I love shopping on the Cider app. Customer service is always top notch. My last order I bought my normal size but realized that the measurements for the garment I purchased weren't my normal measurements for that size I typically buy from Cider. However, I noticed after it was already shipped and I bought it with a credit. I messaged Cider and asked if there was anyway I could return if I don't open the package being as though store policy is final sale for store credit. The customer service representative was very helpful in telling me how that could be worked out, going the extra mile to talk to her superiors to help resolve the issue. Grateful. Love shopping with Cider and will continue.

I discovered this online shop though instagram and I decided to check out their brand since they have quite a lot of trendy pieces!
I've read that they are a drop shipping company, not 100% on that but it seems true because people have found similar items on aliexpress (only certain ones though, they DO have many UNIQUE pieces ive never seen before)
WEBSITE: Quite cute/aesthetic and easy to navigate. Sizing is easy to check as they have a chart with cm and inch measurements available right on the same page. An interesting thing that I noted from Cider is that they have shipping dates for each of their sizes.

I love your stuff but I had a problem with one of the sweaters I bought. I bought a medium and it was too big so I ordered a xtra small and when it came it was the same size as the medium way too big. I have order 3 more things and I am hoping the sizing is better. I found some really cute clothing on Cider. I picked out some dresses and clicked size XL. I am a size 14. Then I thought I'd just check the size comparison chart just in case. The XL (which is the biggest size they have in all these dresses) is equal to a USA size 10. Cider you are calling size 10 women extra large? Really disappointed. No wonder everyone has eating disorders

I recently ordered a pair of pants from Cider. The pants were not only ill fitting ( way too big) but they are poorly made and the fabric feels like thick nylon, hot and uncomfortable to wear. The return policy is free shipping and returns within 14 days. The company refuses to allow me to print out a return label and instead of crediting my Visa card as I requested, they gave me a store credit. I'm not shopping at Cider again so I don't want or need the store credit. They refuse to honor the free shipping and want me to pay for the return, that's fraudulent behavior. Buyer beware!

Contacted support five times about a lost package, received NO help. Wasted $$$, wasted time. Have ordered from them before and liked the clothes, but when it mattered, this cost me money for clothes I never got.

Everything is great, until you need to return something. They are giving me a run around to return few item, and do not return my money. Please be aware of that if you buy from them. I packed everything correctly and I return the next day that I received. Really this is a big scam.

I have still not received my package and spent almost $100. The estimated delivery date just updates everyday but as far as I can see there has been no movement for days when it is supposed to be in my city at some warehouse. I don't expect to receive my package at this point. They use Ontrac and its terrible, I wouldn't order from anywhere that uses them for delivery.

Certainly won't be ordering from here again never received my order. They said the company I work for has moved but it hasn't so they obviously never tried to deliver it so don't buy anything from.

Merchandise not received when listed as delivered. Company is extremely difficult to communicate customer's concerns. Responses to concerns appear to be computer generated with no regard for customer service. I was a first time buyer with a very negative experience and no merchandise for $149.60.

I ordered some items last month and they never arrived.
After calling the delivery company who claims I wasn't home at 13:30 (I work remote, so I'm always home during business hours), I mailed Cider, who also claimed I wasn't home and that the delivery guy must've given it to one of my neighbours. I would be fine with that, if he would've left a note in my mailbox saying which neighbour, as I live in a city center.
Anyway, I checked with the people who live around me and no one has received anything. You'd think "well maybe they kept it", they never did before (as most of them are men) so why would they want them now?
After two weeks of mailing back and forward, still no answers on where the order is or what might happen to fix the problem.
Mistakes happen, I'm cool with that. But figure out on how to fix them too.
They're a new business, so errors might accure, but then also be flexible with the refunds. I don't even want my money back, I just really want the clothes I ordered.

I ordered over £100 worth of stuff in May (over a month again) and most of the stuff that came wasn't good quality compared to the photos on the website. So I submitted a return as standard. The items came in 2 packages so I needed to get 2 return labels but they only sent me one (for yodel) so I thought I would go post office and send them back myself (paid for by myself with Royal Mail) and by my mistake I forgot to get a tracking number and now all of a sudden my order is missing and they don't have my return even though I have proof of the return by a receipt. The customer service is shocking and all they kept saying is we need a tracking number when I don't have one it was standard Royal Mail postage. I have to pay £93 for items I don't own or have anymore. I am out of pockage for the postage and now have to pay for items I don't even own and have sent back! Avoid at all costs they are rubbish company. My first and last order with cider!

The main app is really easy to navigate and with the customiable style preferences the recommended clothes match your style making it easier to find clothes you like. The clothes I have order have also have had high quality cloth and have even come with free extras like a tape measure and stickers.
