The P. E NATION Game Day Jacket went on sale on Amazon for $52 less than what I paid, the day after I received the jacket.
Yet when I called ShopBop.com to ask for them to honor the sale price, they said that because I bought the jacket on Amazon, they're unable to adjust the price.
This company is owned by Amazon, so unclear why they can't honor their own sale price on Amazon.
Completely unacceptable.
I ordered a pair of Puma Thunder creme Tan colour from reputable Shopbop a month ago... and as usual Shopbop always deliver fast so I received it in 3-4 days time but was extremely shock that they send me the wrong colour, so I emailed them hoping they can send me the right colour but unfortunately the size I wanted was out of stock. I was very upset cuz I really like that pair of sneakers. And I have to take the trouble to send it back for refund.
And last week when I was searching for the same shoes online, Shopbop has the size again! I was very happy so I ordered again! And I can't believe they send me the wrong colour once again! Now I have to ask my family member to return for me as I'm not in Singapore.
They credit a $30 voucher for me to use for my next purchase. But Tbh would I dare to order from them again?

I made a purchase of Levi's jeans for $ 68 + shipping 15$. The item arrived and its turns out to be to large and really not flattering.
And now the Shock Effect, so now i want to return the item and it turns out I'll have too pay a $ 65 fine (the amount is depending on the country) the absurdity is that if I send the item back I will not get a refund and I'll probably have to pay extra

I asked for a fair solution, and all I got was a laconic answer and a lot of "unfortunately, but we can not..."

I really like SHOPBOP and everything they sell. The customer service is great and the shipping time even to Europe is short. The only thing I don't like are the extremely skinny models. Sometimes I have to estimate my size and I cannot believe that the models on SHOPBOP wear a size small they are more likely xx small. So it's hard to find your own size.
Would have given zero star if I could. Super slow return and refund that can take up to 3 weeks! Do NOT buy from them and let them hold your money! Place an order on Feb 26,2019 and received on Mar 6th, returned item on Mar 7th, the return finally got to their return center on Mar 20, but unlike other high end retailers like Saks, neiman or Nordie that will process a refund back to you as soon as they have received your return, shopbop will need FIVE days to just to confirm that they have received your return despite the fact that the tracking shows they have received it. As of today Mar 23 I still haven't received a confirmation email from them although my returned was delivered on the 20th. I used to be a shopbop shopper but I don't think I will shop with them anymore from this experience and neither should you!
Love and adore it! Some of my best fashion scores came from Shop Bop.

GST / taxes and import duties on shipments to Australia are outrageously expensive and returned goods don't get these charges refunded so you will be significantly out of pocket!

I have bought so many things from Shopbop throughout the years and it has been great. I have spent thousands of dollars and I will never again buy one more thing or browse their store. I have had Two bad experiences. My current issue is this- I ordered two items over 2 weeks ago that haven't shipped. I have contacted them via email (took 4 days for a response) and I also called. The woman last week told me they would ship last Friday, but nothing and the woman I just spoke to told me the woman last week lied and they had no intention of shipping the stuff because the packers in the warehouse are just too busy. They promise 2-3 days delivery quite clearly on their website and they always have met this, but this time the estimated delivery date they gave me on order was a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I asked her to cancel it an she said she would try but if "you have ever tried to cancel an order on ShopBop..." oh great. If only USA stores had the same consumer protections as in Australia. Buyer beware.
Bought a necklace from Shopbop. 14K diamond bla bla bla. Price stated was US$1395 but was slashed to US$411 excluding tax and delivery cost. When the item arrived, I went to check for its value in a pawn/jewellery shop. And I found out its worth only about US$35. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!
Shopbop has a great selection of designers. Processing and shipping time is quick. I am generally always satisfied with my purchase, and I will definitely be purchasing again!

To be honest, I made my purchase without reading any review of Shopbob as I couldn't find the MK Wristlet of a specific color I was looking for in Singapore at the budget I had. Made a purchase and to my dismay, I found negative reviews.
Maybe I was one of the luckier ones. Made a purchase on 16 Sept (Sunday) and the item was supposed to arrive on 20 Sept (Thursday) by the end of the and it indeed arrived on Thursday, and in fact, it reached me at the start of the day!
Completely satisfied with the delivery and service. When I had queries to the customer service, though there were 3 people answering me, the replies were prompt and fast!
Will highly recommend Shopbob and I will definitely be a return shopper.
1st time order on 12 Jan 2021 and Shopbop cancelled my order without any notice. A week later, I contacted customer service and they said my Amex card didn't go through and locked my account. But at least should send me an email to let me know since my account was locked.
2nd time order, they send me an EMPTY BOX! Thought of any stealing happened in between. Used the scale to measure the weight of empty box + package which perfectly matched with DHL's indicated weight, it means Shopbop sent me empty box!
Contacted Shopbop customer service and required to send back the same item as it's a gift for my sister whose birthday just few days away. Soon they told me, yes they made the mistake and would be "Happy" to refund me. Because they charged me in USD currency, I even have to bear the difference of exchange rate charged by the credit card company.
It's the worst online shopping experience I've had. The customer service asked if I preferred to have refund and my answer was "I'd like to re-deliver the item". But they sent me a refund email right after and said "happy" to refund me. Then why bother to ask if I want to have refund?
I spent time to search for the gift and gave enough time for delivery but ended up with such horrible shopping experience with Shopbop. I would never ordered from Shopbop again. And if you are reading and consider buying gift from Shopbop, re-consider it!

I called them and representative told me that I have to go to the post to find out what is going on. They are using third party service for pickup from the post office. So she basically advised me to find the agent they are working with and ask him why is he slow at his job. Terrific! I need to remind you that it was them who screwed up my order in a first place...
Prior that my mom bought me a birthday gift. I received dress in size 4 instead of purchased (and stated in invoice) size 0.

Called to Shopbop again. They've told that someone will contact me back within 24 hours. Never happened. Today called them again... They simply hang up the phone.
Awful customer service, awful fulfillment team (never know what are you going to get), awful return processing.

P.S. They give you refund and you have to buy again the item you wanted to have in first place! If it's gone, it's your problem, not their!

Hello, I bought the Layla black and white shoe pictured below. I bought it from Amazon around January 15. I've worn them four times and I love them! I love them so much I bought a golden white pair from the Edelman website. Last week I decided to wash the black-and-white. Washed in a bucket with just some water and mild detergent. The dye from the black suede faded all over the white. I was shocked! I did a little bit more investigation, and I read reviews on several sites and many people who bought the black suede or the green suede has the same experience as me. I contacted Amazon… The date that I wash the shoes was about 15 days past the 30 day warranty. I was not aware of this and I actually thought since this seems to be a defect that some type of conversation would be done… Either refund or another pair… Maybe with leather trim instead of suede trim. But nope here I am out of more than $100… Only had the shoes for less than two months.
I am asking that the Sam Edelman company do something to help me. The people at Amazon said that I as a consumer once I buy something it is my responsibility to research the Sam Edelman website to find out the proper care. There was nothing in the box that said anything about Spraying the black suede with the protectant blah blah blah… I have lots of athletic shoes I've bought at Nordstrom's and Adidas and Nike… And I have never ever had this to happen before.
