I wish I did a thorough google search for Shopbop reviews prior to my purchase.
The Ad for Shopbop on google stated that it is 4.8 stars rating for reviews, but in reality, this company is trying to cheat their customers.
In bold writings it stated clearly on their website that they have free returns, which is huge for my online shopping experiences, because you never know how each gourmet and shoes will fit according to their style and cut. And yet, when I return the items 2 days after receiving it, they sent me an email after 10 days stating that it arrived at their warehouse and the refund is in process. They charged me for the return knowing that I am qualified for the free return requirements:
"30-DAY RETURNS (FREE within 15 days) A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the U.S. Return arrives at Shopbop within 15 days of date of receipt (allow 7 days' transit time)"
I tried to email them with the overcharging via email, and guess what? The email got bounced back three times! Initially i thought i made a mistake with the email address, but in fact, the customer service email address doesn't even exist!
So I had to call to resolve this issue. I called the customer service to state my issue and the person who answered my call told me that the start of that 15 days free return policy is counting from the day I placed the order, which is not what they stated on the website (within 15 days of date of receipt)! OMG... they made it sound like they are doing me a favor for returning what they've overcharged me for. Not a single Sorry!
I have a feeling that they've always been overcharging customers for the "free" return shipping and hope that customer won't catch it or simply just didn't want to bother calling and go through this inconvenient process. There are better online shopping website and more pleasant experiences out there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT WILL GIVE YOU SO MUCH HEADACHE... such a waste of my time.
I recently purchased a Disney X Coach 50th anniversary field tote 40 bag from Shopbop. I'm not very familiar with Shopping at Shopbop but at the time there was a coupon code which gave me 20% off the price. Being that the coupon offer was too good to pass up I decided to purchase with shopbop.com. The price came down over $100 which was amazing compared to buying it straight from the Coach website. After I purchased, since I didn't hear about this website very much but I know that it is a running website that's been around for a while, I just decided to look up the reviews on the place and saw so many negative reviews. I was a little leery and afraid after reading the reviews and after making my purchase wondering if I had made a mistake. It took a few days to receive my purchase I made my purchase on April 10,2022 and received my item April 19,2022. The length and time was not so bad considering it was only took about nine days for everything with being processed and being shipped out and sent and delivered. I received my package in a large box because the tote is quite large. The box had a beautiful pink lining. The item was wrapped so well and so nicely with a nice little card inside holding the invoice and return sticker. I found this website amazing and I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. The carrier that shipped my item was Amazon. I received the package via regular Amazon driver. He set my package down in the garage for me and was very courteous. The box had no dents at all it was perfect wasn't squished or anything. So I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews but my experience was awesome and I would probably shop with them again being that it was so great! My bag was beautiful it was wrapped nicely, delivery was perfect, and the customer service reps over the phone are very courteous and helpful and answer the phone every time. I would recommend them! Shopbop was great! I give them two thumbs up!
I placed my first and likely only order with Shopbop on June 19. I am a Prime member, and logged in using my Prime account. I was told I would receive Prime's free 2 day shipping. Shopbop claimed to have mailed the package on June 20th. I was provided a tracking number by the company.
As of June 23rd, I still had not received the package. When I attempted to track the package using the aforementioned tracking number, the USPS website told me that they had not yet received it from the sender. I then logged into the Shopbop website for additional information. Shopbop informed me that the package was "Delayed" without further information.
I tried to contact Shopbop by every available method to garner more information as to what might have happened to my package. Their live chat was not working. I called customer service multiple times. The first time I sat on hold for over an hour before giving up. Subsequent calls led straight to disconnect. I also emailed repeatedly. I received multiple, identical form messages in return, encouraging me to call the phone number.
Late in the afternoon, after hours of trying, I was finally was able to get a hold of a person on their telephone customer service. He was apologetic, told me the package was likely lost, and that they would resend it. He offered to request that the package be overnighted, and promised to check in with updates.
It is now late in the day on June 24th. Having received no updates, I checked back in to the Shopbop website. Shopbop once again claims to have shipped the package. The new shipper, this time UPS, claims once again to not have received it. I called Shopbop again. The representative informed me that they never requested the overnight as they had offered to do yesterday. She is sure that UPS has the package, and that the package will arrive next week, although currently UPS begs to differ. This will be at a minimum 8 - 10 days after my original order, which was supposed to arrive in 2 days.
This was my first experience with Shopbop, and will almost certainly my last. I encourage other prospective buyers be wary.
I have been waiting for an overseas order and it arrived in the UK weeks ago but still hasnt arrived to me. From April to June and not recieved.
Im ok with long delays BUT IM NOT OK with delivery not being looked into and gicen an explanation for delays. This company responded to me by fobbing me off. Telling me to wait and repeating that and saying get back to us on this date and still doing nothing when I did.
I was at the point of begging for the them to assist as it hadbeen in my country of destinstion for weeks but wasnt with me still.
I couldnt chase it up as the website didnt allow.
Even when I complained a few times I was not happy I was told I should chase it up which I had already been doing. Its like my emails were not being read at times. Its rude. Customer service is lacking.
Still today 2nd June and no delivery... they are disrespectful to me as a long term customer and I spend over $500 US dollars on these items alone. Never mind the VAT etc that I will get charged for import.
Ive used them for years and NOT anymore as they were OK being unpleasant back to me when I wasjust asking for assistance.
I do not reccommend thrm. Ive a choice of Farfetch, Matches, ASOS which I will continue to use. Not more business frommeasI do not believe disrespecting customers. They should be treated individually and with respect espacislly during these bleak times when you should appreciate clients more when competition is rife.
No more business from me and I personally would NOT RECOMMEND THEM to overseas shoppers.

En la pagina web no te especifican que te van a cobrar impuestos en los alanceles, el precio esta bajo porque no cuenta los impuestos.
Hay muchas otras pagina webs de compras europeas o del pais donde vives que no te cobraran este impuesto y te dejan cambiar. En Shopbob "te dejan cambiar", para hacerlo tienes que devolver el producto (20$ para devolver el producto desdel donde estoy) y volver a hacer la compra (puede que te cobren otra vez los alanceles y el coste de envio, si la compra no supera a x euros).
Lo que me costo al comprar unos pantalones en esta shopbop:
70€ (precio pantalon) + 20€ (aranceles) =90€
Los pantalones que me llegaron no me va bien la talla, si lo quiero cambiar me costaria:
70€ + 20€ + 50€(devolucion) + 6€ (envio) + 20€ (aranceles) = 164 €
Estos pantalones si lo compro en el centro comercial me cuesta 81€
