Cider provides good quality clothes for good prices. I do think that their sales are able to make up for some expensive prices they have. Overall it's a not bad clothing site.

Cider is such an amazing company, great clothing and wonderful customer service. Very friendly and helpful

Believe it or not, it's not only the fabulous clothes on Cider that make me want to go back; it's the awesome customer service as well. There will be times where issues with clothes come up, that's inevitable but I know I'm okay because their customer service is there 24/7 to take care of me; answering within minutes and solving my issues "expert-ly". Definitely buying something again!

I've ordered from Cider multiple times and all my purchases have come on time, good packaging, and exactly what I wanted.

Placed an order in November. Didn't arrive. I contacted Cider who claim there was a delay. I waited patiently. Contacted them again. They told me to chase Evri although that's the sellers responsibility. Tried again no reply. Tried again as an angry customer and 'Rebecca' replied. Will not refund although they have no grounds to not refund! I paid for an item that never arrived. Shipping label correct, no negligence on my part, apparently item is on its way back to Hong Kong! Offering 10% discount or credit vouchers! Currently in a dispute with Cider who being based outside UK know there is little I can do. I think they make it purposely difficult in the hopes you will give up. As a person with severe anxiety they are definitely affecting my mental health. Don't use!

I emailed again 8/01/23 still no response! What is your correct email cider? The full email. I don't use social media.

FURTHER CONTACT WITH CIDER:

They now claim I wasn't home when delivery was attempted, lies. I am housebound due to agoraphobia and have CCTV to prove no attempt was made! Maybe my package was one dumped by Evri in Chatham
Have mentioned this but they are choosing to ignore. Claim it costs them to return and hope I can sympathize with them! A joke. Still no refund. Utter a***holes

I love shopping on the Cider app. Customer service is always top notch. My last order I bought my normal size but realized that the measurements for the garment I purchased weren't my normal measurements for that size I typically buy from Cider. However, I noticed after it was already shipped and I bought it with a credit. I messaged Cider and asked if there was anyway I could return if I don't open the package being as though store policy is final sale for store credit. The customer service representative was very helpful in telling me how that could be worked out, going the extra mile to talk to her superiors to help resolve the issue. Grateful. Love shopping with Cider and will continue.

The clothes always fits. The feel of them is super comfortable. The right dresses hug in the right places.

I shop with cider all the time! I can't be sure about the straight size section, but they have fantastic plus size options that look and feel very high quality. I do wish some of the straight size options came with more accessible sizing, but their selection is good nonetheless!

They have such cute stuff and all different kinds of aesthetics and cool interests. I really like how they have retro and vintage styles along with modern designs as well.

I love this clothing site! It isn't too expensive and it produces high quality clothing! I've not been disappointed with any of the clothing I've brought from there

No other store offers the kind of variety that Cider does. And I'm fairly certain I own 60-80% of its pantsuits at this point. For the design caliber, speed of delivery and price point, no other app — or brick-and-mortar store — holds a candle. I'm so grateful to have found Cider and have to stop myself from ordering all of the time. The only thing to keep in mind is the strength of your washing machine. I recently had one Cider shirt fray after its first wash. This doesn't often happen, but be sure to err on the side of caution and wash on the delicate cycle.

Every dress I've ordered from Cider Curve has been incredible in sizing and in quality. The only qualm I have is that the balconette bust dresses could be more shaped for support. Nothing a great strapless, push-up can't fix. Otherwise, I absolutely love all of my purchases!

I was skeptical when my daughter put some items from Cider on her wish list but I took a chance and went ahead and ordered it even though it came from out of the country…I have had awful experiences from other companies like this before: receiving clothing made out of felt or paper not being sewn being too small etc. but this company runs true to size and the quality of their fabric is really really good…I have always wanted a velvet dress and the one I got looks exactly like velvet and it's very comfy cozy stretchy in an amazing blue color. Cider's pictures and descriptions are honest and consistent with the items I received. I ordered a belt that is good quality metal with a cool celestial design…I will be proud to give this item as a Christmas gift! The only con I can see is that they do not have plus size belts but my daughter is an artist and makes jewelry so she will Definitely be able to add on some chains to fit around her belly lol!

The quality of the clothing is very good and so is the price. The clothes are quirky and unique which is why I love cider

Cider is the BEST clothes shop with so much variety in clothes and styles, it doesn't matter what you like to wear because cider has got you covered, I love this shop!
