I was a bit nervous to order because of negative reviews I read, but decided to order- best decision I made! It only took 3 buisness days for my order to arrive! The sizing is perfect, packaging is great and secure. 10/10, definitely recommend!
Horrible customer service! Having a difficult time signing in to member account. So I called 1800# to get help. The CS rep basically said I cant help you. I asked for a manager and after 18 minutes of being on hold, Stephanie got on the phone, she said I'm not sure why you cant sign in and I can't reset your account because you have an AOL email address. She also said she could not take payment over the phone... Neimans, Bloomingdale, Bergdorf and countless other companies take payment over the phone with just basic information... but not shopbop... hummmm... Will NEVER shop here!
Have just been told that I will be charged for "refusal costs" and "import duties" for a parcel that apparently has been refused by me, however your delivery service never told me that they tried to deliver 3 times? I also tried to pay online for the delivery but they didn't let me me, saying that they only take cash.
My intention was to receive the goods and was not aware that I "refused" the goods?
Thanks for charging me import duties and refusal fees for delivery I had every intention of receiving. These costs nearly amount to the actual delivery cost.
Customer Service is superb, even though I couldn't cancel an order once. But I can't do that at ASOS or Sephora either, the computerized systems are just so fast they can't cancel it, so think well before clicking. They ship through the amazon network and I got my package to Vancouver in less than 3 days, right on time for an event I had. I found the merchandise to be of excellent quality and perfectly wrapped.
So frustrating. I ordered a bag during a 25% off sale, received a confirmation of the order and a shipment email stating that the bag was being shipped. 10 days later I still haven't received anything so I called to find out the bag was out of stock. Well, thanks for the heads up. FAIL!
I bought an item from them for next day delivery and paid extra for it. The page showed me the delivery day as the next day. However, the item was not delivered and when I reached out to them, they denied the promised delivery date and did not return my overnight shipping fee. I wanted to give them a try; however, definitely not shopping from them again.
Experience with shopbop.com is also horrible for me like most of the users here. I bought a dress for my girlfriend but they delay even after 15 days i not got my delivery and also they not reply to my e-mail. At same time I bought from http://robecart.com better dress with lesser price within 4-5 days also 365 days return policy if not like.
I have purchased 3 pairs of Levi's 501 skinny jeans. Size 24 purchased was exactly same as size 25... but as per Shopbop it is not their problem but the customer's. Instead of helping with the refund and covering the return shipping costs they have claimed that they are not responsible for sizing. But as the jeans are obviously faulty it is the seller who should manege that with the manufacturer instead of client being responsible for unnecessary costs. Super unhelpful.
Quality of some of their merchandise is terrible. Tired of sending things back. Bought a cuff by Cynthia Desser. The clasp broke after wearing it only a few times. I sent it back and got another one. It broke too! Their prices aren't cheap, so I don't understand why they sell cheap stuff. I no longer trust Shopbop
Ordered a dress one month ago. Not received. Ordered a pair of undies 2.5 weeks ago. Not received. Ordered a purse a couple days ago, not received. Hopefully it'll be here soon or I'll smack someone. And the things better look great.
Poor delivery services in Romania
Poor delivery services in Romania, since they work with DHL which refuses to deliver the parcel without: additional forms, personal info and moreover to pay the transport fee again since the invoice was issued with the total amount (product + fee + duties). I didn't received the parcel and I decided to let it go. It is a shame!
Ordered a $92.00 bodysuit, was sent a $28.00 pair of panties. Called them, explained the situation, they apologized and sent me what should have been the right thing (in 2 sizes, so I effectively bought 2 more). The 2 replacement "bodysuits" arrived and lo and behold, 2 more pairs of $28.00 panties! I have spent $276.00 this week on this website and gotten 0% of what I wanted. God awful service!
I ordered for items and paid with bitcoin. Now on my end, the payment was successful while at their end they claim they don't see it then they claim not to see my order. Imagine I was asked to pay again. I was able to recover through the expertise of finetouch. Tech

I ordered a Cleobella bag from this site. These next days are my worst shopping experience in my life. They kept me waiting for my order whole week without any email confirmation or explaination. When I received my bag, it looks like there is s. O used it before. I sent an email to complain and asked to return it. Once again, I had been waiting for a long long time. Finally, there is an email sent to me but I could not return this order because I did'nt comply their Terms and Conditions. All things I did were sent an email to them. Does sending complaint email to them mean to not comply their Terms and Conditions? I am so disappointed that I did not asked again.
Luckily, I have owned a trendy bag after 3 days order at a new website named fsession.com that my friend recommended me. There is no need to come around and find out the reputed website again because I have Fsession.
I placed an order for a pair of Veja sneakers at Shopbop. The sneakers cost US$120. I entered the promo code provided in the website. The checkout showed that I succeeded in having a 15% off discount. That means I just paid US$102 for the product.
However, I found that US$120 were deducted from my credit card account. I asked the shop to do immediate follow-up and return US$18.00 to my card account.
I have sent six emails to the Customer Service for enquiry, but they have not responded to any of my request. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of response and their service.
I NEVER recieved my items! The costumer service was as many previously wrote HORRIBLE! They refuse to help in any way! I got a confirmation that I was to receive my package within 2-4 days... well its been 3 weeks now and still nothing! And none wants to help in any way possible! I even spoke to their manager and she was just as useless!

The 1st time, i bought a red bag, it looks very well. However, the 2nd time i bought a tory burch bag, it just like a Second-hand item, luckily, the customer service help me return it no shipping fee. I will been shopped there more times.
I love this site for the inventory they have the discounts (they also have free shipping both ways). I also like that they have a "my hearts" section so if they have new markdowns I can see all my favorite items right away as they sell out fast.
I recently purchased a blouse and then it went from 50% off to 70% off 3 days later. I called customer service and they honored a price match and refunded the difference to my card.
The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that they sell out of my size (xs) quickly.
International return is flat rate fixed at USD35. I've paid USD15 for shipping and didn't know they rob you USD35 for return. This is the highest i ever come across so far. The way they set the return fee so high is only wanting to stop you from returning regardless what situation you are facing. Please do avoid buying from this website unless you prepare to lose USD35 for any wrong sizing or fitting. And i am forced to receive a defective product just because it is costing me USD35 for any return regardless of your purchase value. It's a shame for them to charge so high for international business. If you can't come out something affordable for RMA, don't offer international business.
Terrible service from Shopbop.
I bought a flip flop last week but cannot receive tracking updates until yesterday. Therefore, I sent an email to follow up it. Unfortunately, their CS just tell me THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ANY ISSUE AND NOTICE! Unless I sent this email to ask for, I have no ideas that the order had been cancelled :( Plus, they LOCK MY MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON and I cannot login to view on the situation with my account.
When I get into their website, I found that THE PRODUCT IS STILL SELLING IN WEBSITE WITHOUT ANY CHANGES! I'm really don't understand what happens to them, have to cancel my order with enough stock :(
