I was told that I have multiple accounts with the same delivery addresses and it is prohibited by Shopee. Despite I told them that we are from the same family, 100% will have the same delivery address, they suspended all the accounts in a sudden WITHOUT considering how much money in your accounts and how many orders still in transit. If any of the orders was not delivered, then I can't do anything or can't even monitor where is the order! They should limit buying but not rejected people to access their accounts! What type of stupid excuse is this?

Until then, when you do not need Shoppee to alleviate a problem you will not know just how incompetent and unhelpful Shoppee is. A slew of requests that you have to justify your request for refunds. Email after email that you need to show "evidence".
After years of spending thousands of dollars purchasing on Shoppee you now see them in a ugly light. You will now encounter their tardiness, dragging of heels and sheer foolishness.
User's recommendation: Do Not Buy From Shoppee. Or Hope that you never encounter problems.

Bought grass cutter with 5 years warranty from Shopee. After about 1 month, the grass cutter is not working and chat with the supplier about the warranty as advertised in shopee. However, the supplier said since I gave 2 stars review, there is no warranty! Submitted complaint to Shopee that they will investigate & reply in 3 days. However, I didn't receive any reply from them. Bad service & no feedback.

This shopping website makes its money from sellers of counterfeit products. Bought an Ecco golf shoe and realised that it was counterfeit when it leaked on first use and confirmed counterfeit by Ecco stores and unfortunately, both seller and shoppee are in business together since shoppee makes money no matter what and both decides that there is nothing they can do. Be careful as it is now worse than Lazada.
3 times Shopee canceled my order "automatically" without both buyer and selling consensus while the lorry picked up the items!
And it took a long time to refund for me and the items become not available, and the price increased!

Bad customer service! No proper solution given even after multiple calls to their HQ. Customer service representative cannot even reply a single email to further escalate my case! Shopee Malaysia should hire a more capable and responsible customer service manager!
A defective Coffee maker was sold to me by Shopee and despite 2 months of frustration and communications and sending detailed videos of the defective product they have refused to accept my compliant. After several emails they offered me a refund of 30% of the purchase price as a gesture - this is ridiculous. When a product is not working what good will it do to the customer to return 30% of purchase price.
I have never had such a bad experience with any online shopping that i have done in the last 6 years. Lazada and Amazon are very professional and ethical in handling compliants. Shopee seems to want to frustrate customers when they complain and Shopee hopes that the customer will just forget about the complaint - very unfortunate experience for me. Please be careful when you buy on Shopee platform.

How can shopee system allow delivery tracking to allow for force completed delivery when actual delivery has not been made yet. I hv 2 bad experiences w 1 possibly losing my RM600+ purchase. Careful guys when using shopee... best to use other platform 1st till they sort this out...

Purchase item and stuck at shopee express for delivery. After exceeding expected delivery date, I submit a refund request for non- receipt, to my surprise, both seller and shopee ignore my request although it stated 2 days response. Finally I receive the item and I want to return the item because of the delay. Again both shopee and seller did not allow to do so. Seller has 15 days of free return policy while shopee has 2 days refund request policy. Both policies just for fun only. They will not execute when the issue comes. Do not trust shopee, shopee express and Airbot malaysia.
I have ordered gas stove on 10/10/2022, until 21st of October the parcel not receive yet. Few times I have complain at Shopee Customer Service but no news at all. Finally I have to cancell my order till now pending for approve. Posble don't select Shopee express. Extremely poor service
Answer: Many scammer sellers. Some will deliver fake products and some malfunction products. Shopee will NOT help buyers to process return n refund until seller agrees, which they will not because tbey are scammers n Shopee allows it.
