This company changed my expedited shipping to standard against my knowing. I'm leaving the country soon. They refused to cancel the order or refund me, even after I provided screenshots that the order had not yet shipped, and the payment was still pending. There's only an email to reach reps at, and they are no help at all. The reps also won't connect you to a supervisor. The delivery company they use does not respond to tickets, takes forever to deliver, and barely provides updates on tracking. Be very cautious with this company.

This company changed my expedited shipping to standard against my knowing. I'm leaving the country soon. They refused to cancel the order or refund me, even after I provided screenshots that the order had not yet shipped, and the payment was still pending. There's only an email to reach reps at, and they are no help at all. The reps also won't connect you to a supervisor. I had placed an order during their sale (which was advertised on their website and on many social media platforms). They cancelled my order recently citing that they made an error in prices on their part.

Dishonest company, very poor customer service. They should adhere to their advertised online prices.

Just before Taylor swift (I'm talking minutes before) I moved my strap the slightest inch forward. At the tiniest move I definitely wasn't expecting it to fully pop and for the strap to break. Obviously this happened last minute so I had no other option to pin it with two pins from the hotel lobby. Those pins making any movement I did difficult as I worried that they would open. Anyway I technically spent my whole night fixing my dress. Please got stronger fabric! The dress itself was beautiful but just not strong at all. I'll repeat one more time that I only adjusted the strap half an inch and that was enough for the poorly made fabric to break.

Believe it or not, it's not only the fabulous clothes on Cider that make me want to go back; it's the awesome customer service as well. There will be times where issues with clothes come up, that's inevitable but I know I'm okay because their customer service is there 24/7 to take care of me; answering within minutes and solving my issues "expert-ly". Definitely buying something again!

Lots of Flash Sales and they do lives where a model tries on clothes so you could see how they fit on you.

BEWARE of returns! So Cider offer a free return service…great?! No. I ordered recently a big order from cider, unfortunately some items were not available to all be shipped together so cider shipped the order in TWO parcels. The first parcel arrived and nothing was of use but of course I couldn't return anything as the other half of my order had not arrived yet….when it did I decided to start my return. Unfortunately as the order came in two separate packages I needed two return labels as the returns would not fit in one parcel. Cider refused and stated only label is allowed. I argued this and said if you the company has decided to split the order into TWO separate parcels then why am I the customer expected to fit it back in ONE parcel?! The customer service agent advised me to "get a big box". I explained that this is not acceptable and other reputable companies would have understood this! After my whole experience I would not shop at cider again.

I've placed an order on November 24th and was told the delivery time would be between 15-18 business days. My order has been divided to 4 different packages and during that time only 1 arrived while the others were stuck in the same place outside of my country for 26 days and every time I contacted costumers service to ask where are my orders and why one of them arrived while the others have not even gotten on a plane, my question was avoided and I was hold told to wait until the time frame has passed. After 19 business days (29 normal days) I have contacted them saying my orders are not even on a plane yet and I need something done about it and instead of telling what is going on I was told to wait another extra week. I have waited another extra week and contacted them again saying the packages have yet to arrive once again and I want a refund. The agent finally told me the first order was shipped from a different warehouse and that they have been stuck for almost for weeks waiting for a plane and told me that the packages have gotten on a plane a few hours prior and I could either be refunded or wait for the packages once again which she said should arrive within 7-18 days. At this point I was livid and just wanted my money back and requested a refund once again and was refunded for the part the didn't arrive and instead of giving me the order like any company would do as compensation for waiting 2 months (as it would be if I had chosen to wait for the order) they shipped the packages back to the warehouse and even deducted from the points I received for my purchase. Now while I may have understood had I just cancelled my order after a week, I have waited at that point for over a month due to their issues and not my own which should not have become my problem but somehow did and I was not compensated in any way what so ever for the mistakes that they have made with my order. Over a month of waiting and being ignored when I was wondering what had happened to the packages that have been payed for with my money (253.57$) and all I got was a partial refund and a deduction from the points I received for making the purchase.

I rarely write reviews, but in this situation I felt compelled:

When I first came across Cider, I fell in love! Their products are adorable, their prices are reasonable, and their packaging is eco-friendly. This was my new favorite store, and I let their business know! I was excited.

However…

Unaware of their very short 2-week refund turnaround, I went to return some items just shortly after their deadline. They told me I was too late for a refund and that they would not be accepting my returns. When I asked for an exception (as I'm a loyal customer, I've already spent hundreds of dollars at their business, and I thought I had the typical 30-day return) they refused. Although frustrating, they did compensate me with a modest store credit. This at least sustained my interest.

I used the store credit to make another purchase. I loved every product delivered! I just needed to exchange two items for the correct sizes.

When I contacted them again, they told me they were not yet set up for exchanges. When I asked if I could return and repurchase the EXACT same items in the correct size for the same price, they refused. They told me they did not accept "store credit" refunds. If I wanted to get the correct sizes, I would need to order again and pay the full price.

I pushed back and asked if they could make an exception, letting them know again I was a loyal customer, that their store credit was a gift to me, and that I was simply EXCHANGING two items for the correct sizes. They still refused, letting me know I should have spent better time considering sizes prior to purchasing.

I let them know it was irrational to lose a customer over a $25 credit/policy. They still dismissed me, telling me (as this back and forth conversation took a day) that I was now out of time to refund any items at all.

This was infuriating. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they did not connect me. I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere and they were fine with it.

I would not recommend this store. Although they sport a trendy style, their customer care, support and satisfaction are not priority. Unfortunately, Cider values strict policies over patronage.

I will be seeking out competitors who better understand the modern online business world. Cider is not worth the time, effort, or hassle. Look elsewhere…

I have ordered from Cider for a total of 3 times now- the first order was never shipped out so after a week I canceled. Second order went ok. Placed my third order last weekend and paid extra for express shipping to get it here for this weekend. Kept tracking it, and then this morning it said it was 'returned to sender' before ever leaving China. Customer service offered to refund me so I can place a new order! NOPE! Never!

I ordered a few tank tops, a dress, a skirt, and a few accessories from Cider and shipping took a couple weeks. When I finally received the items, several of the straps were uneven and sewed wrong making the fabric bigger in the wrong areas. Sizing was also off. I ordered my size based on their guidelines and received items that were not even close.

I only had a week window to return my items and after that I only have the option to pay to ship my $150 order back for a refund or get a 30% credit. I will never be shopping at cider again. What a scam.

Contacted support five times about a lost package, received NO help. Wasted $$$, wasted time. Have ordered from them before and liked the clothes, but when it mattered, this cost me money for clothes I never got.

I have still not received my package and spent almost $100. The estimated delivery date just updates everyday but as far as I can see there has been no movement for days when it is supposed to be in my city at some warehouse. I don't expect to receive my package at this point. They use Ontrac and its terrible, I wouldn't order from anywhere that uses them for delivery.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company and I haven't even received my items yet. My order had an expected arrival date of 13 days ago, but I haven't had any tracking updates. I reached out to customer service last and they told me that it was in customs and I'd receive it in a few days. I did not. I reached out to OnTrac, who they supposedly sent it to, but they never received the package, but then I saw on Cider that my item was released from customs before I ever even spoke to their customer service. I attempted to join their customer service chat again and sat in chat with no response from the customer service rep for over an hour. I NEVER received a response. I reached out on Twitter and STILL did not receive a response. Finally I reached out by email and 1 business day later received a response telling me that my package might be lost and to give them 5-7 days to look for it. In my email to them, I also asked why I sat in the customer service chat with absolutely no response, but they did not answer that. However, based on this experience, I don't feel confident that I am getting my items or my money back if I don't receive them considering they didn't want to talk to after they "lost" my items. For reference, the first time I contacted the customer service chat, I received a reply within 2 minutes. Anyways, RUN from this company. Their customer service is severely lacking.

I found some really cute clothing on Cider. I picked out some dresses and clicked size XL. I am a size 14. Then I thought I'd just check the size comparison chart just in case. The XL (which is the biggest size they have in all these dresses) is equal to a USA size 10. Cider you are calling size 10 women extra large? Really disappointed. No wonder everyone has eating disorders

Your ordering from a foreign country, yes they say they do returns. However, if your daughter has a dance in 8 days,then what. The same measurements exactly and one is completely different then this place. But this dress was like 2 bigger sizes then she needed.

I ordered over £100 worth of stuff in May (over a month again) and most of the stuff that came wasn't good quality compared to the photos on the website. So I submitted a return as standard. The items came in 2 packages so I needed to get 2 return labels but they only sent me one (for yodel) so I thought I would go post office and send them back myself (paid for by myself with Royal Mail) and by my mistake I forgot to get a tracking number and now all of a sudden my order is missing and they don't have my return even though I have proof of the return by a receipt. The customer service is shocking and all they kept saying is we need a tracking number when I don't have one it was standard Royal Mail postage. I have to pay £93 for items I don't own or have anymore. I am out of pockage for the postage and now have to pay for items I don't even own and have sent back! Avoid at all costs they are rubbish company. My first and last order with cider!

The company should sent people multiple return labels if they have more than one parcel first of all so they don’t have to pay for it themselves and then things like this wouldn’t happen again!!!
