years ago where they were charging me for some type of payment protection that I never signed up or asked for. It added up to be almost $2000 and I was wondering why my bill was barely decreasing after my payments. The did remove the charges but fact that they did that without my permission should have warned me then!
For any one wanting to shop with ShopHQ, pay close attention to them. They will get you if they can.

This is a great site that goes along with the corresponding shop-at-home channel. They have the most interesting jewelry etc. over the other couple of competing channels.
I marked them down one though, because their prices are so high it is really kind of ridiculous.
I have been dealing with them way before name change. But if your package gets lost it's your fault, they ship sure post which UPS ship to post office.In my case the wrong post office the one in HOT SPRINGS and Angel must keep it for herself, other companies replace or give credit b/c she doesn't do her job and send it to the correct post office. And Evine says they did their job. So, just Save your self and stay away.
Think before you buy anything from shophq. Today I was watching show with Mellisa Miner@ big lier with Sonia. I live Sonia's jewelry and I am not willing to pay so much money for her products as specially when I can save at list 1/2 and no coupon needed. I do not know who the network claims that they have Black Friday prices, may be rip-off Friday prices. Anyway. I am attaching the price of the bracelet of what shophq sell for, qvc and Costco and you will be a judge to it. No coupon needed it. 1/2 price. If your order is an autoship item and it is due to be delivered on a certain day good luck. If it's a holiday or a weekend it will usually come 4 to 5 days later. Also, if you try to call them you are on hold for at least 20 minutes.
Bought a treadmill as a gift, turned out to be a duplicate-began the forever process of returning an unopened box. End of a 3 month story is I finally got my refund BUT only because the bank I deal with stepped in and brought pressure to bear otherwise Shop HQ would have the merchandise and my money. RUN don't walk -find somewhere else to buy
If I could give a zero, I would. Do not ever, ever purchase one single thing from these people, they are crooks. They will tell you they did not receive your return (no matter how you sent it), nor will they give your money back, ever, once you commit, they have your money forever whether you are happy or not. These people are pure poison.
Purchased a gold ring on value pay. Never received it. It went to the wrong address and USPS returned it to sender (ShopHQ) to which ShopHQ refunded me what I paid minus the shipping and handling fee of $8.99 for a ring I never received it in the first place. I tried ad nauseam to contact this company-- 4 emails, phone calls (including on hold for 50 minutes til I gave up). They don't reply to their inquiries and communication is non existent. Thinking back, I never even got a confirmation notification of the purchase I had made when I made it. If I can't interact with a company when I need to, then I don't need to be giving them my money either. I am upset that they pocketed $8.99 of my money for absolutely nothing in return but my lesson is letting you know to beware of their customer services policies, and for me to never do business with them ever again!. ShopHQ is a disgrace to the online shopping experience.
I purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise ring. What I received looked nothing like the ring on TV or online. I received a ring with a very, very dark color. Sleeping beauty is a very Light color. Bait and switch.
I truly haven't had any bad experiences with them. I don't particularly like everything that I order but I also send it back with no problems. The good thing is that they ALWAYS have 5 easy payments which is good on the pocketbook
Tried to make a Watch purchase and found out my card had been canceled for lack of use. Tried to apply for new card, but got turned down as old card was never removed from system.
The whole problem with Customer Service is that they farmed it out, either to overseas company or some system that uses people on their home computers. There are no supervisors and they're limited as to what they can do. Couldn't get old card removed or reopened. Synchrony Bank cannot do anything to help.
So can't use or remove old card and can't open new one. 30 to 40 minutes wait to get live agent that can do nothing. This company has changed greatly and not for the better. Even sent me a $25. Coupon, which the agent said, wasn't in the system.
So one big circle jerk and waste of time. Now I'll never buy anything from Shop HQ ever. Their loss!
It has been 108 days as of 4-20-2003 and still waiting for a refund for expedited shipping. After many emails to Shop HQ customer service I received an email today saying that I should call Shop HQ customer service because the customer service email department cant do anything. That makes zero sense.
Billed my credit card six times! Refused to fix the problem. Customer rep was ignorant, rude, unhelpful. We will never ever buy anything from them ever again! Nor should anyone else! Warning!
I bought a watch from shop hq and I did not send it back in time due toy hosiptal stay that I almost losty live.i try calling them several times till one woman understood my issues told me the address to send it to on my dime.they had it for 3 weeks without contacting me till I call them and told them that they received it on Feb. 27th. I gave the lady the tracking # she verified it and begin to tell me tough luck. Can u believe this from customer service. Wow!I will not buy any thing else from them it's ashame since I bought over 40 wTchs from them. Besides other stuff.
I ordered a ring from this 'company' and returned it for a replacement in a different size. Weeks went by and I received no notification from HQ as to whether my return had been received so I reached out via their online chat option and a "case" was opened. I received an email saying that the ring had been received a week earlier and they were in the midst of "processing my return" and I could expect to see a refund within 5-7 business days after the return was finally processed. This was issue number 1. Next, they recommended that due to limited quantity, I should call their customer service area and reorder the ring in the desired size.I called and after going back and forth with 2 agents I finally was able to get the order placed. I check my account the next morning and see that I have been charged twice! I called customer service again and the first agent was an extremely rude Indian woman who said that it was a mistake on their end but they couldn't do anything about it and I would just have to return the duplicate item when it was received plus PAY TO HAVE IIT SHIPPED BACK! Then she promptly hung up. I called back and explained the situation again to the next agent, expressly indicating that not only was I charged twice for this latest re-order, but I still had not received the refund for the first order I returned. This agent was equally as unhelpful and said they couldn't do anything to at least expedite my refund so that I wouldn't be out 3x the money for the order. So now I have no ring and 3 charges for it. I will never order from this now bankrupt (and corrupt) company again.
