Terrible service from Shopbop.
I bought a flip flop last week but cannot receive tracking updates until yesterday. Therefore, I sent an email to follow up it. Unfortunately, their CS just tell me THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ANY ISSUE AND NOTICE! Unless I sent this email to ask for, I have no ideas that the order had been cancelled :( Plus, they LOCK MY MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON and I cannot login to view on the situation with my account.
When I get into their website, I found that THE PRODUCT IS STILL SELLING IN WEBSITE WITHOUT ANY CHANGES! I'm really don't understand what happens to them, have to cancel my order with enough stock :(
