Ordered from this chinese restaurant thinking I'd get some deecnt food. So surprised that nothing outside of the fortune cookies was any good. Overcooked, tough spareribs, pupu platter for 1 was a hot mess, the pork fried rice had an awful taste to it and so did everything else (did they even clean their work area?) and lastly the egg foo yung was overly overcooked. A waste for $40 bucks plus tip, pkus delivery to get subpar food that ended up all going to the trash. Never again!

Had to go to the CVS across from this McDonald's and had some wait time for my ride back so decided to hop into McDonald's. I wasn't expecting anything special but I was really surprised found and experienced. First off a very polite and friendly young lady took my order. For my drink I chose a small black coffee (cause coffee anywhere but home is usually a disappointment) as it turned out the coffee was fresh, tasty and hot. My breakfast order came quickly and once I settled in and opened everything up noticed that the whomever made my meal neatly placed everything on it (not lopsided). Nice! Everything I ordered tasted great that I actually enjoyed ALL of it. Now not to say that eating in McDonald's turns out to be a bad experience but I never noticed people there going beyond the norm but this place did. From the first contact to the worker who held the door for me on the way out and 'wished me a great day' I truly like the entire experience. I hope this wasn't a rare event and I lucked out, I hope this is how this location treats it's customers and for that matter other locations and for that matter everywhere else on this planet but I know that's not possible. For now, all I can close this review with is to let McDonalds on North Main Street in Leominster, MA made my day! Thank you to the entire morning staff for that!

I've been a customer at MB for years. On occasion I grab some take out food. Most often it's a roasted whole chicken which it awesome. Lately I added their cut up fried 8 piece chicken to my take out until my recent errand. I didn't see any of these pieces on display but one of the employees told me they were being prepared but would be a few minutes. For me this was worth the weight. There was another customer waiting for the 8 piece and we stuck up a conversation about how great these were. Eventually he got his and the employee who had spoken to me told the person who brought out the package for the other customer that I was waiting too. Within a minute, this employee went and put a package together for me. When I got home, the contents of the package were a mess. The skin was separated from the chicken, all the pieces were greasy and the crust hard as a rock. These pieces appeared to be have been kept warm and had been sitting for a very long time. I was so disappointed that I spent $6.99 for greasy, crappy food. The employee was too lazy to make a fresh batch, instead gave me food that had been sitting in grease for a prolonged amount of time. I threw the package away and it will be a long time before I trust getting anything from their kitchen again or specifically from this particular employee. She has poor customer service skills and makes a store like Market Basket look bad for how she handles her job. I would have returned the package to the store but the weather became hazardous and there was no way I could keep something like that in my fridge, so I cut my loses about this but not without warning other customers who read this, to be careful when buying take out foods, not just at Market Basket but everywhere. Customer service is something folks who do this type of work should always remember that this could be them getting something less than desirable, and I bet they too won't like being treated that way.

Tip for consumers:
The cost of food is forever rising and paying more for it should never effect what you're getting for it. If you are ordering take out from an eatery or purchasing foods from supermarkets, freshness is the ultimate expectation a customer should receive from these places. Not only should there be pride for something they got paid for with their presentation, freshness and concern for preventing health hazards that any of us could become victim to when there is food involved.

Purchased a gold ring on value pay. Never received it. It went to the wrong address and USPS returned it to sender (ShopHQ) to which ShopHQ refunded me what I paid minus the shipping and handling fee of $8.99 for a ring I never received it in the first place. I tried ad nauseam to contact this company-- 4 emails, phone calls (including on hold for 50 minutes til I gave up). They don't reply to their inquiries and communication is non existent. Thinking back, I never even got a confirmation notification of the purchase I had made when I made it. If I can't interact with a company when I need to, then I don't need to be giving them my money either. I am upset that they pocketed $8.99 of my money for absolutely nothing in return but my lesson is letting you know to beware of their customer services policies, and for me to never do business with them ever again!. ShopHQ is a disgrace to the online shopping experience.

Tip for consumers:
Lack of communication is a red flag for me. Perhaps this company could have worked with me to resolve what I am here complaining about (not getting my shipping and handling fee with my refund). No customer services shows lack of professionalism nor care about making their customers happy and the desire to come to them. I won't be coming back.

Never received item however was charged for the shipping and handling fee for something I didn't receive I should have been refunded the shipping and handling fee for their error. No customer service what's so ever. I ended up getting nothing but aggravation from doing business with this company.

Ordered an Italian sub with a side of curly fries at 4PM. Called them back at 5:10PM to see what was the delay. Was told they called me (not) and also came to my address but there was no answer (not) so delivery brought my order back. They said they called me several times-- I find it a complete lie because I had got no calls, no missed calls, nothing. Perhaps someone took down the wrong phone info? Anyway, now they had the correct number and I also repeated the complete address information.

At 5:50pn I called back-- told they're on their way. I had been specific about my location info, apparently it was ignored. I live in the rear apartments. I decided to go outside and check the front of the house and lo and behold I see the delivery person is at the FRONT of the building talking with tenants he had disturbed. At the same time I get a call from him (this was the only call I got from him). After I approached the driver told me he came here twice (yeah to front apartment, not the back, where I live, where I gave all the information twice), obliviously a stupid individual. Had either he or whomever had taken down the correct information- phone number, location, I wouldn't have had to wait 2 HOURS for a lousy sub and fries. The sub was soggy and the fries had hardened. A 2 hour wait for delivery that should have not taken more than 30-40 minutes tops- because of Incompetent employees who can't get the correct info the first and second time, lousy service, lousy food. We won't ever do business with these losers ever again!

First time going to this particular Subway's & I can't say anything good about their service or food. The person who waited on me was frustrated that I didn't go to the correct side of the line, though there was no sign indicating where I was to go, but after she corrected me, I could see she was busy training someone (this trainer could use some serious training of her own). I ordered a large 'hot italian'. The 'hot was sliced pepperoni (no capicola here, also no mortadella). I had said a large but she heard a small & started to put the deli meat on the half until I told her large and she went and grabbed the other half she cut and used both (no class). Also her idea of toasting a sub is putting it under a light and having the cheese melt (that's not toasting anything). I ate it home and there was something in there that just wasn't fresh-- maybe the lettuces or tomatoes, I don't know but I ended up feeding my trash can with most of it. This Subway's won't do well if it's not already obvious. The 'trainer' needs help, someone trained her poorly and she's training others to be just like her, and that includes leaving food out that is not kept fresh or replenished. I'll never go in there again. I also hope I don't get sick later from eating some of that God-forsaken sub she made for me. I used to love going to a Subway's--- elsewhere--- but since I moved here I have been trying to find places I can feel comfortable about going to whenever I want to grab a bite to eat after a long day out. This Subway's will never be my choice-- ever again! I deserve to get great customer service and even greater food that I entrust someone to fix for me. There are other nicer, courteous and better tasting sub shops around this neighborhood-- don't waste your time or money here!

Avoid eating at this Subway. You deserve better service and fresh food!

Ordered 2 meals for delivery last evening. This was our first time. I was a little miffed by the amount I had to dish for all the additional fees that were tacked onto the bill which actually amounted to an additional meal we weren't getting, but we were hungry so I put the order through. The food was absolutely horrible. Most of it went into the trash. What really upsets me is today, both of us are sick and will just have to literally wait it out. I would hope an establishment would want to satisfy customers so they keep coming back, but with the food we received, this is the last time we do business with them.

I am a coffee junkie and a fussy one at that. Prior to buying the Bonavita BV1900TD coffee maker with the stainless steel carafe, I did a lot of research because I was looking for a coffeemaker that actually gave me a piping hot cup of really great coffee. At the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) they have a list of the coffeemakers that do that. Bonavita rated the highest at the time. I've had it for several years without any issues but one morning while preparing to clean it (take it apart) saw that there were little cracks on the inside rim of the plastic. There were hundreds of these cracks. I immediately emailed BonavitaWorld with pictures and they're response was that they did not have parts of the plastic and nothing they could do for me. So now I have an expensive machine that will eventually begin to seep water through those cracks as they deepen and lengthen and I'll have to toss this coffeemaker out. Not happy about that. This is a very bad problem this machine has and the manufacturers need to go back to the drawing board and fix this issue. When this goes, which looks like it'll be really soon I'll be looking for a new coffeemaker and it won't be another Bonavita.

Bought a pair of shoes from the seller from hell! Saw a cute pair of shoes on their site, so decided to buy them even though I didn't know this company at all. I should have known better, but I have done business with other unknown companies and never had a problem. This store boasted shipment within 24 hours, though we were in a Covid situation, so I didn't expect speed, however I never expected not to ever receive my shoes and be out of $26.95 either. What I did get was very long delays getting responses from them (weeks), I was finally sent a tracking number which turned out to be wrong, and whomever was expecting their package got delivered and no matter what i did to let this company know that I never got the shoes and that was the wrong tracking number they gave me, no responses was ever returned to me. I went to far as to mail a letter to their main branch (in Canada) and no response from them either. That is why I am here, just to warn anyone interested buying anything from MissyBlossoms, they might be in for the same kind of treatment I went through-- loss of money, lots of aggravation, no shoes! Wish I didn't have to click on the star above, they don't deserve any at all!

Saw a tunic I was interested in but wasn't sure of the size, but was lured by their credit card offer. Opened the account and ordered the item. To my dismay when tunic arrived was sub-par so I returned it. I also decided to cancel their credit card because I didn't want to chance buying anything else and having to pay for the shipping and handling in the future. As a new customer the shipping to me was supposed to be FREE. That was the lure for opening the credit card. But because I had the audacity to dare return something that wasn't worth the cost, or to my liking, had to deal with the credit card company for sending me bills for 3 months (even though they assured me they had canceled my credit card). Jessica London also kept adding 'late fees;. It finally took a lengthy call to both credit card company and Jessica London reps to finally get the amount they would settle on my having to pay for shipping to me and returning to them---total $17.98 ($8.99 both ways). $17.98 and nothing to show for it. I will never do business with this retailer, nor any other company connected with them. If you buy something from them make sure you are going to keep what you buy (unless you want to exchange it) outside of that, unless you like giving money away, stay clear of these people-- their policies stink. I'm passing this on to alert anyone who reads this or is thinking of buying from them what kind retailer you might end up dealing with if aren't happy with what they sent you-- you'll pay for doing that. If you buy something from them either keep it or kiss your money good bye. POST REVIEW: I just saw my post & noticed responses on some. If someone plans to contact me about this- unless you're planning to return my $17.98. I spent more than that amount trying to resolve this for months, by phone, email and postal mail- an unnecessary waste of time, a lot of aggravation and an unfair loss of money. I'm sure you're aware that there are major flaws in your policy practices.
