Please do not order from them as they've sent out the wrong bikini (I ordered a size S bikini, and received a size S top and size L bottom!) and I have to pay EXTRA in order for me to receive the correct item. Really bad service!

I almost never write reviews, but I searched reviews to see if Cider is a legit company, so I want to lend my insight for others like me. I had a very positive experience ordering from Cider. I live in the US, so my order was delivered to me in about a week. Many negative reviews said shipping takes a long time or orders don't arrive at all! It seems like those are one-off situations, and I hope that Cider addresses those complaints appropriately.
Other negative reviews cite the return process to be a nightmare - this is something that I didn't deal experience. I did initiate a return for a refund on some tops that were too large (because I mis-measured myself), but Cider offered me store credit and didn't ask me to ship the items back. Therefore, I cannot comment on an actual return and full refund process.
The clothing fit as expected, and the quality was as expected. I just want customers to know that this company is legit, not a scam. They even sent free small gifts with mine and friends' purchases which was nice.

I placed my first CIDER order recently and was very excited to check their products out but noticed that the order was processing for an unusual amount of time. I reached out to their customer service and got an INSTANT response via WhatsApp. The agent was incredibly helpful, quick and informative! They let me know that one one my items was out of stock and that the store was waiting to ship my stuff altogether but IMMEDIATELY offered to split my shipment so I could have everything else on the way. Can't wait to get my products and order again

I really do enjoy this site. They have cute clothes, fast shipping and even more sizing. As someone like me. It is difficult to find the right sizing so I'm glad they are inclusive.

Made three orders with cider and have been happy with them every time. Quality is hit or miss but it's never terrible. Always arrives on time, even preorders

Cider provides good quality clothes for good prices. I do think that their sales are able to make up for some expensive prices they have. Overall it's a not bad clothing site.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company and I haven't even received my items yet. My order had an expected arrival date of 13 days ago, but I haven't had any tracking updates. I reached out to customer service last and they told me that it was in customs and I'd receive it in a few days. I did not. I reached out to OnTrac, who they supposedly sent it to, but they never received the package, but then I saw on Cider that my item was released from customs before I ever even spoke to their customer service. I attempted to join their customer service chat again and sat in chat with no response from the customer service rep for over an hour. I NEVER received a response. I reached out on Twitter and STILL did not receive a response. Finally I reached out by email and 1 business day later received a response telling me that my package might be lost and to give them 5-7 days to look for it. In my email to them, I also asked why I sat in the customer service chat with absolutely no response, but they did not answer that. However, based on this experience, I don't feel confident that I am getting my items or my money back if I don't receive them considering they didn't want to talk to after they "lost" my items. For reference, the first time I contacted the customer service chat, I received a reply within 2 minutes. Anyways, RUN from this company. Their customer service is severely lacking.

Could use a few more plus size options but has a lot more plus size clothes than other brands. And their plus size clothes arent boring, unflattering, or middle aged soccor mom core. Its actually fashion wich is great!

I ordered two sweater vests for a trip and sadly it took so long to ship that I didn't get to pack them on my trip. Shipping took about three weeks so be prepared!

They have such cute stuff and all different kinds of aesthetics and cool interests. I really like how they have retro and vintage styles along with modern designs as well.

I was skeptical when my daughter put some items from Cider on her wish list but I took a chance and went ahead and ordered it even though it came from out of the country…I have had awful experiences from other companies like this before: receiving clothing made out of felt or paper not being sewn being too small etc. but this company runs true to size and the quality of their fabric is really really good…I have always wanted a velvet dress and the one I got looks exactly like velvet and it's very comfy cozy stretchy in an amazing blue color. Cider's pictures and descriptions are honest and consistent with the items I received. I ordered a belt that is good quality metal with a cool celestial design…I will be proud to give this item as a Christmas gift! The only con I can see is that they do not have plus size belts but my daughter is an artist and makes jewelry so she will Definitely be able to add on some chains to fit around her belly lol!

The clothes came exactly like in the pictures, the size chart also helps to know what size you can fit in. The shipping was fast and tracking was always updated.

I've placed an order on November 24th and was told the delivery time would be between 15-18 business days. My order has been divided to 4 different packages and during that time only 1 arrived while the others were stuck in the same place outside of my country for 26 days and every time I contacted costumers service to ask where are my orders and why one of them arrived while the others have not even gotten on a plane, my question was avoided and I was hold told to wait until the time frame has passed. After 19 business days (29 normal days) I have contacted them saying my orders are not even on a plane yet and I need something done about it and instead of telling what is going on I was told to wait another extra week. I have waited another extra week and contacted them again saying the packages have yet to arrive once again and I want a refund. The agent finally told me the first order was shipped from a different warehouse and that they have been stuck for almost for weeks waiting for a plane and told me that the packages have gotten on a plane a few hours prior and I could either be refunded or wait for the packages once again which she said should arrive within 7-18 days. At this point I was livid and just wanted my money back and requested a refund once again and was refunded for the part the didn't arrive and instead of giving me the order like any company would do as compensation for waiting 2 months (as it would be if I had chosen to wait for the order) they shipped the packages back to the warehouse and even deducted from the points I received for my purchase. Now while I may have understood had I just cancelled my order after a week, I have waited at that point for over a month due to their issues and not my own which should not have become my problem but somehow did and I was not compensated in any way what so ever for the mistakes that they have made with my order. Over a month of waiting and being ignored when I was wondering what had happened to the packages that have been payed for with my money (253.57$) and all I got was a partial refund and a deduction from the points I received for making the purchase.
