My second incident of refund issue via Shopee platform. Received defect item, images, video proof provided but not helpful to the case. Gotten bad service and being threatened by seller of bad rating is not remove the refund will not proceed even after to return the defect item. The whole event, seller never mentioned an apology for the bed item they sent. Their customer service manner is really really bad. The most humiliating is the Shopee propose a To return RM200 and no need return solutions. The product bought at RM291 with defect, I'm not sure is this the best solution they have been discussed and only inform to customer. Shopee platform has no such policy of protection that protect to the buyer. So pretty much agreement within the seller and the platform to make the decision. I won't continue using Shopee platform after this bad experience. Refund system takes a lot process and very time consuming. Sorry to say, Comparable to Lazada which they did a very efficient job on their refund system. Buyer feel much more safe and feeling protected. Atleast I feel ease and secure when shopping. You pay and you will be at Shoppe's mercy. They will deliver whenever they wish to, you have no control. That is if what you ordered EVER gets delivered. The vendors have no responsibility and they send the blame to the delivery crew. The delivery crew is unresponsive. Shopee does nor refund, rather they play the game of refund request under 'resolution' and they string you forever. This is no Amazon. This is internet thievery! Don't waste money with these hoodlums, crooks. The vendor is AEMVENTURE Pro Shop. Do not waste your money!

I got a wrong size item from the seller. Therefore, I opened a dispute and requested full refund & return of item to the seller. However, this agent "Wani" only gave me a partial refund and asked me to keep the item since it was still in good condition. Hello Auntie?! Why the hell do I want to keep a wrong size item even if it's in super condition?! Please don't be ridiculous and use your brain in your job!
Also, this agent "Wani" was shameless enough to notify me about the above solution only after the deadline! Meaning, I was forced to accept the offered solution without given a chance to disagree! The audacity and the shamelessness!

Shopee has just recently adopted new system of frequently cancel items when sellers unable to ship products or manage their stocks in time for delivery. This is not the right process of ecommerce. The company try to hit it big during particular day of campaign or promotion. Getting consumers to buy but in the end, they either face losing their coins, waiting long for delivery with no updates or worst cancellations without any informed notice. This is not how ecommerce is managed. The company need to stringent check if their sellers have available stocks during consumers purchase on destinated dates of promotion. These items ordered are in need by buyers most of time. As a consistent user of shopee I will now opt for other ecommerce platform.

Got scammed by the courier at Shopee. The courier did not deliver my package but lied that it was delivered. Reported to Shopee but Shopee agent closed the case because courier submitted a photo showing his hand holding a parcel. Stupid right? Anyone can hold a parcel and take a photo. How can that be proof of delivery? But guess what? Shopee released my money to pay for something that I never received. Ridiculous and no protection for buyer. Shopee did not make an ernest effort to investigate the theft of my purchase despite the seller's urging on my behalf to investigate the courier further. Shopee just kept politely replying my emails and closing the case. I had to keep writing in to Shopee to reopen the case. Extremely frustrating. The courier is J&T and the parcel went missing after it arrived at Sungai Pinang J&T centre in Penang. They continue to use this dishonest courier and put all their buyers at risk. What kind of shopping platform is that?

Purchase item and stuck at shopee express for delivery. After exceeding expected delivery date, I submit a refund request for non- receipt, to my surprise, both seller and shopee ignore my request although it stated 2 days response. Finally I receive the item and I want to return the item because of the delay. Again both shopee and seller did not allow to do so. Seller has 15 days of free return policy while shopee has 2 days refund request policy. Both policies just for fun only. They will not execute when the issue comes. This is the first time I come across a shopping platform that actually encourages selling of fake products. Sellers are protected as Shopee never take action against fake product advertisement to mislead buyers. Beware of words such as "OEM", "Factory", "Refurbished", etc. The return policy is a joke. Imagine buying something at 10 bucks and the product arrived broken/wrong/fake. Would you return it if the courier charges is 5 bucks? Most people would just shrugged it aside. And that's how most sellers do their business in $#*!pee. Selling poor quality or imitation products at low price by bulk, knowing buyers won't returning them due to the hassle and the forms to fill. Lazada would have higher integrity than this. And if you guys can wait on delivery time, AliExpress is still better.
