Been with the Exchange since 2004. It seems that over the past 3 years, US Exchanges and their online store has just gotten worse. Late shipping, incorrect orders, poor customer service, and incompetence when it comes to adding extended warranties onto products esp Apple Care (on line site is horrendous for this). Unless you are getting the Home Depot Deal, just. Order off Amazon. Yeah the tax sucks a little bit but at least the customer service is better, and Amazon is incompetent.

Been ordering from Shopmyexchange for 4 years and during the last year their services have become terrible. High prices and low inventory andf shipping processes that will gaurantee a late delivery and no delivery to Hawaii. Need new CEO and CIO to replace these incompetent managers.

Fraudulent Charges
April 24, 2025

3 times in the past 6 months someone has gone in and stolen my identity through my account. I changed my password, email address, and have had at least 2 star cards replaced and it happened again. All I hear is its not our fault and we have put things in place and have blocked your account. So basically I have to call EVERY time again. 3 calls yesterday and the item was STILL shipped to the THIEVES! What kind of company does not protect the identity of our veterans who served! This is beyond ridiculous and something needs to be done. A class action may need to be the next step.

Trying to submit a purchase but it keeps asking me to enter a billing address that it doesn't give the option to be entered.Who is incharge of this website and why is it getting worse every year.It used to be so much better but now it's really challenging and I tried calling them and it's responding with telemarketer sales pitches/WTH

Tried to order a watch, via online,
based on the posted sale price. During the process with the agent, I was told it was a pricing error and could not process the order. I as a customer can only go by what's shown with the item. I am very disappointed that AAFES, the night manager did not offer me any options on any other watch. This was a Birthday gift for my brother and Brother in-law. I canceled an order after damaged furniture was delivered. I have called them several times for the past 2 month waiting for exchange to refund my credit card. I am still fighting them now to get my refund. Also the employee Jessica Hunter is very rude and needs to be train on customer service

I ordered a washer and dryer, received the washer, the following week I received the dryer. After unboxing the dryer, I found serious damage, called the claims department, after 3 days, finally got a email from the shipper to pick up the dryer, I have been rescheduled no less than 3 times. I can't get a replacement dryer until they pick up the damaged dryer, I have been dealing with this for almost two weeks now. I never would have thought that this would be such a terrible situation through afees/ shop my exchange

Firearms on sale

This past week from Friday 18 Nov thru 23 Nov 22, AAFES has large sales, yet the problem is if you order firearms online, it will take them
More than a full week to transfer them
To nearest exchange. I ordered 2 firearms and still have not received them, called customer service, they stated they shipped them. So far I look at my orders, sent to full filler, now it states Out of Stock. So, there is no integrity in calling customer service for status, they rather bs customer on status than help out. I called CS multiple times and they stated firearms were shipped. Also if you're using your star card to get an extra 10% discount. It might be worse Guess Aafes does not check their inventory.

Broken couch
October 18, 2022

Bought the couch online. It took 2 1/2 months to receive the couch. Didn't realize that the recliner was broken until after the delivery guys had left. I called customer service to return it. It took 3 weeks for them to come and get it. Now I have been calling every week for a month to get my money back and still haven't got any money yet.

chopmyexchange.com is a scam

When I ordered something on sale it goes out of stock and they cancel my order or it's allegedly damaged in shipping; either way I never get the sales item so I think it's a scam and the sales items don't even exist and when you call to complain all they want to do is try to sell you same item at a higher price now because the sales item allegedly went out of stock the instant you purchased it. I complained to the inspector generals office and all they do is refer you back to shop my exchange.com so apparently they're in on it too…..

I bought a bunch of iPad as gifts and because of the killer sale that they had I bought the max amount for later. I got flagged and had to talk to some jackass manager in the risk dept. Low and behold this guy starts interrogating me like I'm some sort of criminal. First off Myexchange, if you don't want people to buy an excessive amount why dont you put quantity limits like any other store would? Instead they rather flag your account and make you feel bad about spending money and call you some reseller. Well guess what? I dont need to spend my hard earned money on you guys, it was a plus that profits go to service members but when you make me feel like some kind of scammer, you guys can keep your items and I'll just pay another corporation that actually wants to take my money, at least they reward me for it.

Regarding their NOI to me, the orders # are not even mine AND they are not processing my order.

What a circus show.
